    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;De acuerdo con la Ley&amp;nbsp;24/2013, de 26 de diciembre, del Sector Eléctrico; el Real Decreto&amp;nbsp;1955/2000, de 1 de diciembre, por el que se regulan las actividades de transporte, distribución, comercialización, suministro y procedimientos de autorización de instalaciones de energía eléctrica; el Decreto&amp;nbsp;99/1997, de 11 de julio, por el que se regula el procedimiento administrativo aplicable a la tramitación de las instalaciones eléctricas de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears; el Decreto&amp;nbsp;96/2005, de 23 de septiembre, de aprobación definitiva de la revisión del Plan Director Sectorial Energético de las Illes Balears, y la Ley&amp;nbsp;13/2012, de 20 de noviembre, de medidas urgentes para la activación económica en materia de industria y energía, nuevas tecnologías, residuos, aguas, otras actividades y medidas tributarias, se somete a información pública la petición de Good Wind Entertainment, SL, para dar cumplimiento al procedimiento previsto para la autorización administrativa y la declaración de utilidad pública del proyecto cuyas características principales se indican a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Expediente: RE 009/17_A ampliación del parque fotovoltaico Alicantí I, denominado Alicantí II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Situación: polígono&amp;nbsp;16, parcelas&amp;nbsp;784,787,788, en el término municipal de Llucmajor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Datos técnicos de la instalación existente (Alicantí I): &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Superficie: 24.630 m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— 9.152 paneles solares de 320 Wp de potencia unitaria; por lo tanto, la potencia pico total es de 2.928,64 kWp.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— 36 inversores de 66 kWn cada uno, centros de transformación y CMM.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Líneas de evacuación enterradas y conexión sobre la línea de media tensión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Datos técnicos de la ampliación (Alicantí II): &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Superficie: 14.501 m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— 4.032 paneles solares de 490 Wp de potencia unitaria; por lo tanto, la potencia pico total es de 1.975,68 kWp.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— 15 inversores de 110 kWn cada uno, un centro de transformación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;— Líneas de evacuación enterradas y conexión sobre la línea de media tensión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Lo que se hace público para que dicho proyecto pueda ser examinado en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
