	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Mediante la Resolución del consejero de Educación, Universidad e Investigación de 17 de diciembre de 2020 (BOIB núm. 213, de 24 de diciembre de 2020), se autorizó una organización temporal especial para el ciclo formativo de grado superior en Vitivinicultura (INA 31).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;En la revisión de los contratos para la formación y el aprendizaje de la modalidad de FP dual hecha a principio de curso, se ha tenido que reajustar el cómputo de horas totales de docencia, tanto en el grupo del CFGS de INA31 en modalidad de FP dual, en complimiento con la normativa vigente establecida en el Estatuto de los Trabajadores, así como en el grupo de CFGS de INA31 en régimen general. En consecuencia, se deben modificar los puntos &lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; y &lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; del anexo de la Resolución citada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;El 10 de noviembre de 2021, el centro IES Felanitx presentó la nueva propuesta del cómputo de horas totales del CFGS de Vitivinicultura, tanto para el grupo de régimen presencial como para el grupo de modalidad FP dual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;El 16 de diciembre de 2021, el director general de Formación Profesional y Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores emitió un informe favorable para &amp;nbsp;la modificación de los anexos de la autorización de una organización temporal especial en los mismos términos que figuran en esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;El Real Decreto 1688/2007, de 14 de diciembre, por el que se establece el título de técnico superior en Vitivinicultura y se fijan sus enseñanzas mínimas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Los artículos 31 y 41.4 del Real Decreto 1147/2011, de 29 de julio, por el que se establece la ordenación general de la formación profesional del sistema educativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Los artículos 20, 21 y 47 del Decreto 91/2012, de 23 de noviembre, por el que se establece la ordenación general de la formación profesional del sistema educativo en el sistema integrado de formación profesional en las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;La Orden EDU/2243/2009, de 3 de julio, por la que se establece el currículum del ciclo formativo de grado superior correspondiente al título de técnico superior en Vitivinicultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Autorizar la modificación del anexo de la Resolución del consejero de Educación, Universidad e Investigación de 17 de diciembre de 2020 por la que se autoriza una organización temporal especial para el ciclo formativo de grado superior en Vitivinicultura (INA31). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Autorizar a la Dirección General de Formación Profesional y Enseñanzas Artísticas Superiores para que adopte las medidas necesarias para aplicar lo dispuesto en esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Ordenar que esta Resolución se publique en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Los términos de esta modificación de la organización temporal se deben hacer constar en el proyecto curricular del &lt;/span&gt;CFGS de técnico superior en Vitivinicultura&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La duración anual de todos los módulos se ajusta a la duración fijada en el currículum del título.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El motivo de la organización temporal especial es para que los alumnos, tanto del régimen presencial como &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;del programa formativo en alternancia (formación profesional dual)&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;puedan aprovechar el mayor número de días lectivos en el centro educativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. El centro tendrá que ajustar anualmente la propuesta de calendario escolar tanto del grupo presencial como del grupo de &amp;nbsp;la modalidad FP dual, &lt;/span&gt;respetando el total de horas por módulo y los términos de la autorización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. La nueva propuesta de cómputo de horas para &amp;nbsp;cada uno de los grupos debe quedar de la manera siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
