    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Alcalde-presidente el 1 de diciembre de 2021, ha dictado la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Decreto del Alcalde-Presidente por el cual se conceden subvenciones para transporte a los estudiantes del Término Municipal de Ses Salines a otros centros escolares de enseñanza secundaria no obligatoria (exceptuando estudios universitarios) para el curso 2021-2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. El 26 de octubre del año 2021 se publicó en el BOIB número 146 la Resolución del Alcalde-Presidente, por la cual se convocan subvenciones para transporte a los estudiantes del Término Municipal de Ses Salines a otros centros escolares de enseñanza secundaria no obligatoria (exceptuando estudios universitarios) para el curso 2021-2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. En fecha 24 de octubre del año 2021 finalizaba el plazo para presentar solicitudes a dicha convocatoria. Y, una vez revisadas las solicitudes, todas ellas cumplen los requisitos establecidos y presentan completa, la documentación exigida en las Bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. La ley General de Subvenciones 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre y el reglamento que la desarrolla aprobado por Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. El Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas baleares ( BOIB núm. 196, de 31 de diciembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. El Decreto del Alcalde-Presidente de 21 de octubre de&amp;nbsp; 2021 por el cual se convocan subvenciones para transporte a los estudiantes del Término Municipal de Ses Salines a otros centros escolares de enseñanza secundaria no obligatoria (exceptuando estudios universitarios) para el curso 2021-2022.(BOIB número 146, de 21 de octubre de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4. El artículo 6 y 15 de la Ordenanza General núm. 15, reguladora de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Ses salines (BOIB núm. 116, de 21 de agosto de 2004).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5. Ley 39/2015, de 1 de Octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Admitir todas las solicitudes presentadas, ya que todas ellas cumplen con los requisitos establecidos y aportan la documentación completa establecida en las Bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Autorizar, disponer, reconocer la obligación y ordenar el pago de las ayudas económicas que se relacionan a continuación en el &lt;strong&gt;Anexo I&lt;/strong&gt;, en concepto de subvenciones para transporte a los estudiantes del Término Municipal de Ses Salines a otros centros escolares de enseñanza secundaria no obligatoria (exceptuando estudios universitarios) para el curso 2021-2022, por un importe de 300 € (trescientos euros), cada una de ellas con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 320.481.00 del presupuesto de gastos 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. Publicar la presente Resolución en &lt;em&gt;el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; y en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Ses Salines (www.ajsessalines.net).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Contra la presente Resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el mismo órgano administrativo que dictó el acto, en el plazo de un mes desde el día siguiente a su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un contencioso-administrativo, ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de las Islas Baleares, en el plazo de 2 meses, desde el día siguiente a la publicación (art. 46.1 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, Reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa). Sin perjuicio que pueda ejercitar cualquier otro recurso que estime procedente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
