font-size:12px">Al no haberse presentado reclamaciones durante el plazo de exposición al público, queda automáticamente elevado a definitivo el Acuerdo plenario provisional de este Ayuntamiento sobre el expediente n.º 2021/018757 de suplemento de crédito financiado con cargo al remanente líquido de tesorería, lo que se publica a los efectos del artículo 169.1, por remisión del 177.2, del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo:</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Además, queda acreditado el cumplimiento de los requisitos que establece el artículo 37.2, apartados a) y b), del Real Decreto 500/1990, de 20 de abril, por el que se desarrolla el Capítulo I del Título VI de la Ley 39/1988, de 28 de diciembre, Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, en materia de presupuestos, que son los siguientes:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a) El carácter específico y determinado del gasto a realizar y la imposibilidad de demorarlo a ejercicios posteriores.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b) La insuficiencia en el estado de gastos del Presupuesto de crédito destinado a esa finalidad específica, que deberá verificarse en el nivel en que esté establecida la vinculación jurídica.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra el presente Acuerdo, en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 171 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, los interesados podrán interponer directamente recurso contencioso-administrativo en la forma y plazos establecidos en los artículos 25 a 42 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, Reguladora de dicha Jurisdicción. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Sin perjuicio de ello, a tenor de lo establecido en el artículo 113.3 de la Ley 7/1985, la interposición de dicho recurso no suspenderá por sí sola la efectividad del acto o Acuerdo impugnado.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
