    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Comisión de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sesión celebrada el 17 de diciembre de 2021, y en ejercicio de sus competencias, en base a aquello propuesto (conforme a la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas), y el artículo 10.3 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de consejos insulares, y en virtud del Decreto de presidencia de fecha 15 de octubre de 2021, publicado en el BOIB n.º 146 de 26 de octubre de 2021, de delegación de competencias de la presidenta a favor de la Comisión de Gobierno, y el resto de atribuciones que le otorga la legislación vigente aprobó, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:10pt"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- CORREGIR el error en la numeración del DNI/CIF de la persona beneficiaria del punto segundo del acuerdo de la Comisión de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Formentera, de fecha 2 de diciembre de 2021, en relación al pago de la primera remesa de la segunda línea extraordinaria de ayudas dirigidas a paliar las consecuencias de las restricciones motivadas por la crisis sanitaria de la COVID-19 en los sectores económicos a autónomos, microempresas y pymes para el año 2021, según lo establecido en el informe propuesta de la Comisión evaluadora constituida por el otorgamiento de estas ayudas, en fecha 9 de noviembre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:10pt"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:10pt"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Así, en su punto segundo del mencionado acuerdo de la Comisión de Gobierno, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.-&lt;/strong&gt; DAR CUENTA de este acuerdo a la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.-&lt;/strong&gt; TRASLADAR este acuerdo al departamento de Intervención y Tesorería del Consell Insular de Formentera, a los efectos adecuados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEXTO.-&lt;/strong&gt; NOTIFICAR a las personas interesadas el presente acuerdo a través de la página web del Consell Insular de Formentera y del tablón de anuncios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
