El Tribunal Calificador del procedimiento, eleva a esta Alcaldía el resultado definitivo y orden de prelación del Bolsín.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Según las facultades que me son conferidas por el Artículo 21.1.h) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de Bases de Régimen Local, </span><strong>DISPONGO</strong></p> <p><strong>Primero</strong><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">. Si optara para interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo no podrá interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que aquel sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio.
