    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;BASES REGULADORAS DE LA CONVOCATORIA DE SUBVENCIONES DIRIGIDAS A ASOCIACIONES SOCIOCULTURALES PARA EL DESARROLLO DE ACTIVIDADES Y PROGRAMAS DE PROMOCIÓNn Y ANIMACIÓNn SOCIOCULTURAL DE SINEU, AÑO 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Ley Orgánica 1/2002, de 22 de marzo, que regula el derecho de asociación reconoce, en la exposición de motivos, la importancia del fenómeno asociativo, como instrumento de integración en la sociedad. Es evidente que las asociaciones ejercen un papel fundamental en los diversos ámbitos de la actividad social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, establece que las subvenciones son una técnica de fomento de determinados comportamientos de interés general e incluso un procedimiento de colaboración entre la Administración Pública y los particulares para la gestión de actividades de interés público. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Así mismo, el Ayuntamiento de Sineu aprobó una Ordenanza reguladora de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Sineu (BOIB n.º 150 de 6/10/2007), que regula el régimen jurídico general de la concesión de subvenciones por parte del Ayuntamiento de Sineu y la definición del conjunto de condiciones, requisitos y procedimientos a seguir para la solicitud, concesión, justificación, cobro y, si procede, el reintegro de las cantidades no justificadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PRIMERA.- OBJETO Y FINALIDAD &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.1 El objeto de esta convocatoria es fijar las condiciones que regulan la concesión de subvenciones para apoyar a las asociaciones en el desarrollo de actividades y programas de promoción y animación sociocultural con el fin de dinamizar la vida cultural, estimular y promover el asociacionismo, y la participación social en el ámbito comunitario. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.2 La presente convocatoria pretende contribuir en la financiación de los gastos siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ACTIVIDADES SOCIOCULTURALES realizadas en el municipio de Sineu por el periodo comprendido entre el 1 de octubre de 2020 y el 30 de septiembre de 2021, ambos incluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Bloc I: Actividades relacionadas con la salud (actividades de gimnasia, yoga, tatxí, pilates, relajación, expresión corporal y psicomotricidad, actividades de estimulación de la memoria) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Bloc II: Talleres Intergeneracionales &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Bloc III: Formación (conferencias de contenido diverso, cursos de idiomas)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Bloc IV: Ocio y tiempo libre (actividades de dibujo, manualidades y otras actividades de ocio y tiempo libre) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Bloc V: Cultura (pintura, fotografía, corales, teatro, aprendizaje musical, conciertos musicales, clubes de lectura, edición y publicación de revistas propias, cine, radio...) y Fiestas Populares (carrozas, pasacalles, animación, bailes populares...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Bloc VI: Actividades, de iniciativa solidaria o de concienciación de problemáticas sociales y que por lo tanto tienen por objeto la prevención o intervención para la mejora del bienestar de la ciudadanía (actividades relacionadas en el tema de igualdad de oportunidades, género, drogodependencias, menores, personas mayores...). Actividades realizadas y dirigidas a la comunidad de Sineu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SEGUNDA.- BENEFICIARIOS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.1. Pueden acceder a la condición de beneficiarios de las subvenciones las asociaciones sin ánimo de lucro, que tengan por objeto el desarrollo de actividades y programas de promoción y animación sociocultural, que tienen que ejercer el programa que fundamenta el otorgamiento o que están en una situación que legitima la concesión, y que reúnan los siguientes requisitos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Estar legalmente constituida y adaptada en la Ley Orgánica 1/2002, de 22 de marzo, reguladora del derecho de asociación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Estar inscrita en el Registro de Entidades Jurídicas del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares y/o en otros registros de administraciones públicas, cuando corresponda, en fecha anterior a 31 de octubre de 2020. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Tener el domicilio o ámbito territorial de actuación de las actividades en el municipio de Sineu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Tener capacidad jurídica y de obrar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.2 No pueden obtener la condición de beneficiarios las entidades en que se da alguna de las circunstancias siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Las entidades asociativas con finalidad lucrativa, comercial, mercantil o similar, los colegios profesionales y las asociaciones profesionales y las cooperativas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Las entidades en las cuales concurra alguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en el artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003 de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Aquellas asociaciones que fomenten actividades en perjuicio de las lenguas oficiales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, el catalán y el castellano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;TERCERA.