    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Concejal de Deportes en fecha&amp;nbsp; 1&amp;nbsp; de diciembre de 2021, ha dictado la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decreto del Concejal de Deportes por el que se conceden ayudas para la promoción de deportistas locales 2021-2022.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. El 16 de octubre de 2021 se publicó en el BOIB número 142 la Resolución del Concejal de Deportes de 13 de octubre&amp;nbsp; por la cual se convocaban ayudas para la promoción de deportistas locales&amp;nbsp; 2021-2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. En fecha 15 de noviembre del año 2021 acababa el plazo de presentación de solicitudes a esta convocatoria. Sólo se ha presentado una única solicitud. Y&amp;nbsp; revisada y visto que cumple con todos y cada uno de los requisitos establecidos&amp;nbsp; y presenta la documentación completa exigida en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. La ley General de Subvenciones 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre y el reglamento que la desarrolla aprobado por Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. El Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas baleares (BOIB núm. 196, de 31 de diciembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. El Decreto del Concejal de Deportes de 13 de octubre de 2021 por el cual se convocan ayudas para la promoción de deportistas locales 2021-2022 (BOIB número 142, de 16 de octubre de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4. El artículo 6 y 15 de la Ordenanza General núm. 15, reguladora de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Ses salines (BOIB núm. 116, de 21 de agosto de 2004).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5. Ley 39/2015, de 1 de Octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Autorizar, disponer, reconocer la obligación y ordenar el pago de las ayudas económicas que se especifican en el anexo 1 en concepto de subvenciones para la promoción de los deportistas locales 2021-2022, por un importe de 250 € (doscientos cincuenta euros) cada una de ellas con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 341.481.01 del presupuesto de gastos del año 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las solicitudes de las personas relacionadas en el anexo 1 cumplen con los requisitos establecidos y han presentado la documentación completa que se exigía en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.Publicar la presente Resolución en &lt;em&gt;el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; y en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Ses Salines &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;(www.ajsessalines.net).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Contra la presente Resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el mismo órgano administrativo que dictó el acto, en el plazo de un mes desde el día siguiente a su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un contencioso-administrativo, ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de las Islas Baleares, en el plazo de 2 meses, desde el día siguiente a la publicación (art. 46.1 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, Reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Sin perjuicio que pueda ejercitar cualquier otro recurso que estime procedente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
