    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto que al BOIB núm. 134, de 30 de septiembre de 2021, se publicaron las bases generales que regirán la convocatoria objeto de&amp;nbsp; esta resolución.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NORMATIVA APLICABLE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto básico del empleado público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local, la Ley 7/2007, de 12 de abril&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo de la función pública de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ley 6/2018, de 3 de julio, de presupuestos generales del estado para el año 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Decreto&amp;nbsp; 27/1994, de 11 de marzo por el cual se aprueba el reglamento de ingreso del personal de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Real Decreto 364/1995, de 10 de marzo, que aprueba&amp;nbsp; el reglamento general de ingreso del&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; personal al servicio de la administración general del Estado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto el decreto del gerente del PMHRIBA HAB 202100348,&amp;nbsp; de data 19/11/2021, por el cual se aprueba la convocatoria y las bases específicas del concurso oposición por el turno libre de técnico medio en vivienda publicadas en el BOIB núm.&amp;nbsp; 163 de data 25 de noviembre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto que en las&amp;nbsp; bases se establece que los tribunales de selección son designados por &amp;nbsp;el órgano convocante. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto lo que dice el artículo 20 de los&amp;nbsp; estatutos, el gerente que subscribe&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVE:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.- &lt;/strong&gt;Nombrar, una vez efectuado el correspondiente sorteo,&amp;nbsp; a los miembros que formaran parte del tribunal que evaluará la convocatoria del proceso selectivo de técnico medio en vivienda del PMHRIBA por el sistema de concurso-oposición por turno libre correspondiente a la tasa de reposición de empleo de 2018. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los miembros de los tribunales son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRESIDENTA - Designada por el órgano competente&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Titular: Nancy Kerr Andreu, Jefa del departamento de vivienda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Suplente: Mª José Muñoz Muñoz, Jefa de sección de vivienda&lt;span style="color:red"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VOCALES – Designados por sorteo:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Suplente 2: Tomás Fortuny Salas, arquitecto del PMHRIBA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Titular 4:&amp;nbsp; Isabel Riquero Guisado, &amp;nbsp;Jefa de sección de la Oficina del Plan General.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Suplente 4: Esperanza Espina Cloquell, arquitecta técnica del Departamento de Obras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Titular 5: Margarita Sastre Caba, Jefa del servicio de edificios municipales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Suplente 5: Joan Company Pujadas, Jefe de sección de infraestructuras&lt;span style="color:red"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El tribunal podrá disponer la incorporación de personal asesor especialista. Podrán asistir, con voz pero sin voto, las personas representantes de las organizaciones sindicales representativas para efectuar funciones de vigilancia y velar por el buen desarrollo &amp;nbsp;del procedimiento selectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las posibles causes de abstención, según el artículo 23 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, presentadas por los miembros del tribunal se deberán acreditar debidamente por cualquier medio admitido en derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.- &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar la presente resolución per su conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
