&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El 17 de noviembre de 20&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;21&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, la jefa de estudios de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Prefectura &lt;/span&gt; III de la EBAP emitió un informe sobre la oferta de cursos de catalán para el año 2022 con el fin de aprobar el plan anual de formación de lengua catalana y la convocatoria de pruebas correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. En la sesión de 22 de noviembre de 2021, a propuesta de la Dirección Gerencia, el Consejo de Dirección de la EBAP, en el ejercicio de las funciones que le atribuye el artículo 11.2&lt;em&gt; e)&lt;/em&gt; de los Estatutos de la Escuela, ha aprobado el Plan de Formación de Lengua Catalana del año 2022, que incluye la oferta de cursos (anexo 1) y las instrucciones por las que se rige el Plan de Formación (anexo 2)&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. De acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 12 de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la Función Pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, corresponden a la EBAP la formación, la capacitación y el perfeccionamiento del personal al servicio de la Administración autonómica y de las entidades que dependen de esta. Asimismo, esta norma añade que, en los términos que se establezcan, corresponde a la EBAP la realización de actividades formativas y de selección del personal al servicio de las otras administraciones del ámbito territorial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. La Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. La Ley 1/2016, de 3 de febrero, de modificación de la Ley 3/1986, de 29 de abril, de Normalización Lingüística en las Illes Balears, regula, entre otros, el uso del catalán en la actuación administrativa y en los procedimientos administrativos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. La Ley 4/2016, de 6 de abril, de Medidas de Capacitación Lingüística para la Recuperación del Uso del Catalán en el Ámbito de la Función Pública, contiene medidas de capacitación lingüística dirigidas a recuperar y fomentar el uso del catalán en el ámbito de la función pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;5. El artículo 1 del Decreto 191/1996, de 25 de octubre, por el que se regulan las condiciones generales de las actividades formativas que organiza la Consejería de Interior (actualmente, Consejería de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad), indica que el Instituto Balear de Administración Pública (actualmente, Escuela Balear de Administración Pública) es el principal instrumento de la política formativa de la Administración pública de las Illes Balears, y elabora periódicamente diferentes planes de formación que responden a los principios de eficacia y de calidad de las actividades formativas, con el fin de favorecer la participación del personal al servicio de la Administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;6. El artículo único del Decreto 2/1999, de 22 de enero, modifica el artículo 14 del citado Decreto&amp;nbsp;191/1996, y regula las condiciones para presentarse a las pruebas de los diferentes niveles de lengua catalana y obtener los correspondientes certificados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;7. El artículo 5.18 del Decreto 31/2012, de 13 de abril, por el que se aprueban los Estatutos de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública, incluye, entre sus funciones, ofrecer la enseñanza de la lengua catalana al personal de la Administración autonómica y al personal de las otras administraciones públicas del ámbito territorial de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears, y evaluar sus conocimientos por medio de pruebas para la obtención de los correspondientes certificados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8. Este Plan de Formación tiene la consideración de plan interadministrativo de acuerdo con lo establecido por &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el Acuerdo de formación para &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el empleo de las administraciones públicas (AFEDAP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9. Teniendo en cuenta la duración de los cursos de lengua catalana y que es preciso que los cursos se inicien durante la segunda quincena de enero de 2022 al objeto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; que la convocatoria de pruebas sea &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; mes de junio, como era antes del retraso motivado por la pandemia, es indispensable agilizar los trámites de gestión de las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;que presenten&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; las personas interesadas—que se espera que sean numerosas. Por e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ll&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o, se considera conveniente declarar la urgencia de los trámites de presentación y de enmienda de s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;olicitud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; y el trámite de vista, previstos en el procedimiento, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;conforme a lo establecido en&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;el artículo 33 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo ello, de acuerdo con las atribuciones que otorga el artículo 11.2 &lt;em&gt;e)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de los Estatutos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de la EBAP, el Consejo de Dirección adopta los siguientes acuerdos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACUERDOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar la convocatoria de los cursos de lengua catalana &lt;/span&gt;del&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Plan de Formación de Lengua Catalana aprobado por el Consejo de Dirección de la EBAP para el año 2022, conforme a&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;lo&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;establecido en el anexo 1 de este Acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar las instrucciones que rigen el Plan de Formación de Lengua Catalana, también aprobadas por el Consejo de Dirección de la EBAP, conforme a lo establecido en el anexo 2 de este Acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. &lt;/strong&gt;Delegar en la Dirección Gerencia de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública la modificación o la supresión de los cursos en función de la demanda y la disponibilidad presupuestaria&lt;/span&gt;, así como la fijación &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;y modificación&lt;/span&gt;, si procede, de los &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;calendarios de los cursos y de las pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.&lt;/strong&gt; Declarar la aplicación de la tramitación de urgencia al procedimiento y reducir a la mitad los plazos establecidos en el procedimiento ordinario,&lt;/span&gt; excepto para los trámites de presentación de solicitudes&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; y de interposición de recursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar este Acuerdo en &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra este Acuerdo, que agota la v&lt;/span&gt;ía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso potestativo de reposición ante el Consejo de Dirección de la EBAP en el plazo de un mes, a contar a partir del día siguiente al de su publicación en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo&amp;nbsp;57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo de Palma en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación de este Acuerdo, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Instrucciones por las que se rige el Plan de Formación de Lengua Catalana de la EBAP de 2022&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 1. