    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Pleno de la Corporación, en sesión ordinaria de día 25 de noviembre de 2021, ha aprobado las bases reguladoras de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Pollença en las asociaciones de carácter social para el año 2021 que se insertan a continuación. (BDNS núm. 598963)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Bases reguladoras de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Pollença a las asociaciones de carácter social – año 2021&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. &lt;strong&gt;OBJETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El objeto de estas bases es fijar los criterios y el procedimiento de concesión de las ayudas anuales dirigidas a asociaciones de cariz social sin ánimo de lucro inscritas en el registro municipal del Ayuntamiento de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los objetivos de esta convocatoria son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Fomentar, impulsar e incentivar la organización y desarrollo de actividades y programas en materia de servicios sociales directamente en el municipio de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Fomentar el tejido asociativo de las entidades de carácter social con sede o representación en el municipio de Pollença, mediante la realización de actuaciones para dar visibilidad al trabajo que realizan. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Sensibilizar a los ciudadanos/as hacia el trabajo de las entidades y asociaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Dar un apoyo a las entidades por parte del Ayuntamiento de Pollença, cubriendo parte de los gastos que estas actuaciones generen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. &lt;strong&gt;BENEFICIARIOS/ARIAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Pueden solicitar una ayuda en el marco de esta convocatoria las asociaciones o entidades de tipo social sin ánimo de lucro constituidas legalmente como tales, registradas y con sede o representación en el municipio de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. &lt;strong&gt;REQUISITOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Estar legalmente constituidas como entidades sin ánimo de lucro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Estar legalmente constituidas y debidamente inscritas en el Registro de Asociaciones de la Comunidad de las Illes Balears, así como estar inscritas en el registro del Ayuntamiento de Pollença como entidad de cariz social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Tener sede social o delegación permanente y de actuación en el municipio de Pollença. También las que, sin tener su domicilio en el término municipal de Pollença, realicen sus actividades o por las que resulten beneficiadas los ciudadanos/as de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Disponer de los medios materiales y personales necesarios para la ejecución del proyecto o de la actividad o actividades que constituirán el objeto de subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones económicas con el Ayuntamiento de Pollença, así como de las demás obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social que vengan impuestas por la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) No incurrir en ninguna de las prohibiciones por ser beneficiario que establece el art. 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones. (LGS)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. &lt;strong&gt;ACTIVIDADES Y GASTOS SUBVENCIONABLES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Podrán ser objeto de subvención los proyectos o actividades que hayan llevado a cabo las entidades sin ánimo de lucro que cumplan los requisitos descritas en estas bases y que se hayan realizado entre el 1 de diciembre de 2020 y el 30 de noviembre de 2021. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las actividades a subvencionar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.1 Actividades de intervención directa a los/las ciudadanos/as de Pollença que se lleven a cabo tanto dentro como fuera del municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.2 Actividades de carácter preventivo y formativo dirigidas a la población que se atiende dentro o fuera de Pollença, tanto si la entidad tiene sede como representación en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.3 Actividades de sensibilización directamente a la población de Pollença, de los proyectos/actividades que lleven a cabo la entidad con sede o representación en el municipio. Estos proyectos pueden ser de ámbito local, autonómico, nacional o internacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No serán subvencionables los programas que promuevan cualquier forma de discriminación ni programas con ánimo de lucro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los gastos que serán subvencionables son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* Gastos para la adquisición de materiales para la realización de las actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* Gastos para la difusión de las actividades o del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* Gastos de personal contratado para el desarrollo de las actividades para las que se solicita la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Quedan excluidos del procedimiento de concesión de las ayudas establecidas en esta convocatoria los gastos relacionados con obras, gastos de seguros relacionados con la actividad a subvencionar y el arrendamiento de los locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. &lt;strong&gt;IMPORTE DE LA CONVOCATORIA Y CRÉDITO PRESUPUESTARIO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las ayudas se concederán, de acuerdo con la normativa presupuestaria, en el ejercicio 2022. La previsión de la aplicación presupuestaria 231/48040 e importe es de 42.000 euros para el ejercicio 2022. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta cuantía total máxima tiene carácter estimado, dado que está condicionada a la existencia de crédito adecuado y suficiente en el momento de la resolución de la concesión. En todo caso, la ejecución del gasto se realizará en la misma anualidad en la que se produzca la concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si el crédito presupuestario que resulte aprobado o prorrogado en el presupuesto del ejercicio 2022 fuese inferior, se ajustará a la baja la propuesta de resolución a los créditos existentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si no se aprueba finalmente este crédito, se anulará el procedimiento, publicando el acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. &lt;strong&gt;PROCEDIMIENTO Y CRITERIOS OBJETIVOS QUE HAN DE REGIR EL OTORGAMIENTO DE LA SUBVENCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El procedimiento de concesión de subvenciones se realizará mediante concurrencia competitiva, es decir, a través de la comparación en un único procedimiento de las solicitudes presentadas, con el fin de establecer una prelación entre éstas de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración , con el límite del crédito presupuestario disponible para esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La puntuación mínima exigida para poder optar a una subvención será de 5 puntos; la puntuación máxima será la suma de los parciales y podrá llegar hasta los 32,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dos o más entidades no pueden presentar la solicitud por la presente subvención por el mismo proyecto o actividad, aunque la realicen de forma conjunta. En estos supuestos sólo una puede tramitar la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Los criterios&lt;/strong&gt; para realizar la valoración de los proyectos son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;En cuanto al proyecto o actividad presentados, se valorarán hasta un máximo de 10 puntos:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La coherencia entre objetivos, actividades, programación y calendario (2'5 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El número de personas beneficiarias, la mejora de sus condiciones de vida personal o familiar, promoción social (2,5 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La coordinación con las distintas redes de servicios sociales, públicos o privados (máximo 5 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* La actividad o proyecto lo lleva a cabo la entidad solicitante de la presente subvención, sin la colaboración de ninguna otra entidad pública o privada sin ánimo de lucro (0 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* La actividad o proyecto lo lleva a cabo la entidad solicitante de la presente subvención, con la colaboración de una entidad pública o privada sin ánimo de lucro (2'5 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;* La actividad o proyecto lo lleva a cabo la entidad solicitante de la presente subvención, con la colaboración de dos o más entidades públicas o privadas sin ánimo de lucro (5 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las entidades colaboradoras pueden ser de índole social, juvenil, cultural... siempre y cuando sean sin ánimo de lucro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;En cuanto a la entidad, se valorarán hasta un máximo de 5 puntos:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La capacidad de gestión de la entidad: estructura suficiente y medios necesarios (2'5 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La experiencia previa de gestión en programas sociales iguales o similares (2'5 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;En cuanto a la/s necesidad/s objeto del proyecto o actividad, se valorarán hasta 7'5 puntos:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Que responda a una necesidad real claramente identificada (2'5 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Que cubra necesidades no atendidas por otras entidades sociales o por la administración pública (2'5 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Que tengan carácter innovador (2'5 puntos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;En cuanto a la atención de la población de Pollença se valorará con un máximo de 10 puntos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. En la actividad o proyecto, tanto sea de atención directa, como de prevención y formación o sensibilización, participan de un 1% a un 25% de pollencinas y/o pollencinas en referencia al total de participantes (2'5 puntos )&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. En la actividad o proyecto, tanto de atención directa, como de prevención y formación o sensibilización, participan de un 26% a un 50% de pollencinas y/o pollencinas en referencia al total de participantes (5 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. En la actividad o proyecto, tanto sea de atención directa, como de prevención y formación o sensibilización, participan de un 51% a un 75% de pollencinas y/o pollencinas en referencia al total de participantes (7'5 puntos )&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. En la actividad o proyecto, tanto de atención directa, como de prevención y formación o sensibilización, participan de un 76% a un 100% de pollencinas y/o pollencinas en referencia al total de participantes (10 puntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;El total de la subvención resultará de la aplicación de los siguientes criterios:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Se dividirá el total de la dotación económica de esta convocatoria entre la suma de las puntuaciones obtenidas de cada una de las solicitudes presentadas conforme al punto anterior. Así se obtendrá el precio por punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El importe de la subvención será la multiplicación del precio por punto por el total de puntos de cada proyecto aprobado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Si de la aplicación del segundo punto resulta que el importe obtenido supera el 100% de la solicitud presentada, este remanente pasará a una bolsa común. La cuantía de esta bolsa común se repartirá entre las entidades sin ánimo de lucro que del resultado de la puntuación no puedan percibir el 100% de lo solicitado. El reparto se realizará siguiendo los mismos pasos establecidos desde el punto primero, teniendo en cuenta que en este caso la dotación económica será la cuantía de la bolsa común de remanente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Esta fórmula se llevará a cabo hasta que se agote el presupuesto de la actual convocatoria o que todas las entidades que cumplan los requisitos y plazos, reciban el 100% de la subvención solicitada.