2021-12-25 2021-12-22 52899 es ![CDATA[<p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">El 17 de diciembre de 2021, la Junta de Gobierno Local del Ayuntamiento de Selva, adoptó el siguiente acuerdo:</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">“</span><strong style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno Local en lo referente a la convocatoria de ayudas a las empresas y autónomos dirigidas a paliar las consecuencias de las restricciones motivadas por la crisis sanitaria de la COVID-19 en los sectores económicos</strong></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Hechos</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>1.-</strong> El 14 de marzo de 2021, el Gobierno del Estado declaró el estado de alarma en todo el territorio español, con el Real Decreto 463/2020, la cual se fue prorrogando sucesivamente, todo debido por la situación de emergencia sanitaria provocada por la COVID-19. Esta medida supuso la paralización de la mayoría de la actividad económica.</span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>2.- </strong>El 4 de febrero de 2021, el Ayuntamiento de Selva aceptó una ayuda económica por parte de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares de 26.912,93.-€ con el compromiso que el Ayuntamiento aporta como mínimo la misma cantidad.