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.1. El objeto de estas instrucciones es fijar el plazo de presentación de las solicitudes, los requisitos de inscripción, los criterios de selección de los alumnos, el desarrollo de los cursos y la organización de las pruebas de lengua catalana del Plan de Formación de Lengua Catalana del año 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.2. La inscripción a los cursos de lengua catalana de la EBAP supone la aceptación de estas instrucciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.3. Corresponde a la&lt;/span&gt; EBAP &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;resolver los &lt;/span&gt;aspectos y las&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; incidencias que puedan surgir sobre la aplicación de estas instrucciones o sobre los casos que no se prevean en las mismas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 2. Cursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se ofrecen los cursos de los certificados de conocimientos de lengua catalana que a continuación se indican:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Conocimientos generales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La oferta de cursos incluye cursos presenciales y cursos en línea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La EBAP estudiará la viabilidad de ofrecer talleres de lengua oral y de lengua escrita, de 20 horas de duración cada uno y con una capacidad máxima de 20 alumnos por taller. Estos talleres irán dirigidos a los alumnos que hayan sido admitidos a alguno de los cursos de conocimientos generales de lengua catalana, de cualquier modalidad, correspondientes a la convocatoria de 2022, y a los alumnos que tengan derecho a examen según lo dispuesto en los puntos 24.3 y 24.4 de las instrucciones por las que se regía el Plan de Formación de Lengua Catalana de la EBAP de 2021. En caso de que la EBAP ofrezca estos talleres, se publicará su correspondiente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 3. Destinatarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.1. Puede participar en los cursos de lengua catalana:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Todo el personal al servicio de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;las&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Illes Balears (CAIB) —incluido el personal del Servicio de Salud y el de los cuerpos docentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; El personal &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;de los organismos y entes del sector público instrumental de la Comuni&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;dad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) &lt;/em&gt;El personal de las otras administraciones del ámbito territorial de las Illes Balears y de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;sus&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;entidades dependientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El personal empleado público de las administraciones con las que la EBAP ha subscrito un convenio de cesión del material didáctico y de derecho de reserva de plaza para un nivel correspondiente no puede inscribirse en los cursos; en concreto, el personal del Consejo de Mallorca no puede inscribirse en los cursos del nivel C2 y de lenguaje administrativo, y el personal del IMAS no puede inscribirse en los de los niveles B2, C1 y de lenguaje administrativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d)&lt;/em&gt; El personal de los servicios administrativos de la Universidad de las Illes Balears (UIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 4. Requisitos de inscripción&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.1. Para inscribirse al certificado de nivel B2 se tiene que acreditar el nivel A2 o el nivel B1 o equivalentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.2. Para inscribirse al certificado de nivel C1 se tiene que acreditar el nivel B2 o equivalente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.3. Para inscribirse al certificado de nivel C2 se tiene que acreditar el nivel C1 o equivalente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.4. Para inscribirse al certificado de lenguaje administrativo se tiene que acreditar el nivel C1 o equivalente, o el nivel C2 o equivalente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.5. A efectos de acreditar niveles de conocimiento, solo se reconocen los certificados expedidos por la EBAP, o los expedidos, homologados o declarados equivalentes por la Consejería de Fondos Europeos, Universidad y Cultura. Para ello, son aplicables la Orden del consejero de Educación, Cultura y Universidades de 21 de febrero de 2013 por la que se determinan los títulos, diplomas y certificados equivalentes a los certificados de conocimientos de lengua catalana de la Dirección General de Cultura y Juventud (BOIB núm. 34, de 12 de marzo), y la Orden de la consejera de Educación, Cultura y Universidades de 28 de julio de 2014 por la que se regulan la homologación de los estudios de lengua catalana de la educación secundaria obligatoria y del bachillerato con los certificados de conocimientos de lengua catalana de la Consejería de Educación, Cultura y Universidades y la exención de la evaluación de la lengua y la literatura catalanas en la enseñanza reglada no universitaria, y los procedimientos para su obtención (BOIB núm. 115, de 26 de agosto de 2014), o las normas que las sustituyan, en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;De acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 28 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, salvo que conste oposición expresa, la EBAP podrá verificar los datos relativos a los siguientes certificados de conocimiento de lengua catalana:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Los certificados expedidos por el órgano competente del Gobierno de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Los certificados homologados que consten en la base de datos del órgano competente del Gobierno de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Los certificados de catalán inscritos en el Registro de Personal de la Dirección General de Función Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Los certificados expedidos por la EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.6. Además de acreditar el correspondiente requisito, el personal sin acceso al Portal de Servicios al Personal de la Comunidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Autónoma de las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Illes &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Balears (CAIB) —personal del Servicio de Salud, personal administrativo adscrito a centros docentes y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la Universi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s Illes Balears (UIB), y personal del sector público instrumental de la Comuni&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dad &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Autónoma— y el personal &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;otras administraciones del ámbito territorial de las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Illes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Balears y de sus entidades dependientes, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;deberá&lt;/span&gt; presentar la cabecera de la nómina del mes anterior a la fecha de fin del plazo de presentación de solicitudes o, en caso de imposibilidad material, la del penúltimo mes (noviembre de 2021 o, subsidiariamente, octubre de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4.7. Las personas interesadas son responsables del cumplimiento de los requisitos de inscripción al inicio del curso. La EBAP se reserva el derecho a su comprobación en cualquier momento del procedimiento con objeto de asegurar el cumplimiento de lo establecido en los puntos 3 y 4 de estas instrucciones en orden a la admisión y la selección de los alumnos. Si procede, podrán ser excluidas las personas que no cumplan las condiciones y los requisitos de los puntos mencionados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 5. Inscripción&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.1.&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;El plazo de inscripción a los cursos de lengua catalana de la EBAP es &lt;/span&gt;de ocho días &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;hábiles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a contar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; a partir del&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;día siguiente de la publicación &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de este Acuerdo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. No se admitirá ninguna solicitud &lt;/span&gt;presentada &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;fuera de plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.2. En la solicitud de inscripción se tiene que hacer constar una dirección electrónica que sea operativa y de uso&lt;/span&gt; frecuente&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;puesto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; que el correo electrónico será el medio de comunicación habitual y preferente entre &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la EBAP y los alumnos admitidos, salvo los actos que tengan que ser objeto de publicación o notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Es obligación de los alumnos admitidos comunicar los cambios de dirección electrónica a la EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.3. Toda persona interesada se puede inscribir a cualquier curso de los que se ofrecen, independientemente del puesto de trabajo que ocupe&lt;/span&gt;. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cualquier caso, corresponde a la EBAP decidir la admisión final de los alumnos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.4. Solamente se permite la inscripción a un solo nivel de conocimiento y a una sola modalidad de aprendizaje.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;5.5. La presentación de la solicitud para participar en este procedimiento supone el conocimiento y la aceptación inequívocos del aspirante del tratamiento de los datos de carácter personal a cargo del órgano competente y únicamente para las finalidades establecidas. El tratamiento de la información facilitada en las solicitudes tendrá en cuenta las previsiones del Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 27 de abril de 2016, relativo a la protección de las personas físicas en cuanto al tratamiento de datos personales y a la libre circulación de estos datos, y de la Ley orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y Garantía de los Derechos Digitales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 6. Relaciones con los ciudadanos &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;6.1. Los trámites efectuados y los actos administrativos dictados en el marco de este procedimiento se publicarán en la página web Lengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;em&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt;), excepto los actos que se indique expresamente que se notificarán de manera individual. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;6.2. En todo caso, solo tendrán efectos jurídicos las comunicaciones enviadas por los medios de notificación y publicidad &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;previstos&lt;/span&gt; en esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. Modalidades de inscripción&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;7&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.1. El personal de la Administración de la Comuni&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Autónoma de las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Illes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Balears (incluido el personal del Servicio de Salud y el de los cuerpos docentes) y el de su &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;sector público instrumental&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; con acceso al Portal de Servicios al Personal tiene que tramitar la solicitud por este medio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;7&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.2. El personal sin acceso &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;al&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Portal de Servicios al Personal de la CAIB —personal del Servicio de Salud, personal administrativo adscrito a centros docentes y a la UIB, y personal del sector público instrumental de la Comuni&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dad Autónoma— y el personal de otras administraciones del ámbito territorial de las Illes Balears y de sus entidades dependientes, puede tramitar la solicitud siguiendo dos procedimientos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Mediante&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;la inscripción por Internet, para lo cual se debe &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;seguir la ruta siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Lengua Catalana EBAP&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt; (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;) &amp;gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Plan de Formación de Lengua Catalana 2021 &lt;/em&gt;&amp;gt; &lt;em&gt;Inscripción&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Mediante el modelo de solicitud, disponible &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;en&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; la página web Lengua Catalana EBAP (http://catalaebap.caib.cat &amp;gt; Plan de Formación de Lengua Catalana 2021 &amp;gt; Inscripción) y &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;en&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; las sedes de la EBAP. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;deben&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; rellenar todos los datos de la solicitud. Las solicitudes incompletas pueden ser causa de exclusión. Estas solicitudes se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;deben&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; presentar en el Registro &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; EBAP o en cualquiera de las formas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;establecidas en&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el artículo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt; 16.4 de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 8&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. Presentación de los requisitos de inscripción&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;8&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.1. El personal de la Administración de la Comuni&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Autónoma de las Illes Balears y de su &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;sector público instrumental &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;cuyos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt; datos estén actualizados &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en el Portal de Servicios al Personal no tiene que presentar ningún requisito &lt;/span&gt;relativo a la acreditación de niveles de conocimientos de catalán &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de los mencionados en el punto 4. En caso de que los datos no estén actualizados, se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;tiene que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; enviar una copia de la documentación correspondiente a la dirección electrónica &lt;em&gt;formaciollengues@ebap.caib.es&lt;/em&gt; o al número de fax 971 17 63 19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;8&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.2. El personal sin acceso &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l Portal de Servicios al Personal de la CAIB —personal del Servicio de Salud, personal administrativo adscrito a centros docentes y a la UIB, y personal del sector público instrumental de la Comuni&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;dad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Autónoma— y el personal de otras administraciones del ámbito territorial de las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Illes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Balears y de sus entidades dependientes, tiene que enviar a la dirección electrónica&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;formaciollengues@ebap.caib.es&lt;/em&gt; o al número de fax 971 17 63 19 la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; La cabecera de la nómina del mes anterior a la fecha de la finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes o, en caso de imposibilidad material, la del penúltimo mes (noviembre de 2021 o, subsidiariamente, octubre de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;El certificado del nivel de conocimientos de lengua catalana que sea requisito para inscribirse al curso solicitado, salvo que se haya obtenido el correspondiente certificado en alguna convocatoria de la EBAP, circunstancia que se indicará en la solicitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. Lista de las personas que cumplen los requisitos y de las que deben&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;subsanar deficiencias &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;9&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; EBAP publicará en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;web Lengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt;) la lista de personas que cumplen los requisitos para ser seleccionadas y la lista de personas que tienen que subsanar alguna deficiencia, con indicación de la causa provisional de exclusión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9.2. La inclusión en la lista de personas que cumplen los requisitos no implica la admisión automática a los cursos, puesto que antes se debe realizar el proceso de selección indicado en el punto 10.