    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;De acuerdo con la Ley 10/2014, de 1 de octubre, de Ordenación Minera de las Illes Balears; con la Ley 9/2018, de 5 de diciembre, por la que se modifica la Ley&amp;nbsp;21/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de Evaluación Ambiental, y con el Decreto legislativo 1/2020, de 28 de agosto, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de Evaluación Ambiental de las Illes Balears, se somete a información pública la solicitud del explotador con NIF 41220384Z de autorización administrativa del proyecto sujeto a evaluación de impacto ambiental ordinaria. Puede resultar de aplicación lo previsto en el capítulo III del título II en materia de consultas transfronterizas. Las características principales se señalan a continuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Expedientes: 2020/3762.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Tipo de actividad: reutilización de la zona norte de la explotación minera &amp;nbsp;para la instalación de un parque solar fotovoltaico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Situación: forma parte de la parcela 516 del polígono 31 de Felanitx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Isla: Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Datos técnicos: proyecto de reutilización que empleará parte de la superficie de explotación Cas Cirerol (zona norte), para el aprovechamiento energético mediante energía solar. Se trata de un parque solar formado por 3.312, 20 kw pico de placas solares (generadores) y hasta 2.761 kw de producción AC (convertidores). El sistema se basa en la trasformación de la corriente continua, generada por los paneles solares, en alterna de la misma calidad que la que circula por la red comercial eléctrica (400 V), mediante el inversor. La energía se envía a los transformadores BT/MT para elevar la tensión de la electricidad hasta los 15.000 V, para su transporte al punto de conexión con la red de distribución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La documentación que corresponde al Proyecto y al Estudio de impacto ambiental puede examinarse en la Dirección General de Política Industrial (c. de El Bastió d'en Sanoguera, 2, 07002&amp;nbsp;Palma), así como en la web de la Dirección General de Transparencia y Buen Gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Puede obtenerse la información pertinente en el órgano sustantivo (Consejería de Transición Energética, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democrática), así como formular ante este órgano las alegaciones que se consideren pertinentes en el plazo de treinta días contados a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de este anuncio en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
