text/html ![CDATA[MF-768 modificación puesto de trabajo jefe/a de mando operativo scis]] ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Registro de Personal</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de 22/12/2021, se aprobó lo siguiente:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>“PRIMERO.-</strong> Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma que figura a la propuesta adjunta MF-768 relativa a la modificación del lugar de trabajo de Ninguno de mando operativo del SCIS. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGUNDO.-</strong> Establecer coma data de efectos la del día siguiente de su aprobación. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCERO.-</strong> Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.”</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de los interesados recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