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9.3. Las personas inicialmente excluidas dispondrán de un plazo de cinco días hábiles, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación de la lista de personas excluidas en el web Lengua Catalana EBAP (http://catalaebap.caib.cat), para subsanar las deficiencias que correspondan. La documentación se tiene que enviar a la dirección electrónica formaciollengues@ebap.caib.es o al número de fax 971 17 63 19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9.4. Las personas que no subsanen las deficiencias y no presenten la documentación pertinente dentro del plazo fijado quedarán excluidas. La lista definitiva de personas excluidas se publicará en el web Lengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;em&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. Número de plazas por curso y criterios de selección&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;10&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Con carácter general&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, en los cursos presenciales se ofrecen 30 plazas por curso, y en los cursos en línea 35 plazas por curso. Si el número de personas admitidas a un curso supera el número previsto de plazas, se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;realizará&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; una selección de alumn&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s. S&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;olo participarán en el proceso de selección las solicitudes de las personas que cumplan los requisitos establecidos en estas instrucciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;10&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.2. En los cursos presenciales se ofrece, del nivel B2, un curso en Mallorca, uno en Menorca y uno en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ibiza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. En cuanto a los cursos en línea, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;con carácter general&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, se ofrecen, para el conjunto de todas las islas, 140 plazas para el certificado &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de nivel &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;B2, 1&lt;/span&gt;75&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; plazas para el certificado de nivel C1, 140 plazas&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;para el certificado de nivel C2 y 1&lt;/span&gt;4&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;0 plazas para el certificado de lenguaje administrativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10.3. En los cursos presenciales, los criterios de preferencia en la selección son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.º Las solicitudes de las personas que nunca hayan sido admitidas en ninguna edición del nivel solicitado o que hayan sido admitidas hace más de cinco años por última vez. Entre estas solicitudes se tendrá en cuenta la fecha de registro de la solicitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.º Las solicitudes de las personas admitidas, en los últimos cinco años, a una edición anterior del nivel solicitado y que hayan asistido a un mínimo del 80&amp;nbsp;% de horas. Entre estas solicitudes se tendrá en cuenta la fecha de registro de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.º&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Las solicitudes de las personas admitidas, en los últimos cinco años, a más de una edición del nivel solicitado y que hayan asistido a un mínimo del 80&amp;nbsp;% de horas. Entre estas solicitudes se tendrán en cuenta el número de admisiones y la fecha de registro de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.º Las solicitudes de las personas admitidas, en los últimos cinco años, a una edición o más del nivel solicitado y que no hayan asistido a un mínimo del 80&amp;nbsp;% de horas. Entre estas solicitudes se tendrán en cuenta el número de admisiones y la fecha de registro de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;10.&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. En los cursos en línea, los criterios de preferencia en la selección de las solicitudes son los que se indican a continuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;10.&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;C&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;onforme a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la Ley 39/2015, para el registro de las solicitudes del personal que proviene de la Administración local o estatal y las del sector público instrumental, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en su caso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;debe tener en cuenta la fecha de registro de la solicitud en el organismo o entidad de origen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;10.6&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;Las personas que, en el momento de presentar la solicitud, acrediten que se han reincorporado al servicio activo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;tras&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt; un permiso de maternidad o paternidad, o de una excedencia por &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;cuidado de familiares o de personas con discapacidad, tendrán máxima preferencia en la selección, durante esta convocatoria, siempre que cumplan los requisitos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 1&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. Selección y lista de espera&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11.1. Las personas que cumplan los requisitos para ser seleccionadas, junto con las que subsanen las deficiencias y presenten la pertinente documentación dentro del plazo fijado, entrarán en el proceso de selección, que se realizará de acuerdo con los criterios de preferencia mencionados en el punto 10.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11.2. Una vez terminado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el proceso de selección, se publicará en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; web Lengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;) la lista definitiva de personas admitidas a cada uno de los cursos convocados. También se comunicará individualmente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;su&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; admisión por correo electrónico y no será &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;necesario enviar a la EBAP ningún mensaje electrónico o escrito de confirmación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;1&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;L&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a lista de personas no admitidas que cumplen los requisitos, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que se convertirá en&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; lista de espera, se publicará&lt;/span&gt; en el web Lengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;em&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt;)&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. No se publicará ninguna actualización de la lista de espera, sino que la EBAP, permanentemente, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la actualizará de forma interna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11.4. No es aplicable a estas instrucciones la Resolución de la presidenta de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública de 11 de julio de 2009 por la que se aprueban nuevas formas de inscripción a las acciones formativas de los planes de formación de la EBAP (modalidad de inscripción del «último minuto»). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 1&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. Personas con alguna discapacidad reconocida&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Las personas admitidas que tengan alguna discapacidad reconocida igual o superior al 33 % y necesiten alguna adaptación en el curso deben presentar a la EBAP, antes de que empiecen los cursos, un informe de adaptación de la Dirección General de Atención a la Dependencia, con el objeto de poder realizarles un seguimiento especial durante el curso y tomar las medidas o realizar las adaptaciones que sean posibles. El informe se debe remitir a la dirección &lt;em&gt;formaciollengues@ebap.caib.es&lt;/em&gt; o al número de fax 971 17 63 19. El informe que se presente también se tendrá en cuenta en el supuesto de que se tenga que realizar una adaptación de la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si la persona no ha presentado ningún informe de adaptación y ha seguido el curso sin adaptación, pero tiene una discapacidad reconocida igual o superior al 33 % y necesita que se le realice&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; alguna adaptación en la prueba, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;debe presentar el informe de adaptación de la Dirección General de Atención a la Dependencia en el plazo de un mes antes de la fecha de la prueba. El informe se debe remitir a la EBAP del mismo modo que se indica en el párrafo anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 