    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De acuerdo con la Ley 24/2013, de 26 de diciembre, del Sector Eléctrico; el Real Decreto 1955/2000, de 1 de diciembre, por el que se regulan las actividades de transporte, distribución, comercialización, suministro y procedimientos de autorización de instalaciones de energía eléctrica; el Decreto 99/1997, de 11 de julio, por el que se regula el procedimiento administrativo aplicable a la tramitación de las instalaciones eléctricas de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears; el Decreto 96/2005, de 23 de septiembre, de aprobación definitiva de la revisión del Plan Director Sectorial Energético de las Illes Balears, y la Ley 13/2012, de 20 de noviembre, de medidas urgentes para la activación económica en materia de industria y energía, nuevas tecnologías, residuos, aguas, otras actividades y medidas tributarias, se somete a información pública la petición de Sampol Ingeniería y Obras, SA, para dar cumplimiento al procedimiento previsto para la autorización administrativa y la declaración de utilidad pública del proyecto cuyas características principales se indican a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Expediente: RE 005/21 Parque fotovoltaico Son Magraner.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Situación: polígono 15, parcela 118 de Son Espanyol, en el término municipal de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Datos técnicos: parque fotovoltaico con una ocupación de 37.772 m² constituido por:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— 7.524 paneles solares de 605 Wp de potencia unitaria; por lo tanto, la potencia pico total es de 4.552,02 kWp.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— 19 inversores de 200 kW cada uno, centro de transformación y CMM.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— Líneas de evacuación soterradas y conexión sobre la línea de media tensión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Lo que se hace público para que dicho proyecto pueda ser examinado en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— La Dirección General de Energía y Cambio Climático, en la calle Gremi de Corredors, 10, 1º (polígono de Son Rossinyol), 07009, Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— La página web de la Dirección General de Energía y Cambio Climático &amp;lt;http://energia.caib.es&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;— El Portal de Transparencia &amp;lt;http://dgpit.caib.es&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Y puedan formularse, al mismo tiempo, las alegaciones que se estimen pertinentes, en el plazo de treinta días a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de este anuncio en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
