    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La alcaldía-presidencia de este Ayuntamiento, en fecha 16 de diciembre de 2021, ha resuelto literalmente lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;“Vistos los artículos 23.3 de la Ley 7/1985, reguladora de les Bases de régimen local y 47 del Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, Real Decreto 2568/86, que disponen que los tenientes de alcalde substituyen al alcalde por orden de nombramiento en los casos de vacante, ausencia o enfermedad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Por todo lo que se ha expuesto, en virtud de las facultades que me han sido conferidas por la legislación vigente, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;DISPONGO: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. &lt;/strong&gt;Delegar en el primer teniente de alcaldesa, Joan Gaspar Aguiló Martínez, entre los días 8 y 13 de enero de 2022, ambos incluidos, la totalidad de les funciones de la alcaldía con la excepción de las firmas necesarias para atender los pagos bancarios que ejerceré personalmente de forma concertada con la tesorería municipal y a requerimiento de los servicios de intervención.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar esta resolución en el BOIB.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