1&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. Renuncias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las personas admitidas que renuncien al curso deben comunicarlo por escrito a la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; EBAP, como mínimo, tres días &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;hábiles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; antes de iniciarse la actividad docente. Las renuncias se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;deben&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; enviar a la dirección electrónica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;formaciollengues@ebap.caib.es&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; o al número de fax 971 17 63 19. Si la persona inicialmente admitida no comunica la renuncia en el plazo mencionado, perderá la situación de preferencia en la selección para convocatorias posteriores, excepto en los supuestos previstos en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el apartado 20.4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 1&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. Supresión y modificación de cursos. Disponibilidad de plazas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;14.1. La oferta de cursos y plazas disponibles se puede modificar, según la demanda y la disponibilidad presupuestaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;14.2. La EBAP, para mejor desarrollo de sus funciones, puede suprimir cursos; organizar otros cursos no programados con anterioridad por necesidades concretas; efectuar varias ediciones de estos, y modificar, en su caso, las fechas anunciadas para adaptarlas mejor a los requerimientos de la formación. De todo ello, la EBAP informará puntualmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;14.3. Se pueden suprimir los cursos presenciales que no cuenten con un mínimo de quince solicitudes (no excluidas) en la isla de Mallorca, y un mínimo de diez solicitudes (no excluidas) en las demás islas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 1&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. Cambios de nivel. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;5&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.1. No se permitirá a los alumnos cambiar de nivel o de modalidad una vez publicada &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el web Lengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;) la lista definitiva de personas admitidas, excepto si hay plazas disponibles, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en cuyo caso&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la EBAP informará de ello puntualmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;5&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.2. En cualquier caso, no se permitirá ningún cambio una vez empezados los cursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 1&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. Horarios y fecha de comienzo de los cursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;16.1. Los cursos presenciales &lt;/span&gt;tienen una duración de 64 horas, y empiezan &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la semana del 24 de enero de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El horario de cada grupo es el que se indica en el anexo 1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;16.2. Los cursos en línea&lt;/span&gt; tienen una duración de 64 horas, y empiezan &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;entre el 19 y el 24 de enero de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 17. Normas de funcionamiento de los cursos presenciales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;17.1. &lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;La admisión &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;en&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt; cualquier curso de lengua catalana de los que figuran en el anexo 1 no supone ninguna autorización de la EBAP para &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;abandonar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt; el puesto de trabajo&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;17.2. Es obligatorio asistir a la primera sesión del curso. En caso contrario, la persona admitida será dada de baja, salvo que justifique la ausencia por escrito y documentalmente. Las justificaciones se deberán enviar a la dirección electrónica &lt;em&gt;formaciollengues@ebap.caib.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;se&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; o al número de fax 971 17 63 19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;17.3. Las personas en situación de licencia por maternidad o paternidad&lt;/span&gt; o de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;excedencia por maternidad o paternidad o cuidado de familiares pueden asistir a los cursos de lengua catalana de la EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;17.4. En general, las personas en situación de incapacidad laboral temporal no pueden asistir a los cursos de lengua catalana mientras dure esta situación. La incapacidad temporal se debe comunicar por escrito a la dirección electrónica &lt;em&gt;formaciollengues@ebap.caib.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;se&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; o al número de fax 971 17 63 19, para cubrir, si procede, la plaza vacante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;17.5. Respecto al punto anterior, se exceptúan los casos en que se presente un informe médico a la EBAP que justifique que el seguimiento de las actividades es compatible con la incapacidad temporal y que la enfermedad no supone ningún riesgo para la salud de los participantes en los cursos presenciales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;17.6. Para tener derecho a examen, es preciso asistir a un mínimo del 80&amp;nbsp;% de las horas lectivas. Las personas que no lleguen a este porcentaje no tendrán derecho a examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 18. Normas de funcionamiento de los cursos en línea&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;18.1. En los cursos de la modalidad en línea son aplicables las instrucciones generales de los cursos de la modalidad presencial, con las siguientes particularidades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; La duración total de los cursos es de 64 horas, que se imparten todas en la modalidad en línea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Para tener derecho a examen, es necesario haber entregado y superado, en la fecha de finalización del curso, las actividades que constituyan los requisitos mínimos correspondientes a cada curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;18.2. Las personas en situación de incapacidad temporal pueden participar en los cursos, excepto si la persona interesada considera que no puede seguir el programa previsto de objetivos y contenidos de las actividades. En este caso, lo debe comunicar a la EBAP para cubrir, en su caso, la plaza vacante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;18.3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. Las personas en situación de licencia por maternidad o paternidad&lt;/span&gt; o de &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;excedencia por maternidad o paternidad o cuidado de familiares pueden participar en los cursos de lengua catalana de la EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;18.4. Los alumnos admitidos están obligados a acceder a los cursos dentro de los tres primeros días de actividad docente. En caso contrario, serán dados de baja y perderán su situación de preferencia en la selección, excepto si, con antelación, justifican que no podrán acceder al curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;18.5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. A los efectos de reclamaciones y descarga de documentos, los cursos en línea se cerrarán y se ocultarán de la plataforma virtual &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;tras&lt;/span&gt; la fecha de realización de las pruebas de cada nivel.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;18.6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. Antes de empezar los cursos, los alumnos admitidos recibirán instrucciones concretas sobre el funcionamiento y el desarrollo del curso, y sobre los requisitos mínimos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;para tener derecho a examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 19. Requisitos técnicos de los cursos en línea&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;19.1. Los cursos se imparten mediante la plataforma de aprendizaje Moodle, la cual, por un lado, incluye los contenidos teóricos y prácticos de cada nivel de conocimientos y, por el otro, permite evaluar el rendimiento y el progreso de los alumnos, con informes individualizados de las actividades lectivas y los resultados obtenidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;19.2. Para &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;seguir&lt;/span&gt; los cursos en línea es imprescindible que se disponga, mientras dure el curso, de un aparato con conexión a Internet que permita &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el&lt;/span&gt; seguimiento del mismo. El aparato &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;debe&lt;/span&gt; tener las siguientes características técnicas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Resolución mínima de 1280 x 1024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Tarjeta de sonido, micrófono y altavoces.