    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A los efectos establecidos en el artículo 177 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, R.D.L. 2/2004 de 5 de marzo, en relación al artículo 177.2 de la citada Ley, se pone de manifiesto que esta Corporación en sesión plenaria celebrada el día 12/11/2021 aprobó inicialmente el Expediente de Modificación de Crédito núm. 34/2021 que afecta al Presupuesto General.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que no se han presentado reclamaciones contra dicho acuerdo inicial, se ha convertido en definitivo en virtud de la presunción legal establecida en el artículo 169.1 del texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Local, R.D.L. 2/2004, de 5 de marzo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A continuación se transcribe el resumen de las modificaciones definitivamente aprobadas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
