&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La situación sanitaria derivada de la COVID-19&amp;nbsp; y las&amp;nbsp; graves consecuencias sobre el tejido empresarial, ha hecho imperativo a las administraciones públicas, esfuerzos para contribuir a minimizar el impacto económico de esta pandemia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Objeto de la convocatoria y finalidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;regidoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de Comercio y Turismo, mediante esta convocatoria, fija el procedimiento y las condiciones que tienen que regular la subvención y ayudas destinadas a paliar el impacto derivado de la crisis sanitaria ocasionada por la COVID-19&amp;nbsp; en relación a las&amp;nbsp; asociaciones empresariales del municipio.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La finalidad de la convocatoria es apoyar al tejido productivo del municipio de Bunyola, con especial atención a las asociaciones empresariales que fomenten actuaciones y proyectos de interés público para la promoción de la economía local y el producto local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Actuaciones Subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las actuaciones subvencionables que entran dentro del objeto de la convocatoria s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;on&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;) Las actividades dirigidas a promover la cooperación empresarial con asociaciones culturales, deportivas y medioambientales con el objetivo de fomentar la promoción del tejido empresarial en estos ámbitos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;) Proyectos / cursos de formación en el ámbito de la digitalización y/o sostenibilidad empresarial para adaptarse a las exigencias del mercado incluido el asesoramiento técnico en estos dos objetos de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;) Proyectos de dinamización y promoción del pequeño y medio comercio o del producto local de Bunyola mediante campañas de promoción, marketing y/o comunicación. Todo proyecto de esta linea debe tener inequívocamente el objetivo de promocionar el comercio local y/o el producto local de Bunyola p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ara&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; dinamizar el tejido empresarial de Bunyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;) Proyectos de dinamización y promoción del pequeño y medio comercio local y/o del producto de Bunyola mediante campañas de promociones en ferias, mercados y exposiciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. No son subvencionables: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Los proyectos y actuaciones que no se adecúen a la finalidad ni al objeto de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Los gastos que no cumplan los requisitos establecidos en su punto 1 y 2 de la convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Los gastos relativos al funcionamiento interno propios de la entidad solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) Los gastos que no justifiquen en los términos de la convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Beneficiarios de esta subvención:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Asociaciones empresariales legalmente constituidas que tengan su sede social y desarrollen su actividad en el municipio de Bunyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. Requisitos indispensables para solicitar la subvención:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Que como mínimo haga un año de la constitución legal de la asociación empresarial al momento de pedir la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Encontrarse al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias ante la Seguridad Social establecidas a las disposiciones vigentes, así como no tener deudas o sanciones de naturaleza tributaria municipal. La solicitud de las ayudas comporta la autorización porque el ayuntamiento pueda comprobar de oficio que la entidad o persona solicitante está al corriente de estas obligaciones, excepto en el caso de denegación exprés del consentimiento, supuesto en que la solicitante tendrá que aportar las certificaciones correspondientes, junto con la solicitud de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Los gastos subvencionables tienen que responder de manera indudable a la naturaleza de la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;d) No encontrarse afectado por las prohibiciones para obtener la condición de beneficiario que establece el artículo 13 de la Ley / 2003 de 17 noviembre, General de Subvenciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. Financiación de las actuaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las ayudas económicas reguladas a esta convocatoria se abonarán con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria número (4300/47900/2021) del presupuesto general del Ayuntamiento de Bunyola por la cuantía de 6.000,00 €&amp;nbsp; euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.&amp;nbsp; Importe de la ayuda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El importe máximo de la ayuda corresponderá al reparto proporcionalmente entre las asociaciones empresarial legalmente constituida con sede en Bunyola del presupuesto total indicado en su punto 6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8. Régimen de compatibilidad con otros proyectos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Estas ayudas serán compatibles con cualquier otra subvención, ayuda, ingreso o recurso procedente otras administraciones o entes, públicos o privados, regionales, nacionales, de la Unión Europea o de organismos internacionales, y sin perjuicio del que al respeto pudiera establecer la normativa reguladora de las subvenciones concurrentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9. Plazo de ejecución de las actuaciones subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las actuaciones susceptibles de subvención se han haber ejecutado entre el 1 de agosto de 2021 y el 31 de julio 2022 (ambos incluidos). Los justificantes de gasto (facturas) se tienen que haber emitido y abonado, entre el 1 de agosto de 2021 y al 31 de julio 2022 (ambos incluidos). