2022-01-13 2022-01-13 1568 610 656923 es 11101 ![CDATA[MF-757 Amortización puesto de trabajo de jefe de departamento de cultura i creación de puesto de trabajo de director/a técnico/a de cultura]] es CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de 24/11/2021, se aprobó lo siguiente:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">“1. Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma que figura a la propuesta adjunta MF-757 relativa a la amortización y creación de lugares de trabajo, del área de Cultura y Bienestar social.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Aprobar las funciones específicas del lugar de trabajo de Director/a técnico/a de Cultura, que sueño las siguientes: </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Funciones específicas: </span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Controlar, coordinar y supervisar el estado de las infraestructuras e inventario adscrito a Cultura. </span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Impulsar, supervisar y coordinar los procesos que se lleven a cabo entre la concejalía y el sector de la cultura. </span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Responsabilizarse de la contratación desde Cultura junto con el/la Jefe de servicio, impulsar y supervisar la coordinación de pliegos técnicos y administrativos, así como el ritmos requeridos y la relación con Contratación y otros servicios del Ayuntamiento. </span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Realizar los informes necesarios sobre su ámbito de actuación.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">3. Establecer como fecha de efectos la del día siguiente de su aprobación.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">4. Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.”</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de los interesados recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
