    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Para el general conocimiento se hace saber que, el 27 de diciembre de 2021, se aprobó la Oferta Pública de Ocupación del Ayuntamiento de Búger correspondiente al ejercicio 2021, mediante el Decreto 2021-0130, siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO DE ALCALDÍA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Expediente núm.: &lt;/strong&gt;402/2021&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Asunto: &lt;/strong&gt;Decreto OPE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Procedimiento: &lt;/strong&gt;Planificación y Ordenación de Personal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;De acuerdo con la obligación de las Corporaciones Locales de aprobar dentro del plazo de un mes, a contar desde la aprobación de los Presupuestos Generales de la Corporación, la Oferta Pública de Ocupación, sin ser causa de invalidez el no cumplimiento de este plazo, el Ayuntamiento de Búger ha llevado a cabo los trámites oportunos para proceder a su aprobación y posterior publicación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Visto el informe del Secretario del Ayuntamiento de Búger donde se indica el procedimiento a seguir para la aprobación de la Oferta Pública de Ocupación y se identifican las plazas afectadas para las correspondientes tasas de estabilización, así como, el porcentaje de reposición generado durante el ejercicio 2020. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Visto que no resulta necesaria la negociación con los delegados de personal, atendida la falta de plazas afectadas por la tasa de reposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;De acuerdo con todo lo anterior y atendiendo a las facultades que me otorga el Artículo 21.1,g) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de Bases de Régimen Local, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DISPONGO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar la oferta pública de ocupación del Ayuntamiento de Búger para el año 2021, que contiene los siguientes puestos de trabajo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