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10. Presentación de solicitudes: plazo y lugar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10.1 El procedimiento se iniciará previa solicitud de los interesados presentada en el plazo de 10 días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10.2 Cada asociación empresarial&amp;nbsp; presentará una única solicitud (anexo I) que podrá contener uno o varios proyectos que se especificarán a la memoria de actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10.3 Los modelos normalizados, así como las bases y el resto de documentación asociada al expediente, estarán disponible en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Bunyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10.4. La simple presentación de la solicitud supone la aceptación de las bases que rigen la convocatoria y el compromiso de la persona solicitante de cumplir con las obligaciones y deberes que&amp;nbsp; derivan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10.5. Las solicitudes se tienen que formalizar por escrito según los modelos normalizados de solicitud (anexo 1), declaración responsable (anexo 2) y el resto de documentación preceptiva especificada el punto 9 de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10.6. La presentación de las solicitudes se hará de forma telemática a la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Bunyola o de manera presencial al Registro General del Ayuntamiento, y tienen que ir dirigidas a la Alcaldia y acompañadas de la documentación indicada en el punto 9 de estas bases. La presentación de la solicitud y de la documentación que se acompaña también se puede hacer en las formas previstas en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10.7. De acuerdo con el artículo 14 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, están obligados a presentar la documentación a través de medios electrónicos los sujetos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a. Las personas jurídicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b. Las entidades sin personalidad jurídica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c. Las personas que ejercen una actividad profesional para la cual se requiere colegiación obligatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d. Quién representa una persona interesada que esté obligada a relacionarse electrónicamente con la Administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Documentación a aportar con la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a)&amp;nbsp;ANEXO 1: Impreso de solicitud, rellenado y firmado por la Presidencia de la asociación solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;ANEXO 2: Declaración responsable rellenada y firmada con los términos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a) Todos los datos contenidos en la solicitud y a los documentos que se adjuntan son ciertos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b) Tener el centro de trabajo o desarrollar la actividad económica en el término municipal de Bunyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c) Estar al corriente de obligaciones tributarias con la Agencia Estatal de la Administración Tributaria, con el Ayuntamiento de Bunyola y también al corriente de obligaciones económicas con la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Que la entidad está válidamente constituida en escritura pública y registrada (si es obligatoria la inscripción registral), si se trata de una empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) Que el establecimiento no ha sido sancionado por incumplimiento de la normativa en materia de contención de la COVID-19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;f) Cumplir con todas las obligaciones previstas en el artículo 14 y requisitos para obtener la condición de beneficiario previstos en el artículo 13 de Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;g) Prestar colaboración y facilitar todas las evidencias que sean requeridas en el ejercicio de las funciones de control que correspondan en el Ayuntamiento de Bunyola. Los beneficiarios de estas ayudas, con la presentación de la solicitud de la ayuda, autorizan expresamente al Ayuntamiento a facilitar información a otras administraciones con el objeto de llevar a cabo las tareas de comprobación y control de la misma en cualquier de sus fases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;h) Aceptar someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y control financiero previstas por la vigente normativa en materia de subvenciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c)&amp;nbsp; Memoria explicativa de todas las actuaciones a desarrollar por las cuales se pide la subvención, firmada por la persona que ostente la presidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d) Certificado de la Secretaría de la asociación del acuerdo del órgano competente de la misma en el cual se exprese la voluntad de solicitar la subvención para el proyecto, contenido en la memoria y autorice su Presidente a presentarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) Certificado de la Secretaría de la asociación en el cual conste la relación actual de cargos representativos de la asociación (nombre, apellidos, NIF, actividad, dirección de la actividad, teléfono de contacto) y la relación numerada y actualizada de asociados a fecha de solicitud de la ayuda (nombre, apellidos, NIF, actividad, dirección de la actividad, teléfono de contacto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e) Certificado de la Secretaría de la asociación con la transcripción literal del acta de la última reunión ordinaria de la Asamblea General de la asociación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11.2. De acuerdo con el artículo 69.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, la inexactitud, la falsedad o la omisión de cualquier dato o información que se incorpore en una declaración responsable determinará la imposibilidad de continuar con el ejercicio del derecho o actividad afectada desde el momento que se tenga constancia de tales hechos, sin perjuicio de las responsabilidades penales, civiles o administrativas a que hubiera lugar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Así mismo, la resolución de la Administración Pública que declare tales circunstancias podrá determinar la obligación del interesado de restituir la situación jurídica al momento previo al reconocimiento, así como la imposibilidad de instar un nuevo procedimiento con el mismo objeto durante un marco temporal determinado por la ley, todo esto conforme a los términos establecidos en las normas sectoriales de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11.3. El Ayuntamiento de Bunyola puede solicitar cualquier otra documentación complementaria a la prevista en estas bases, para completar o aclarar el derecho a la ayuda o la documentación presentada. En el supuesto de que no se aporte la documentación establecida o la solicitada posteriormente, se entiende que la persona solicitante desiste del procedimiento, con la obligación de reintegrar la ayuda percibida, si es el caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12.