- IMPORTE MÁXIMO QUE SE DESTINA A LAS SUBVENCIONES Y LOS CRÉDITOS PRESUPUESTARIOS A LOS CUALES SE IMPUTA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El importe máximo de esta convocatoria es de 13.000'00 euros que se financiará con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 334 48000 del Ayuntamiento de Sineu para el año 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;CUARTA. PRESENTACIÓN DE LAS SOLICITUDES &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.1. Las solicitudes de subvención se formalizarán mediante solicitud, según el modelo normalizado que figura como anexo y de esta convocatoria. En cualquier caso, las solicitudes tienen que contener todos los datos necesarios para identificar la entidad y su representante legal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.2 Las solicitudes se tienen que presentar al registro del Ayuntamiento de Sineu (c. Sant Francesc, 10, 07510 Sineu). Asímismo, también se pueden presentar en los lugares establecidos en el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas (en lo sucesivo LPA).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.3 El plazo para la presentación de las solicitudes finaliza día 20 de diciembre de 2021. Las solicitudes presentadas fuera del plazo mencionado en el párrafo anterior no serán admitidas en la presente convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si la solicitud no reúne los datos de identificación, tanto de la subvención solicitada como de la persona solicitante, o algunos de los requisitos previstos en el artículo 66 de la LPA, se tiene que requerir la entidad solicitante de acuerdo con el que establece el artículo 68 de la mencionada Ley porque, en un plazo no superior a cinco días, enmiende la falta o acompañe los documentos preceptivos con indicación que, si así no lo hace, se tendrá por desistida la petición, previa resolución exprés. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Junto con la solicitud se tendrá que presentar la documentación de la base quinta de esta convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.4 Las bases que rigen esta convocatoria de subvenciones han sido publicadas. Por lo tanto, el Ayuntamiento de Sineu no tiene la obligación de informar a las asociaciones que puedan optar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;QUINTA.- DOCUMENTACIÓN QUE SE TIENE QUE PRESENTAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las solicitudes de subvención se acompañarán de la documentación siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Certificado de transferencia bancaria normalizado, acreditativo de la libreta o cuenta corriente en que se ingresará si corresponde, el importe de la subvención (anexo II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Declaración responsable del representante legal de la entidad ante autoridad administrativa de no incurrir en ninguno de las prohibiciones establecidas a los apartados 2 y 3 del artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre (anexo IV). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Actividad detallada por la cual se solicita la subvención, especificando, como mínimo, los siguientes puntos: descripción de las actividades, colectivo a quién va dirigidos, temporalización y toda aquella documentación adjunta que sirva para acreditar la realización de la actividad (anexo V). Se tiene que presentar un Anexo V por cada actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) El número actualizado de asociados *mediante certificación del secretario/aria de la asociación o entidad (anexo VI).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;*Se entiende por persona socia aquellas personas inscritas en actividades de forma activa en el periodo que rige la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Estatutos de las entidades o asociaciones o Acta Fundacional donde consten el objeto y finalidades, excepto en aquellas asociaciones que las hayan aportado previamente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Sineu se reserva la facultad de pedir a las entidades solicitantes de la subvención, en cualquier momento de la tramitación, el acceso al libro de registro de personas asociadas, para verificar el número de personas declaradas en la solicitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f) DNI y títulos de las personas formadoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;g) Declaración de no haber pedido cabe otra ayuda o subvención por la actividad objeto de la solicitud (Anexo III). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;h) Declaración responsable de la realización del proyecto subvencionado (anexo VII)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SEXTA.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; La convocatoria se someterá a la fiscalización previa de la Intervención del Ayuntamiento de Sineu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SÉPTIMA.