CAIB 47482 text/html ![CDATA[Resolución de modificación de la aprobación de la concesión de las subvenciones para inversiones para la mejora de la competitividad de la Artesanía de Mallorca para el año 2021]] 420 es CAIB es 47483 CAIB 2021-11-20 2021-11-20 2021-11-18 559924 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El consejero ejecutivo de Promoción Económica y Desarrollo Local, el 12 de noviembre de 2021, dictó la resolución siguiente:</span></p> <p><strong>“Antecedentes</strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">1. En el <em>Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares</em> de día 9 de septiembre de 2021, nº. 124, se publica la resolución de concesión de las subvenciones de inversiones para la mejora de la competitividad de la artesanía de Mallorca del año 2021; en el ANEXO 1 hay un error, en el importe de subvención y en el presupuesto del expediente 21/2021.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">2. Según dispone el artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas, las administraciones públicas podrán rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o instancia de los interesados, errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">3. El artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, dispone que la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos o de hecho, en actos y disposiciones administrativos corresponde en el órgano que haya dictado el acto o la disposición.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">4. En fecha 23 de julio de 2021 y RE 30096, dentro del plazo de presentación de solicitudes de subvención, el peticionario Sr. Victor Altes Mas presentó 2 peticiones de subvención dentro de una misma solicitud, de las que únicamente una de ellas fue considerada.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">5. El conjunto de la solicitud de 23 de julio de 2021 cumple con los requisitos formales y materiales, y se trata de actuaciones y gastos subvencionables de acuerdo con las bases de la convocatoria.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">6. En fecha 9 de noviembre de 2021, la Comisión Evaluadora de los proyectos presentados a la convocatoria pública de subvenciones para inversiones para la mejora de la competitividad en materia de artesanía de Mallorca para el año 2021 decide en sesión extraordinaria, admitir la solicitud de 23 de julio de 2021 y RE 30096 presentada por el Sr. Victor Altés Mas con DNI 43144302 M y conceder el importe de 4.000€ para el proyecto “Mejora de iluminación”, en sustitución de la cuantía inicialmente admitida de 1.647,93 € por el proyecto “Actualización digital”.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">Por todo eso, el consejero ejecutivo de Promoción Económica y Desarrollo Local dicta la siguiente</span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