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Navegador Mozilla Firefox actualizado (recomendado).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Software para la grabación de audio (por ejemplo, Audacity).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 20&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. Desarrollo de los cursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;20.1. En los cursos presenciales las faltas de asistencia no se compensan con la presentación de ningún justificante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;20.2. Se podrán incorporar a los cursos personas de la lista de espera una vez empezada la actividad docente, siempre que, de acuerdo con el calendario de los cursos, puedan cumplir lo dispuesto en el punto 22.1 en cuanto a los requisitos para el derecho a examen. La EBAP comprobará de oficio esta circunstancia y aplicará, a estas personas, un prorrateo según lo indicado a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; En los cursos presenciales, para calcular el porcentaje mínimo de asistencia, la duración del curso se establecerá a partir de la primera sesión tras haber comunicado la nueva admisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) &lt;/em&gt;En los cursos en línea, se aplicará un prorrateo para calcular el porcentaje mínimo de las actividades obligatorias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;20&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. A lo largo del curso, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; EBAP no informará, en ningún caso, sobre&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el número de ausencias ni sobre el número de actividades realizadas en la modalidad en línea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;20&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. En caso de que se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;produzca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; una causa grave, un motivo de fuerza mayor o una necesidad sobrevenida que impida la continuidad en el curso, se podrá renunciar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a este sin perder la situación de preferencia en la selección para convocatorias posteriores. Estas circunstancias se deberán justificar documentalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;20.5. Será causa de exclusión del curso falsificar la firma o firmar por otra persona. La exclusión se extenderá a la persona autora de la falsificación, independientemente de todas las demás acciones que puedan llevarse a cabo conforme a derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;20&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En los cursos en línea&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; se pueden excluir de la plataforma de aprendizaje &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;los alumnos que abandonen la actividad formativa y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ya no puedan lograr los requisitos mínimos para tener derecho a examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;20&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;Se pueden excluir de los cursos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;a los&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt; alumnos que no cumplan las normas elementales de comportamiento, respeto y consideración hacia los profesores o tutores, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;los demá&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;s&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;alumnos o el personal de la EBAP. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;20&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.8. S&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;lo se expedirán certificados de asistencia a las personas que teng&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n derecho &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; examen. Los certificados de asistencia se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;deben&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; solicitar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la dirección electrónica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;formaciollengues@ebap.caib.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;se&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; una vez acabados los cursos y publicadas las listas de personas con derecho &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a &lt;/span&gt;examen&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. Convocatoria de pruebas &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;1&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.1. Las pruebas se llevarán a cabo en convocatoria única, que se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;efectuará&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; entre la última semana de mayo y el mes de junio de 2022, siempre que las autoridades sanitarias lo permitan.&lt;/span&gt; La Dirección Gerencia de la EBAP fijará, mediante resolución, e&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l calendario de las pruebas y e&lt;/span&gt;l sistema de evaluación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;1&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.2. Antes de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;terminar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; los cursos se publicarán &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el web Lengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt;) y en &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; las fechas concretas, el horario y los lugares de realización de las pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;1&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.3. Las personas que no comparezcan en el lugar, el día y la hora fijados para la convocatoria no podrán participar en las pruebas. En este sentido, no se permitirá el acceso &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; las aulas una vez &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;realizado el llamamiento a las personas con derecho a examen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;1&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.4.Si alguna persona con derecho &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; examen no puede comparecer en el lugar, día y hora fijados debido a alguna fuerza mayor debidamente acreditada, se le conservará el derecho &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a examen hasta la convocatoria de pruebas del año 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. Personas con derecho a examen&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;22.1. Teniendo en cuenta los requisitos establecidos en los puntos 17 y 18, una vez terminados los cursos se publicará en el web Lengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;em&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt;) la lista de personas con derecho a examen. El derecho a examen también se notificará individualmente por correo electrónico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;2&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.2. Se abrirá un plazo de cinco días &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;hábiles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a contar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; a partir del día siguiente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de publicación &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;las&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;listas&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, para presentar alegaciones, que se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;deben&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; enviar a la dirección electrónica &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;formaciollengues@ebap.caib.