- VALORACIÓN DEL IMPORTE DE LA SUBVENCIÓN &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.1 La concesión de las subvenciones se hará hasta el límite del crédito presupuestario establecido en esta convocatoria. Los importes máximos con el que se pueden subvencionar los proyectos presentados son los siguientes: 3.000 euros por solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.2 Las subvenciones se otorgarán de acuerdo con los principios de publicidad, transparencia, concurrencia, objetividad, igualdad y no discriminación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El procedimiento de adjudicación que se seguirá será la concurrencia competitiva y las subvenciones se adjudicarán intermediado el sistema de prorrateo de manera proporcional a los puntos obtenidos por cada una de las asociaciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.3. Los criterios y puntuaciones para obtener subvenciones son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- Número de personas socias* de la asociación (máximo 1 punto):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-De 20 a 30 socios 0,25 punto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-De 30 a 50 socios 0,50 punto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-De 50 a 70 socios 0,75 punto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Más de 70 socios 1 punto &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;*Se entiende por persona socia aquellas personas inscritas en actividades de forma activa en el periodo que rige la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- Número de formadores en la materia que se imparte (máximo 3 puntos) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- *Formadores titulados: 0,50 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Otros formadores: 0,10 puntos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;*Aquella persona que, para desarrollar la actividad objeto de la subvención, dispone de una titulación oficial reglada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.- Desarrollo de actividades (máximo 5 puntos) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Se otorgarán hasta 1 puntos a aquellas asociaciones que soliciten subvención para llevar a cabo un proyecto de actividades previstas en algunos de los apartados de la base 1.2, bloques I a IV, de esta convocatoria. Cada una de las actividades obtendrá una puntuación de 0,15.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Se otorgarán hasta 3 puntos a aquellas asociaciones que soliciten subvención para llevar a cabo un proyecto de actividades previstas en algunos de los apartados de la base 1.2, bloque V, de esta convocatoria. Cada una de las actividades obtendrá una puntuación de 0,25. La participación en carrozas por Sant Antoni, y actividades organizadas por las Fiestas de los Reyes, Desfile, San Marc y Fiestas de la Virgen María de Agosto podrán tener una puntuación de 0,50 cada una. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;• Se otorgarán hasta 1 puntos a aquellas asociaciones que soliciten subvención para llevar a cabo un proyecto de actividades previstas en algunos del apartado de la base 1.2, bloque VI, de esta convocatoria. Cada una de las actividades obtendrá una puntuación de 0,50.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No obtendrán puntuación aquellas actividades que se hayan realizado con algun tipo de aportación o ayuda por parte del Ayuntamiento o cualquier otro Administración Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.4 El importe de la subvención que recibe cada solicitud se calculará̀ de la siguiente manera: *Is= [(T x *Ps)/ PT] &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;*Is= Importe de la subvencióń que recibe cada solicitud &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;T= Crédito presupuestario establecido en la convocatoria &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;*Ps= Puntuacióń de la solicitud que se valora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PT= Suma de las puntuaciones de todas las solicitudes &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En ningún caso el importe resultante podrá ser superior a 3.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.5 Se considerarán gastos subvencionables aquellos que de manera indudable respondan a la naturaleza de la actividad subvencionada, de acuerdo con la base primera, y se efectúen en el plazo establecido a la base primera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;OCTAVA.- COMISIÓN DE EVALUACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para estudiar y para evaluar las solicitudes así como para fijar el importe de las subvenciones de las solicitudes, se constituye la comisión técnica de evaluación integrada por: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Presidencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- El Alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Sineu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vocalías&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-La Concejalía Participación Ciudadana &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-La Concejalía de Cultura y Fiestas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Un miembro de cada grupo político integrantes de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Secretaría&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Secretaria/Interventora del Ayuntamiento de Sineu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Esta comisión examina y evalúa las solicitudes, de acuerdo con los criterios establecidos en la convocatoria, y emite el informe que sirve de base al órgano instructor para elaborar la propuesta de acuerdo definitiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La comisión puede instar al órgano instructor porque requiera a las asociaciones o entidades solicitantes los informes o las aclaraciones que se consideren convenientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;NOVENA.