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. &lt;strong&gt;SOLICITUD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las solicitudes se presentarán de forma telemática en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Pollença (https://ajpollenca.sedelectronica.es/info.0), en la que está disponible la información de la convocatoria y el modelo de solicitud, así como las publicaciones de la resolución de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La presentación de la solicitud y de la documentación adjunta también puede realizarse en las formas previstas en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 14 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, están obligados a presentar la documentación a través de medios electrónicos los siguientes sujetos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Las personas jurídicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. Las entidades sin personalidad jurídica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. Las personas que ejercen una actividad profesional para la que se requiere colegiación obligatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. Quien representa a una persona interesada que esté obligada a relacionarse electrónicamente con la Administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo de presentación de las solicitudes será de diez (10) días naturales a contar a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria en el BOIB, en el tablón de anuncios y en la web del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para realizar la solicitud de subvención para la presente convocatoria deberá presentarse:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Anexo 1 (solicitud).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Fotocopia de la tarjeta de identificación fiscal de la entidad solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Declaración de miembros directivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Certificación de estar inscrita como entidad social en el registro del Ayuntamiento de Pollença. &lt;/strong&gt;Este documento puede entregarlo directamente la entidad solicitante de la subvención o bien especificar que sea el propio Ayuntamiento que la aporte, mediante una instancia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Anexo 2. Este modelo hace referencia al proyecto detallado de la actividad o programa para el que se solicita la subvención en la que conste: nombre del proyecto/actividad, sector de población al que va dirigido (tercera edad, discapacidades, etc .), personas destinatarias del proyecto/actividad (descripción de las características concretas de la población destinatarias), breve descripción del proyecto/actividad, objetivo general del proyecto/actividad, objetivos específicos del proyecto/actividad, metodología, fechas previstas de ejecución del proyecto/actividad proyecto/actividad, descripción de las actividades principales, número total de personas beneficiarias del proyecto/actividad, porcentaje de pollencios/as beneficiarios/as del proyecto/actividad en referencia al total de beneficiarios/as, medios técnicos y humanos,entidades o asociaciones de carácter social que colaboren en el desarrollo de la actividad, en su caso (también se pueden incluir entidades públicas como Servicios Sociales) y presupuesto desglosado incluyendo los ingresos previstos y gastos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Certificación de estar al corriente de pago con la Agencia Tributaria, con la Seguridad Social y el Ayuntamiento de Pollença. En referencia al certificado de estar al corriente de pago con el Ayuntamiento de Pollença, puede entregarlo la entidad interesada o bien especificar mediante una instancia que sea el propio Ayuntamiento que la aporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Anexo 3. Declaración jurada, debidamente cumplimentado, de las subvenciones o ayudas procedentes de otras administraciones o entidades para la actividad o proyecto presentado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Anexo 4. Declaración responsable, debidamente cumplimentado, de no estar sometido a prohibición alguna para ser beneficiario de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Anexo 5. Certificado de la entidad bancaria, debidamente cumplimentado, en el que se hará constar el número de cuenta y su titular. Este anexo se puede sustituir por cualquier otro documento justificativo de la titularidad de la cuenta como ahora certificado emitido directamente por la entidad bancaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. &lt;strong&gt;PROCEDIMIENTO DE CONCESIÓN. INICIO, INSTRUCCIÓN Y RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Las bases y el inicio del procedimiento de concesión de subvenciones se producen de oficio. El Ayuntamiento Pleno será el órgano encargado de su aprobación. Estas bases se publicarán en el BOIB, en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones BDNS, en el tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento y en la web www.ajpollenca.net, para que se puedan presentar las solicitudes durante el plazo establecido en la base séptima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El órgano instructor del procedimiento de concesión corresponde a la concejalía de Servicios Sociales que debe llevar a cabo las actuaciones a que se refiere el artículo 24 de la Ley 38/2003 general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una comisión evaluadora se reunirá para examinar si los beneficiarios cumplen con todos los requisitos necesarios para acceder a las subvenciones y evaluar las solicitudes conforme a los criterios de valoración establecidos en estas bases. Se levantará acta de todo lo actuado en esta reunión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La comisión evaluadora estará integrada por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Presidencia: Concejala delegada de Bienestar Social, Residencia Social de Santo Domingo y Delegada Especial de EMSER.