48164 2021-11-22 990 es 48165 2021-11-25 CAIB CAIB 568346 CAIB ![CDATA[<p>Habiéndose adoptado en el Pleno de la sesión Ordinaria de este Ayuntamiento de fecha 14 d'octubre de 2021,acuerdo inicial de aprobación de Expediente de Modificación de crédito 4/2021, i expuesto&nbsp; por el plazo de QUINCE DÍAS HÁBILES mediante anuncio en el BOIB núm. 144&nbsp; &nbsp;de fecha 21 de octubre &nbsp;de 2021, y en el Tablón de Edictos de esta Casa Consistorial, sin haberse presentado reclamación alguna contra el mismo, se considera aprobado definitivamente. Todo esto de conformidad a lo que prevén los artículos 169.1, y 177.2 del RDL 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, <strong>Texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales. </strong></p> <p>El acuerdo de aprobación definitiva queda redactado como sigue:</p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong>MODIFICACIONES PRESUPUESTARIAS. </strong></p> <p>Visto el expediente de modificación de créditos elaborados para los servicios municipales.</p> <p>Visto los informes de Secretaria y Intervención.</p> <p>Visto lo que dispone el artículo 177 y concordantes del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, se propone al Pleno la adaptación del siguiente acuerdo:</p> <p style="margin-left:40px">1ro. - Aprobar inicialmente la propuesta de la concesión de CRÉDITO EXTRAORDINARIO para un importe total de 209.756,78 € en la forma siguiente:</p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px;
