    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Ple del Ajuntament, en sesión ordinaria de día 16 de diciembre de 2021, en su punto 10 del orden del día, aprobó lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;«&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;strong&gt;Aprobar inicialmente la modificación de la catalogación del puesto de trabajo que se identifica con el código de id. nº 1122, &lt;/strong&gt;que, siendo de personal funcionario administrativo de administración general singularizado (subgrupo C1, responsable de gastos), &lt;strong&gt;pase a ser un puesto de trabajo de personal funcionario de administración especial, técnico superior, asesor jurídico letrado (subgrupo A1), &lt;/strong&gt;al que se le asignan las mismas retribuciones que al puesto de trabajo análogo y mientras tanto no se apruebe, publique y entre en vigor la relación de puestos de trabajo que se encuentra en trámite de negociación; o se produzca cualquier otra causa o procedimiento que implique la modificación o supresión del puesto de trabajo que ahora se aprueba;&lt;strong&gt; todo ello, de conformidad con la siguiente catalogación que se lleva a aprobación:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
