font-size:12px">“<strong>PRIMERO</strong>.- Aprobar la modificación de la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Palma que figura en la propuesta adjunta MF-745 relativa a la modificación del puesto de trabajo de Jefe de Servicio de Tramitación de Licencias de Actividades del Departamento de Actividades y Seguridad de los &nbsp;Establecimientos, del Área de Modelo de Ciudad, de acuerdo con la petición de la Concejalía del área.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGUNDO</strong>.- Aprobar la modificación de las funciones específicas del puesto quedando con la siguiente redacción: </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Además de las funciones genéricas de Jefe de Servicio:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Supervisar y revisar los informes y los informes-propuesta de resolución que se preparan en el servicio. </span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Asesorar jurídica y legalmente a los interesados en procedimientos abiertos al departamento, así como asesorar en consultas relacionadas en materia de actividades. </span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Elaborar las propuestas en materia de revisión, nulidad y declaración de lesividad de licencias de actividades. </span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Coordinar y actualizar los documentos relativos a los procedimientos sancionadores derivados de las denuncias de actividades (actualización de plantillas, documentos, formularios, etc). </span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Emitir informe a petición de los Servicios Jurídicos Municipales para la defensa jurídica de los expedientes tramitados por el departamento, y dar respuesta a demandas judiciales relacionadas con los expedientes del departamento. </span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Asistir y asesorar jurídicamente la Gerencia de Urbanismo y el resto de los órganos municipales. </span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Colaborar con otras Administraciones Públicas, y más concretamente la Consejería en la que se incardine el Servicio de Actividades Clasificadas, para redactar propuestas sobre la redacción de nuevos textos legales. </span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Interactuar con otras Administraciones Públicas en representación del Ayuntamiento de Palma en foros de trabajo, participando activamente en la aportación de ideas en todo lo que se relaciona con la calidad y simplificación administrativas aplicadas al ámbito de los procedimientos administrativos, y en concreto su aplicación a la Ley de Actividades.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Preparar conferencias y charlas sobre la aplicación del procedimiento de tramitación del Régimen jurídico de las licencias de actividades en las Islas Baleares a requerimiento de otros departamentos del Ayuntamiento, otras administraciones, organismos oficiales o sedes colegiales que lo requieran.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCERO</strong>.- Establecer como fecha de efectos la del día siguiente de su aprobación. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>CUARTO</strong>.- Publicar el contenido del Acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.”</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de los interesados recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.
