&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;“Hechos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Esta Presidencia, mediante el Decreto dictado día 8 de julio de 2019, resolvió crear los departamentos en que quedó estructurado el Consejo de Mallorca y determinó las atribuciones básicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Así mismo, mediante el Decreto dictado día 11 de julio de 2019 resolvió crear la estructura interna de los departamentos que integran el Gobierno del Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. Por Decreto de la Presidencia de 12 de Julio de 2019 se nombraron altos cargos, entre los cuales se ratificó en su cargo al Sr. Josep Manchado Rojas como Director Insular de Medio Ambiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4.- Día 24 de enero de 2022 la Consejera Ejecutiva del Departamento de Sostenibilidad y Medio Ambiente ha propuesto cesar al Sr. Josep Manchado Rojas como Director Insular de Medio Ambiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En el artículo 41 del Reglamento orgánico del Consejo de Mallorca (ROCM), aprobado por el Pleno día 12 de abril de 2018 (BOIB n.º 89, de 19 de julio de 2018) se dispone que las personas titulares de los órganos directivos son nombradas libremente por la Presidencia, a propuesta de la persona titular del Departamento. En consecuencia, también le corresponde disponer el cese.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Por lo tanto,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;DECRETO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Disponer el cese del Director Insular de Medio Ambiente, el Sr. Josep Manchado Rojas con efectos de día 24 de enero de 2022 y agradecerle los servicios prestados. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Comunicar que, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el arte. 41.4 del Reglamento Orgánico del Consejo de Mallorca, tiene que presentar las declaraciones de bienes y de actividades que le corresponde hacer con motivo del cese.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. Notificar esta resolución a la persona interesada y publicar el contenido en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en la Sede electrónica del Consejo Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4. Dar cuenta al Pleno en la primera sesión que tenga lugar.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
