590754 2021-12-04 49530 2021-12-01 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">De conformidad con la Resolución número 2021000303 del conseller executiu del Departament d'Hisenda, Gestió Econòmica, Esports i Joventut del Consell Insular d'Eivissa de fecha 29 de noviembre de 2021, se publica la Resolución número 2021000300 de fecha 24 de noviembre de 2021, del conseller executiu del Departament d'Hisenda, Gestió Econòmica, Esports i Joventut del Consell Insular d'Eivissa que incluye las correcciones contenidas en la resolución de fecha 29 de noviembre, en cumplimiento de lo establecido en el apartado segundo de su parte resolutiva.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En relación al expediente de concesión de ayudas económicas para entidades juveniles sin ánimo de lucro, escuelas de tiempo libre infantil y juvenil, clubs náuticos y para la organización de conciertos y/o eventos musicales dirigidos a los jóvenes, durante los años 2020 y 2021, en el ámbito territorial de la isla de Eivissa, dado que la Comisión Evaluadora reunida en fecha 6 de octubre de 2021, emitió el acta dónde concretaba el resultado de la evaluación efectuada de las solicitudes presentadas solicitando una ayuda económica.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Visto que, a efectos prácticos, en la base 12.2 de la convocatoria se establece una delegación competencial del Consell Executiu en el conseller executiu del Departament d'Hisenda, Gestió Econòmica, Esports i Joventut del Consell para resolver el expediente.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Vista la diligencia en relación a las alegaciones a la información pública de la propuesta de resolución provisional de la convocatoria emitida por la Oficina de Atención a los Ciudadanos (OAC), de fecha 26 de octubre de 2021, donde se señala que no consta ninguna alegación a la propuesta de resolución provisional mencionada, que se publico en la sede del Consell Insular d'Eivissa entre los días 7 i 23 de octubre de 2021.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Dado el informe propuesta favorable emitido por el Gerente del Campament de sa Cala des Jondal en fecha 9 de noviembre de 2021.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Visto el informe de conformidad de fiscalización limitada previa, el cual es meramente formal y no material, preceptivo y necesario emitido por la Intervención de la Corporación en fecha 23 de noviembre de 2021.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En virtud de todo lo anterior, de los Decretos de Presidencia núm. 2019000471, de 10 de julio de 2019, de estructura del Gobierno del Consell Insular d'Eivissa y creación de departamentos (BOIB núm. 95, de 11-07-2019; modificaciones en el BOIB núm. 175, de 31-12-2019, en el BOIB núm. 153 de 05-09-2020 y en el BOIB núm. 119 de 02-09-2021), núm. 2019000472, de nombramiento de las personas miembros del Consell Executiu de 10 de julio de 2019 (BOIB núm. 95 de 11-07-2019), núm. 2019000484, de 16 de julio de 2019 de determinación de las atribuciones correspondientes a los diferentes órganos del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (BOIB núm. 98, de 17-07-2019; modificaciones en el BOIB núm. 175, de 31-12-2019 y en el BOIB núm. 153 de 05-09-2020) y de conformidad con el artículo 72.e) del Reglamento Orgánico del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (BOIB núm. 136, de 18-09-2010;
