&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Día 27 de septiembre de 2021, el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Menorca aprobó la convocatoria de las ayudas a la formación y el asesoramiento del sector agrario para el año 2021, que se rigen por las bases de las ayudas de formación y asesoramiento agrario aprobadas día 23 de julio de 2018 y publicadas día 2 de agosto de 2018 en el BOIB núm. 95.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. El importe global máximo de la ayuda acordado por el Consejo Ejecutivo del CIM es de 60.000 € con cargo a la partida 5.41230.4890000 del presupuesto del 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Día 16 de octubre de 2021 se publicó la convocatoria en el BOIB número 142, y el plazo para solicitar la ayuda era de 20 días naturales a partir del día siguiente de haberse publicado. Las actividades subvencionables se tenían que llevar a cabo entre día 1 de enero y día 30 de noviembre del año en curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Son objeto de subvención:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Linea 1: Cursos de formación dirigidos al sector agrario y ganadero que contribuyan a su capacitación, en especial los que tengan por objeto la capacitación en nuevas tecnologías que contribuyan a la adaptación de los payeses a la tramitación electrónica de expedientes. Presupuesto 30.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Linea 2: Organización de jornadas técnicas de temática relacionada con el sector agrario. Presupuesto 20.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Linea 3: Asesoramiento, sesiones de orientación y actividades de demostración e información. Presupuesto 10.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. La base 8, que determina el importe de la subvención, dice que la subvención máxima destinada a las acciones de la linea 1 será de 4.000 €, para la linea 2 será de 5.000 € y para la linea 3 será de 4.000 €. Cada entidad podía solicitar un máximo de dos acciones entre las tres lineas. El coste máximo de cada acción, sea de la linea 1, 2 o 3 tiene que ser de 18 € por hora y alumno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Día 25 de noviembre de 2021 se reunió la Comisión Evaluadora de las ayudas y emitió su propuesta, en la que figura, entre otros, la ampliación del plazo de justificación a los beneficiarios de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vista&lt;/span&gt; la propuesta del consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Economía y Territorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Consejo ejecutivo, por unanimidad de los seis miembros presentes (señor Maria Ballester, señor Pastrana Huguet, señora Gomila Carretero, señor Juaneda Mercadal, señora Gomis Luis, señora Gómez Estévez) y en votación ordinaria, adopta los siguientes acuerdos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. &lt;/strong&gt;Conceder las siguientes ayudas correspondientes a la convocatoria de ayudas del CIM a la formación y asesoramiento del sector agrario para el año 2021, que se rige por las bases de las ayudas de formación y asesoramiento agrario aprobadas día 23 de julio de 2018 y publicadas día 2 de agosto de 2018 en el BOIB núm. 95, con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 5.41230.4890000&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar estos acuerdos a los interesados en la parte que individualmente les corresponda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.&lt;/strong&gt; Remitir a la BDNS estos acuerdos en cumplimento del art. 20.8 de la LGS y publicarlos en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Baleares.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra este acuerdo, que no agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante la Comisión de Gobierno en el plazo de un mes a partir del día siguiente en que se haya publicado, de acuerdo con el artículo 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 22 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de los consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El mencionado recurso se entenderá desestimado, si no se notifica la resolución correspondiente, cuando hayan transcurrido tres meses des de su interposición. Contra la desestimación del recurso de alzada por silencio administrativo se puede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
