&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. En el BOIB 148 de dia 28 de octubre de 2021 se ha publicado la Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad por la cual se aprueba la convocatoria pública para presentar candidaturas al Premio Ramon Llull de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2022&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. El punto 2 de la mencionada Resolución establece lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;«Establecer que el plazo para presentar candidaturas comienza a contar el día siguiente de la publicación de esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y acaba el día 15 de diciembre de 2021.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. Dado que la dirección general de Relaciones Institucionales y Cooperación Local ha recibido peticiones de ampliación de plazo para poder cumplimentar las candidaturas, se considera apropiado atenderlas para así favorecer la concurrencia de candidatas y candidatos al Premio Ramon Llull de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Fundamentos de Derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Apartado 1 y 3 del artículo 32, de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Decreto 3/2014, de 10 de enero, por el qual se regula el Premio Ramon Llull de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Decret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 11/2021, de 15 de febrer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;por el cual se&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; establ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ece&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;as&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; compet&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;nci&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;estructura org&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;á&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;nica b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;á&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;sica de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s conse&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;jerías &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Administració&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de la Comunitat Aut&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ónoma de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Ampliar el plazo para presentar candidaturas al Premio Ramon Llull de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para el año 2022 hasta el dia 23 de diciembre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Disponer la publicación de esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;Oficial de l&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;s Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
