    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Ple del Ajuntament, en sesión ordinaria de día 16 de diciembre de 2021, en su punto 12 del orden del día, aprobó lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;«&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;strong&gt;Aprobar inicialmente la modificación de la catalogación del puesto de trabajo que &lt;/strong&gt;se identificó con el código de id. nº 2032, y que, siendo de personal laboral de la categoría de jefe CMO de mecánico, &lt;strong&gt;pase a ser un puesto de trabajo genérico de personal laboral, grupo profesional de personal de oficios y especialistas, categoría oficial CMO&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;código id. nº 2032,&lt;/strong&gt; al que se le asignan las mismas retribuciones que a cualquier otro puesto base o genérico análogo, y mientras tanto no se apruebe, publique y entre en vigor la relación de puestos de trabajo que se encuentra en trámite de negociación; o se produzca cualquier otra causa o procedimiento que implique la modificación o supresión del puesto de trabajo que ahora se aprueba; todo ello &lt;strong&gt;de conformidad con la siguiente catalogación que se lleva a aprobación:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Son, entre otras, tareas fundamentales de esta categoría: ejecutar los trabajos de conservación y mantenimiento, así como la realización de reparaciones en función de su especialidad, localizar y reparar averías, y leer e interpretar planos y croquis, con relación a los trabajos propios de su especialidad; sin perjuicio de las funciones que se le puedan encomendar por parte de sus superiores, propias/adecuadas de acuerdo con la categoría laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
