En el BOIB 155, de 9 de noviembre de 2021 se ha publicado la Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad de rectificación de errores de la Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad por la que se aprueban la convocatoria, las bases, el baremo de méritos y la designación de las comisiones técnicas de valoración del procedimiento para proveer puestos de trabajo de personal funcionario de carrera de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Se ha advertido un error en la versión castellana en la tabla publicada del puesto de trabajo F014702P8, en la columna NP figura un 8, cuando debe figurar un 7.</span></p> <p><strong>Fundamentos de derecho</strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">1. La Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la función pública de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears.</span></p> <p>​​​​​​​<span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">2. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que éstas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de las personas interesadas, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos que existan en sus actos.<span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span><span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">3.