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Secretario/a: un/a funcionario/a adscrito/aa Secretaría o Intervención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vocales: Un/a técnico/a de Servicios Sociales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Interventor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La comisión técnica evaluadora quedará constituida legalmente con la asistencia del presidente/a, secretario/a, y de uno de los dos vocales mencionados en el párrafo anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El órgano instructor, a la vista del expediente y del acta de la reunión de la comisión, formulará propuesta de resolución provisional, debidamente motivada, que se publicará en la web del Ayuntamiento, y se abrirá un plazo de cinco (5) días para presentar alegaciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si no se presentan alegaciones dentro del plazo concedido, la propuesta de resolución formulada tendrá carácter de definitiva. En otro caso, una vez examinadas las alegaciones presentadas por los interesados, el órgano instructor formulará propuesta de resolución definitiva, que deberá expresar el solicitante o relación de solicitantes a quien se propone la concesión de la subvención y su cuantía, especificando su evaluación y los criterios de valoración seguidos para efectuarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La propuesta de resolución definitiva se publicará en la web del Ayuntamiento y se otorgará a los beneficiarios un plazo de cinco (5) días para que comuniquen su aceptación. Se entenderá aceptada si dentro de ese plazo no se expresa lo contrario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La competencia para resolver el procedimiento y conceder la subvención se atribuye a la Junta de Gobierno Local, que dictará esta resolución una vez dictada la propuesta de resolución definitiva y emitido el informe de fiscalización por la Intervención municipal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La resolución se notificará a todos los solicitantes y se publicará en la web del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9. &lt;strong&gt;OBLIGACIONES DE LAS ENTIDADES BENEFICIARIAS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las entidades beneficiarias deben cumplir las obligaciones previstas en la normativa vigente, y, en particular, las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Llevar a cabo la actividad subvencionada que fundamenta la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Justificar la realización de la actividad, así como el cumplimiento de los requisitos y condiciones que determinen la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Someterse en cualquier momento del desarrollo de la actividad a las actuaciones de seguimiento y evaluación técnica ya las de control financiero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Comunicar al Ayuntamiento la solicitud o la obtención de otras subvenciones para la misma finalidad procedentes de cualquier administración o entidad pública o privada, nacional o internacional. Esta comunicación debe realizarse en el plazo de diez días hábiles a contar a partir de la solicitud o la obtención de la subvención concurrente y, en todo caso, antes de justificar la aplicación que se haya dado al fondo percibido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) Conservar los documentos justificativos de la aplicación de los fondos percibidos, con inclusión de los documentos electrónicos, en tanto puedan ser objeto de actuaciones de comprobación y control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f) Presentación de una memoria técnica, junto con la justificación económica de la totalidad del proyecto y/o de las actividades por las que se ha solicitado la subvención, hasta el 31 de marzo de 2022 (incluido) .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g) Hacer constar en la difusión que se haga, la colaboración del Ayuntamiento de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cualquier alteración de las condiciones tenidas en cuenta para conceder la ayuda y, en cualquier caso, la obtención de subvenciones incompatibles puede dar lugar a la modificación de la resolución de concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si no se cumplen con los requisitos del apartado f) yg) podrán ser excluidos por futuras subvenciones por parte del Ayuntamiento de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10. &lt;strong&gt;JUSTIFICACIÓN SUBVENCIONES (Art. 30 de la LGS)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No se podrá realizar ningún pago si no se acredita de forma fehaciente la realización de la actividad objeto de la subvención, lo que se hará constar por escrito junto con la presentación de los justificantes de haber realizado la totalidad del gasto que figure en el presupuesto de gastos adjunto con la solicitud de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si el gasto justificado es inferior al importe del presupuesto solicitado y subvencionado, se procederá a la reducción proporcional de la subvención o ayuda económica concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se rendirá cuenta justificativa, que deberá incluir justificantes de gasto o cualquier documento, válido jurídicamente, que permita acreditar el cumplimiento del objeto de la subvención pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta cuenta justificativa deberá incluir una declaración de las actividades realizadas que han sido financiadas con la subvención y su coste, con el desglose de cada uno de los gastos ocasionados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los gastos deben justificarse con facturas y otros documentos de valor probatorio equivalente en el tráfico jurídico mercantil o con eficacia administrativa, en original y copia a compulsar. Si deben devolverse las facturas o justificantes originales, a petición de la entidad subvencionada, se reflejará con un sello la fecha de concesión de la subvención así como el importe del justificante que se imputa a la subvención .