- INSTRUCCIÓN DEL PROCEDIMIENTO &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El órgano instructor será la Secretaria del Ayuntamiento de Sineu y tiene que llevar a cabo las actuaciones a que se refieren el artículo 24 y siguientes de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, y tiene que formular la propuesta de acuerdo en la que se expresará el beneficiario o la lista ordenada de beneficiarios para los cuales se propone la subvención y su cuantía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DECENA.- RESOLUCIÓN DEL PROCEDIMIENTO &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Una vez examinadas las solicitudes y emitida la propuesta de resolución, el órgano competente lo elevará a la Junta de Gobierno Local, quien resolverá sobre la procedencia de la subvención. Esta resolución se notificará a las personas interesadas y se publicará en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Sineu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La resolución tiene que ser exprés y motivada y tiene que fijar, con carácter definitivo, la cuantía específica de cada una de las subvenciones concedidas y el importe del proyecto presentado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 25.3 de la Ley 38/2003, general de subvenciones, la resolución, además de contener el solicitante o la relación de solicitantes a los cuales se concede la subvención, tiene que hacer constar, si se tercia, de manera exprés, la desestimación del resto de las solicitudes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El plazo máximo para resolver el procedimiento y notificarlo a los interesados es de seis meses desde la fecha de publicación de la convocatoria en la página web del Ayuntamiento. Se considerarán desestimadas las solicitudes de concesión de subvención no resueltas en este plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;UNDÉCIMA.- OBLIGACIONES DE LOS BENEFICIARIOS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los beneficiarios tienen que cumplir las obligaciones establecidas en las disposiciones normativas que están de aplicación y, en concreto, las del artículo 14 de la Ley 38/2003 y las recogidas en estas bases y el resto que esté de aplicación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Concretamente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Haber realizado la actividad que fundamenta la concesión de las subvenciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Acreditar ante el Ayuntamiento el cumplimiento de los requisitos y las condiciones, y también la realización de la actividad y el cumplimiento de la finalidad que determinen la concesión o el goce de la subvención. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Comunicar en el Ayuntamiento de Sineu la obtención de otras subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos que financien las actividades subvencionadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;e) Constituir las garantías que sean exigibles, si es el caso. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;f) Disponer de los libros contables, registros y resto de documentación exigida por la normativa, a fin de garantizar el adecuado ejercicio de las facultades de comprobación y control y conservar los documentos justificativos de la aplicación de los fondos recibidos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;g) Las actividades por las cuales se solicita la subvención tendrán que contar con un mínimo de asistencia: 2% del número de personas asociadas con un mínimo de seis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DOCENA.- PAGO DE LAS SUBVENCIONES &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El pago de las subvenciones se hace una vez quede acreditado por parte del Ayuntamiento el cumplimiento de la finalidad para la cual se concedieron.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por lo cual, el Ayuntamiento podrá solicitar todos aquellos documentos, tanto descriptivos como económicos, cuando, de la documentación aportada con la solicitud, no quede claro la realización del proyecto o actividad o no queden claros determinados extremos objeto de la subvención o que se hayan tenido en cuenta para la valoración de la misma. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se pierde el derecho a cobrar total o parcialmente la subvención en el supuesto de que falte la mencionada acreditación y cuando se dé alguna de las causas de reintegro previstas en la legislación vigente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DECIMOTERCERA.- REVOCACIÓN Y REINTEGRO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cuanto a la revocación y al reintegro se estará al que dispone la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones y la Ordenanza reguladora de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Sineu (BOIB n.º 150 de 6/10/2010).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La informacióń y los datos declarados en las solicitudes de subvencióń de la presente convocatoria están amparadas por la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 15 de diciembre, de proteccióń de datos de carácter personal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;COMUNICACIÓN DE DATOS A LA BASE DE DATOS NACIONAL DE SUBVENCIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Sineu, en cumplimiento del previsto en los artículos 17,18 y 20 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, remitirá a la base de datos nacional de subvenciones información sobre esta convocatoria y de las resoluciones de concesióń que se deriven y se publicará̀ en el&amp;nbsp;BOIB por conducto de esta base de datos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