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;se&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; o al número de fax 971 17 63 19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;2&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.3. Las personas con derecho &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; examen s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;olo se podrán examinar del nivel al que se hayan inscrito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;22.4.&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;De acuerdo con el punto &lt;/span&gt;24.3 &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de las instrucciones por las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; se regía el Plan de Formación de Lengua Catalana de la EBAP de 2021, en la convocatoria de 2022 se conservará la calificación de apto de los bloques de la prueba escrita a las personas que en la convocatoria del año 2021 no superaron el bloque de expresión oral e interacción, pero, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;sin embargo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, lograron la puntuación mínima exigida en todos y cada uno de los bloques correspondientes a la parte escrita de las pruebas. Estas personas s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;lo se tendrán que examinar del bloque de expresión oral e interacción y serán incluidas de oficio en la lista de personas con derecho &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; examen, por lo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que no tendrán que realizar ningún trámite previo ni inscribirse a las pruebas de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;2&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;5&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. De acuerdo con el punto 24.4 de las instrucciones por las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; se regía el Plan de Formación de Lengua Catalana de la EBAP de 2021, en la convocatoria de 2022 se conservará la calificación de apto del bloque de interacción y expresión oral a las personas que en la convocatoria de 2021 no superaron alguno de los bloques de la parte escrita (comprensión oral, comprensión escrita, dominio práctico del sistema lingüístico o expresión escrita), pero, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;sin embargo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, lograron la puntuación mínima exigida en el bloque de interacción y expresión oral. Estas personas se tendrán que examinar de todos los bloques de la parte escrita y serán incluidas de oficio en la lista de personas con derecho &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; examen, por lo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; no deberán realizar ningún trámite previo ni inscribirse a las pruebas de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;2&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;6&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. En cuanto al certificado de conocimientos de lenguaje administrativo, y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;conforme al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;punto 24.5 de las instrucciones por las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; se regía el Plan de Formación de Lengua Catalana de la EBAP de 2021, en la convocatoria de 2022 tendrán derecho &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; examen las personas que en la convocatoria de 2021 no superaron el bloque de expresión escrita, pero, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;sin embargo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, lograron la puntuación mínima exigida en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;los demás &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;bloques. Estas personas tendrán que &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;realizar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; la prueba entera y serán incluidas de oficio en la lista de personas con derecho &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; examen, por lo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que no deberán realizar ningún trámite previo ni inscribirse a las pruebas de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. Evaluación de la transferencia&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La EBAP puede establecer los mecanismos necesarios para evaluar la transferencia de la formación al puesto de trabajo que ocupen los alumnos, con el objetivo de valorar la contribución de la formación a la mejora del desempeño individual y organizacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. Requisitos para superar las pruebas de lengua catalana&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;4&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.1. Para superar las pruebas oficiales y obtener el correspondiente certificado, se debe obtener como mínimo el 60 % de la calificación de cada bloque de la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;4&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.2. En el caso de las pruebas en que no &lt;/span&gt;se supere uno o más bloques&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, no se corregirá ni se puntuará el bloque de la expresión escrita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;4&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.3. En caso de que no se supere el bloque de expresión e interacción orales, pero, en cambio, se logre la puntuación mínima exigida en todos y cada uno de los bloques correspondientes a la parte escrita de las pruebas, se conservará la calificación de apto de los bloques de la prueba escrita hasta la convocatoria de pruebas del año 2023. En este caso, en la convocatoria de 2023 las personas afectadas solo se tendrían que examinar del bloque de expresión e interacción orales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;4&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.4. En caso de que no se supere alguno de los bloques de la parte escrita (comprensión oral y comprensión escrita, dominio práctico del sistema lingüístico o expresión e interacción escritas), pero, en cambio, se logre la puntuación mínima exigida en el bloque de expresión e interacción orales, se conservará la calificación de apto de este último bloque hasta la convocatoria de pruebas del año 2023. En este caso, en la convocatoria de 2023 las personas afectadas solo se tendrían que examinar de los bloques de la parte escrita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;4&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.5. Si en la prueba del certificado de conocimientos de lenguaje administrativo no se supera el bloque de expresión escrita, pero, en cambio, se logra la puntuación mínima exigida en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;los demás&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; bloques, se conservará el derecho &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; examen hasta la convocatoria de pruebas del año 2023. En este caso, &lt;/span&gt;las personas afectadas &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;deberán realizar la prueba entera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;24.6. En las pruebas de conocimientos generales, lo establecido en los anteriores párrafos respecto a la conservación de la calificación y el derecho a examen para la convocatoria de pruebas de 2023 solo es aplicable si las personas con derecho a examen se presentan a todos los bloques de la prueba (parte escrita y parte oral).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. Descripción de los certificados de conocimientos de lengua catalana&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;5&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.1. Los contenidos evaluables de todos los certificados de conocimientos, así como &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;su estructura, duración, tipo de prueba y criterios de evaluación son los que se publican en el web Lengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;em&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;25.2. La Comisión Técnica de Catalán de la EBAP ha establecido los objetivos y los contenidos de cada certificado de conocimientos, el tipo de evaluación, la estructura y la valoración de las pruebas a partir de las adaptaciones que ha realizado del Decreto 21/2019, de 15 de marzo, de Evaluación y Certificación de Conocimientos de Lengua Catalana (BOIB núm. 35, de 16 de marzo de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;25.3. Es aplicable a estas instrucciones la Resolución de la consejera de Hacienda y Administraciones Públicas de 18 de enero de 2018 por la que se da continuidad a la constitución de la Comisión Técnica de Catalán de la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; EBAP, se aprueban &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;sus&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; normas de funcionamiento y atribuciones y se nombran &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;sus&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; miembros (BOIB núm. 12, de 25 de enero de 2018), así como la Resolución de la consejera de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad de 18 de marzo de 2021 por la que se&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; modifica la composición de la Comisión Técnica de Catalán &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; EBAP (BOIB núm. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;42&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;27 de marzo de 2021), o las resoluciones posteriores que la modifiquen, en su caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. Publicación de resultados provisionales y plazo para solicitar revisión y trámite de vista&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;6&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.1. Una vez corregidas las pruebas, se publicará &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el web Lengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;) la lista provisional de apt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;os y no aptos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;6&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.2.Los examinandos dispondrán de un plazo de cinco&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;días &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;hábiles, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación de la lista provisional de aptos y no aptos, para solicitar la revisión de la prueba y el trámite de vista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. Trámite de vista y alegaciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;7&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.1. S&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;lo los examinandos que hayan solicitado revisión y trámite de vista y que se presenten a la sesión del tr&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ámite &lt;/span&gt;de vista&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; tendrán derecho a ver su prueba. En &lt;/span&gt;la sesión&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; podrán consultar el original o una copia de la prueba, el solucionario y los criterios de corrección. Esta sesión no tendrá carácter académico. Las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;fechas&lt;/span&gt;, los lugares, las horas y las&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; instrucciones para el desarrollo del trámite de vista &lt;/span&gt;se publicarán en&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el web Lengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;em&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;7&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;.2. Los examinandos que hayan asistido &lt;/span&gt;a la sesión del&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; trámite de vista dispondrán de un plazo de cinco días &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;hábiles&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a contar desde el día siguiente al de la sesión, para presentar un escrito de alegaciones contra la puntuación obtenida. La Comisión Técnica de Catalán del EBAP contestará, mediante un informe individualizado, las alegaciones técnicas que estén argumentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Publicación de resultados definitivos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Una vez que la Comisión Técnica de Catalán de la EBAP haya resuelto todas las reclamaciones, haya determinado la calificación final de los ejercicios y de las pruebas de todos los certificados de nivel y haya remitido&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; los informes de respuesta a las alegaciones presentadas, se publicará en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el web Lengua Catalana EBAP (&lt;em&gt;http://catalaebap.caib.cat&lt;/em&gt;) la lista definitiva de aptos y no aptos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Punto 2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. Envío de los certificados&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La EBAP enviará por correo electrónico, con firma digital, los certificados de nivel a todas las personas que, de acuerdo con los requisitos establecidos en el punto 24 de estas instrucciones, hayan superado la prueba oficial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Legitimación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El tratamiento de los datos es necesario para cumplir una obligación legal y para conseguir el interés público, como es la formación de los empleados públicos, y para asegurar los derechos de los ciudadanos de las &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Illes&lt;/span&gt; Balears &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt; ser atendidos en lengua catalana en sus actuaciones con las administraciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La legislación aplicable es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La presentación de la solicitud para los cursos supone el conocimiento y la aceptación inequívocos de la persona solicitante del tratamiento de los datos de carácter personal que &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;realizará&lt;/span&gt; el órgano competente y únicamente para los fines establecidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Destinatarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Los órganos responsables de los procesos de selección de personal de las administraciones públicas cuando soliciten la validación del diploma de conocimientos de catalán expedido por la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Criterios de conservación de datos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Los plazos de conservación de los datos serán los necesarios para cumplir la finalidad del procedimiento y los que prevé la legislación de archivos para las administraciones públicas, de acuerdo con el artículo 26 de la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y Garantía de los Derechos Digitales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Derechos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Cualquier persona tiene derecho a obtener confirmación sobre si la EBAP trata datos personales que le conciernen o no.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Las personas interesadas tienen derecho a acceder a sus datos personales, así como a solicitar la rectificación de los datos inexactos o, &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en su caso&lt;/span&gt;, solicitar &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;su&lt;/span&gt; supresión, entre otros motivos, cuando los datos ya no sean necesarios para las finalidades para las &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;que&lt;/span&gt; se recogieron.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En determinadas circunstancias previstas en el artículo 18 del Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (RGPD), los interesados pueden solicitar la limitación del tratamiento de sus datos. En este caso, únicamente las conservará para ejercer o defender reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En determinadas circunstancias, los interesados pueden oponerse al tratamiento de sus datos con una solicitud motivada. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La&lt;/span&gt; EBAP dejará de tratar los datos, salvo que haya motivos legítimos imperiosos o para ejercer o defender posibles reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ejercicio de derechos y reclamaciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El ejercicio de estos derechos se puede solicitar ante &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la&lt;/span&gt; EBAP mediante el procedimiento «Solicitud de ejercicio de derechos en materia de protección de datos personales», previsto en la Sede Electrónica de la &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (CAIB)&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Con posterioridad a la respuesta de la EBAP o &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;al cabo&lt;/span&gt; de un mes de haber presentado la solicitud, se puede reclamar una tutela de derechos ante &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la&lt;/span&gt; Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Consecuencias de no facilitar los datos personales&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;No presentar los datos necesarios implica que la persona interesada no pueda formar parte del procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decisiones automatizadas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;No se producirán decisiones automatizadas, incluida la elaboración de perfiles, con los datos personales de las personas solicitantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/p&gt;