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las facturas originales, acreditativas del gasto subvencionado, expedidas a nombre de las entidades subvencionadas y con su NIF, deben expresar claramente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Fecha de emisión, que deberá corresponder al período de 01 de diciembre de 2020 a 30 de noviembre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Datos fiscales (nombre, domicilio, NIF, etc.) de la entidad emisora ​​y de la entidad pagadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Número de la factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Concepto detallado por el que se expide, que deberá ser suficientemente claro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Importe, desglosando la parte que corresponde al IVA, en su caso. Si la operación está exenta de IVA debe mencionarse en la factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si la entidad beneficiaria únicamente dispone de la factura o documento justificativo que acredita el gasto recibido por correo electrónico, se admitirá siempre que con la impresión de la factura se adjunte un certificado firmado por el representante legal de la entidad en el que manifieste la imposibilidad o dificultad grave para obtener el documento original y declare que la factura ni se ha utilizado ni se utilizará para justificar ninguna otra&amp;nbsp;subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo máximo para justificar la subvención será el día 31 de marzo de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;La documentación acreditativa por la justificación de la subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para justificar la subvención otorgada, debe hacerse referencia a la TOTALIDAD del proyecto y/o actividades por las que se ha solicitado la subvención y deberá presentarse: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A. &lt;strong&gt;La memoria técnica&lt;/strong&gt; de la actuación justificativa del cumplimiento de las condiciones impuestas en la concesión de la subvención, con las actividades realizadas y los resultados obtenidos, la temporalización, medios de difusión utilizados, la evaluación en base a indicadores cuantitativos y cualitativos, y cualquier otro aspecto que pueda resultar adecuado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;B. La memoria económica justificativa del coste de la TOTALIDAD del proyecto y/o de las actividades que se han realizado. Para la realización de esta memoria económica deberá presentarse:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Anexo 6&lt;/strong&gt;. Cuenta justificativa (debidamente cumplimentada, sellada por la entidad y firmada por el representante legal).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Este Anexo 6 ​​incluye:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;i. La relación clasificada de los gastos y pagos efectuados relacionados con la totalidad de la actividad subvencionada, ya sea esta subvención total o parcial. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si la subvención se otorga en base a un presupuesto, se indicarán las desviaciones acaecidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ii. Relación de otros ingresos o subvenciones que han financiado la actividad subvencio- nada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;iii. Relación de otros documentos a aportar en la cuenta justificativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;iv. Declaración de responsabilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b. &lt;strong&gt;Facturas y/o&lt;/strong&gt; documentos de valor probatorio equivalente en el tráfico jurídico mercantil o con eficacia administrativa incorporados a la relación referida en el párrafo anterior y la documentación acreditativa del pago. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;C) Si procede, otros documentos justificativos que se consideren necesarios y que correspondan al tercer punto del Anexo 6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D) Una muestra, en su caso, del material de difusión de la actividad subvencionada: carteles, folletos de mano y cualquier otro elemento publicitario. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11. &lt;strong&gt;PROCEDIMIENTO DE GESTIÓN PRESUPUESTARIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La resolución de la concesión de la subvención comportará el correspondiente compromiso de gasto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El pago de la subvención se realizará después de que el beneficiario haya justificado la realización de la actividad, proyecto, objetivo o comportamiento, y se haya certificado por los servicios técnicos del área de bienestar social para con la realización de la actividad y cumplimiento de la finalidad que determinó la concesión de la subvención de acuerdo con el artículo 32 de la LGS y 88 RLGS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12. &lt;strong&gt;REINTEGRO DE SUBVENCIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Deberá aplicarse el artículo 37 de la LGS respecto de las causas de reintegro de las subvenciones, entre otras:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a.- Obtención de la subvención falseando las condiciones o escondiendo las que lo hubiesen impedido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b.- Incumplimiento total o parcial del objetivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c.- Incumplimiento de la obligación de justificación o justificación insuficiente o parcial del proyecto y/o actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d.- Incumplimiento de la obligación de adoptar medidas de difusión (del carácter público de la subvención).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e.- Resistencia, excusa, obstrucción o negativa a las actuaciones de comprobación y control financiero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El derecho de reconocer o liquidar el reintegro prescribe a los cuatro (4) años, art. 39 de la Ley General de Subvenciones 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El procedimiento de reintegro deberá ajustarse a los artículos 41, 42 y 43 de la Ley General de Subvenciones 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e) No hallarse al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias o frente a la Seguridad Social impuestas por las disposiciones vigentes, en la forma que reglamentariamente se determine.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
