    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El concejal del Área de Hacienda, Innovación y Función Pública por decreto número 107 de fecha 11 de enero de 2021, ha resuelto lo siguiente:&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar, según propuesta definitiva que ha efectuado el tribunal calificador del concurso oposición para formar parte del bolsín extraordinario TAE medio de Intervención Social para posteriores nombramientos como personal funcionario interino de la Administración Especial del Ayuntamiento de Palma, convocado por decreto del concejal de Hacienda, Innovación y Función Pública, número 663 de 25 de enero de 2021 (BOIB núm. 12, de 28 de enero), la composición final de la bolsa con indicación de todas las personas integrantes, orden de prelación y la puntuación obtenida, que figura en el Anexo de esta Resolución.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar esta Resolución en el tablón de anuncios virtual, en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en la web del Ajuntament de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de las personas interesadas recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. En caso de no interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición se podrá interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, según el artículo antes mencionado y 45 y siguientes de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, ante el Juzgado contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
