Las personas y las entidades que figuran en el apartado primer de esta Resolución han presentado a la Consejería de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes una solicitud de subvención para facilitarles el transporte del material deportivo entre las islas de la comunidad autónoma, a la península, las Islas Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla para asistir a las competiciones oficiales de los diferentes calendarios.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">2. El Servicio de Administración Deportiva de la Dirección General de Deportes ha examinado las solicitudes y está conforme con los aspectos siguientes:</span></span></p> <ul> <li> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Las personas y entidades solicitantes, por su naturaleza, pueden ser beneficiarias de la subvención objeto de la convocatoria.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Las personas y entidades han presentado las solicitudes dentro del plazo y de la manera adecuada y han adjuntado la documentación exigida por la convocatoria.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Las personas y entidades han presentado la factura acreditativa del desplazamiento y acta del partido o prueba deportiva emitida por la correspondiente federación deportiva. </span></span></p> </li> <li> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Que las personas y entidades solicitantes han firmado la declaración responsable que acredita que no se encuentran incluidos en ninguno de los supuestos de prohibición o de incompatibilidad para ser beneficiarios de la subvención de conformidad con la normativa aplicable.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Que las personas y entidades solicitantes están al corriente en el cumplimento de las obligaciones tributarias con la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.</span></span></p> </li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">3. La subvención se distribuye en las cuantías especificadas en el apartado primero, por beneficiario, y hay crédito adecuado y suficiente a la partida presupuestaria 17601 461A01 48000 00 de los presupuestos generales de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares para el año 2021.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. Las ayudas percibidas en virtud de la presente convocatoria están sujetas a la tributación por IRPF, cuando el beneficiario final sea una persona física y no pueda acogerse a ninguna exención, en particular la prevista para los deportistas de alto nivel en el artículo 7.m de la Ley 35/2006, del Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><strong>Fundamentos de derecho </strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">1. El artículo 21.4 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones (BOIB núm. 196, de 31 de diciembre de 2005), dispone que la resolución, que finaliza el procedimiento de concesión de subvenciones, se ha de notificar individualmente o mediante publicación en el BOIB, de acuerdo con lo que se dispone en la convocatoria. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">2. La Orden del Consejero de Turismo y Deportes de 18 de diciembre de 2012 por la cual se establecen las bases reguladoras para conceder subvenciones en materia de deportes (BOIB núm. 2, de 3 de enero de 2013).</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">3. El apartado 6.6 de la Resolución del Consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes de 25 de octubre de 2019 (BOIB núm. 151, de 7 de noviembre de 2019) dispone que la resolución expresa de la Consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes finaliza el procedimiento de concesión de subvención. La resolución colectiva se publicará en el <em>Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares</em> en el plazo de seis meses desde la finalización del período de presentación de solicitudes.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">4. La propuesta de resolución de concesión de ayudas de la Dirección General de Deportes de 3 de noviembre de 2021.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente </span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><strong>Resolución </strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">1. Aprobar la concesión de subvenciones, para facilitar el transporte de material deportivo entre las islas de la comunidad autónoma, a la Península, las Islas Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla para asistir a las competiciones oficiales de los diferentes calendarios federativos, a los beneficiarios siguientes, por el importe individual indicado;
