    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:120%"&gt;El día 12/06/2020 se celebró la Asamblea General de la Asociación Alianza Mar Blava, convocada al efecto, en la que, con un quórum de asistencia de 13 entidades socias, representadas por 13 personas físicas, por mayoría de 13 (por unanimidad), se acordó la modificación de sus Estatutos, de conformidad con lo dispuesto por la Ley Orgánica 1/2002, de 22 de marzo, reguladora del Derecho de Asociación, afectando a dos artículos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El artículo 3 establecía:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El domicilio de la asociación Alianza Mar Blava, se establece en Ibiza y radica en la calle Historiador José Clapés, núm. 4 y Código Postal 07800.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El ámbito de actuación de la asociación será el territorio nacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Con la nueva modificación quedaría redactado del siguiente modo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El domicilio de la asociación Alianza Mar Blava, se establece en Eivissa y radica en la Avenida de España 18-20, primer piso, código postal 07800.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El ámbito de actuación de la asociación será el territorio nacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El artículo Artículo 31 establecía:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Los recursos económicos de la Asociación se obtienen de: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a. Las subvenciones oficiales o particulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b. Las donaciones, las herencias o los legados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c. Las rentas del patrimonio mismo o bien de otros ingresos que puedan obtenerse.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La Asociación no tiene capacidad para endeudarse, ni suscribir créditos, préstamos o cualquier otra modalidad de pago aplazado y su gestión económica consistirá en gestionar los fondos obtenidos y promover la obtención de nuevas aportaciones, que se aplicarán íntegramente a los fines de la Asociación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Para el funcionamiento económico de la Asociación, se abrirá cuenta corriente en una entidad bancaria nacional, siendo necesario para la gestión corriente de dicha cuenta, la firma autorizada de dos personas de las siguientes tres: Presidente, Vicepresidente y Tesorero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Con la nueva modificación quedaría redactado del siguiente modo: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Los recursos económicos de la Asociación se obtienen de: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Las subvenciones oficiales o particulares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Las contribuciones y cuotas de los socios. Estas aportaciones son de carácter voluntario. La cuantía de las cuotas y contribuciones de los socios y el modo de hacerlas efectivas será acordada por la Asamblea General a propuesta de la Junta Directiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La Asociación no tiene capacidad para endeudarse, ni suscribir créditos, préstamos o cualquier otra modalidad de pago aplazado y su gestión económica consistirá en gestionar los fondos obtenidos y promover la obtención de nuevas aportaciones, que se aplicarán íntegramente a los fines de la Asociación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