&amp;nbsp; Régimen de concurrencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El procedimiento es de concurrencia no competitiva, las solicitudes se resolverán de forma individual, serán estudiadas por orden de presentación y se concederán las ayudas en el mismo orden a todas aquellas que cumplan los requisitos y las condiciones previstas a la convocatoria, hasta la exhauriment de los fondos destinados. Aquellas solicitudes que cumpliendo los requisitos para adquirir la condición de beneficiario los falte algún documento preceptivo o de acreditación se los concederá un plazo de 10 días hábiles para poder presentar en una sola vez toda la documentación que los falte; en este caso, la fecha de presentación que se tendrá en cuenta será la de la presentación de toda la documentación completa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13. Procedimiento, resolución y pago de la ayuda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.1. El procedimiento de concesión se tramita en régimen de concurrencia no competitiva según el que establece el artículo 22.2.c) de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, atendiendo a razones de interés público, económico y social atendidas las circunstancias actuales que dificultan la convocatoria pública en régimen de concurrencia competitiva. La gestión de las ayudas previstas en esta convocatoria se sujeta a los principios de publicidad, transparencia, objetividad, igualdad y no-discriminación, así como la eficacia en el cumplimiento de objetivos y la eficiencia en la asignación y utilización de los recursos públicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.2. El órgano competente para ordenar e instruir el procedimiento de concesión de las ayudas previstas en esta convocatoria es la Regiduria de Turismo, Comercio y Participación. Recibidas las solicitudes, el órgano competente tiene que instruir los procedimientos, comprobar el cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos en estas bases y en la convocatoria correspondiente y, si procede, requerir a las personas solicitantes que aporten toda la documentación e información complementaria que se estime oportuna para fundamentar su solicitud, o que enmienden los defectos apreciados en la solicitud, en el plazo de diez días hábiles. Además, este órgano puede realizar de oficio todas las actuaciones que estime necesarias y convenientes para determinar, conocer y comprobar los datos que figuren en las solicitudes, en virtud de las cuales se tienen que valorar las solicitudes para resolver el expediente de concesión de ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.3. De acuerdo con el que dispone el artículo 71 de la Ley 39/2015, en la tramitación de solicitudes se tiene que guardar el orden estricto de presentación. La persona técnica instructora designada tiene que emitir un informe propuesta de resolución respecto de la totalidad o un número determinado de solicitudes, indicando las personas beneficiarias y las cuantías de las ayudas correspondientes a cada una, así como aquellas que hayan sido desestimadas. Si se agota el crédito destinado a la convocatoria antes de acabar el plazo de presentación, se tiene que suspender la concesión de nuevas ayudas mediante resolución que se tiene que publicar en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.4. El órgano competente para resolver y conceder la ayuda es la Regiduria de Turismo, Comercio y Participación. La resolución de concesión tiene que determinar la cuantía concedida y tiene que incorporar, si es el caso, las condiciones y obligaciones a que está sujeta la persona beneficiaria. La resolución lo tiene que dictar el órgano competente y lo tiene que notificar a las personas beneficiarias mediante un anuncio en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Bunyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.5. El pago de estas ayudas se tiene que hacer en un pago único a cada asociación empresarial beneficiaria por la totalidad del importe concedido, mediante transferencia bancaria, a partir de la fecha de la resolución de concesión, sin que sea necesaria la constitución de garantías.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;13.6. La persona solicitante puede cejar en la solicitud, o renunciar al derecho a la ayuda, en cualquier momento y mediante un escrito dirigido en el Ayuntamiento de Bunyola. El Ayuntamiento de Bunyola tiene que dictar una resolución en que exprese las circunstancias que concurren, con indicación de los hechos producidos y las normas legales, así como, si es el caso, la concesión de la ayuda a la persona o a las personas solicitantes siguientes en la orden del registro de entrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;14.&amp;nbsp; Publicación de la convocatoria y de la concesión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cumplimiento de los artículos 18 de la Ley 38/2003 General de Subvenciones y 34 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005 por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones balear, el Ayuntamiento de Bunyola tiene que enviar información sobre esta convocatoria y sobre las resoluciones de concesión que&amp;nbsp; deriven a la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El texto íntegro de estas bases y de la convocatoria se tiene que publicar en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y al tablón de anuncios de la Sede Electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Bunyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las resoluciones de concesión de las ayudas se publicarán al tablón de anuncios de la Sede Electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Bunyola. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;15. Justificación: forma y plazo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;15.1 El plazo establecido para la justificación de la subvención es de un mes a contar desde el último día establecido como periodo subvencionable en el punto 9 de esta convocatoria. Por lo tanto el último día para entregar la justificación será el 31 de agosto de 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;15.2 Para la justificación de la subvención, la cuenta justificativa incluirá la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Memoria descriptiva de las actuaciones ejecutadas: descripción de las actuaciones llevadas a cabo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Aportación de evidencias de las actividades realizadas: impactos a los medios de comunicación, copia de la emisión y de cualquier material gráfico que se edite, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Anexo 3: Detalle de todas las dependidas presentadas, así como de los ingresos o subvenciones que han financiado las actividades subvencionadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Justificación económica de los gastos subvencionados descritos al anexo 3, con sus justificantes de pagos (facturas) y con el justificante de abono de estas dentro del periodo subvencionado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El incumplimiento de parte del beneficiario de cualquier de los requisitos, condiciones y otras circunstancias que dieran lugar al otorgamiento de la subvención, la variación de la finalidad de las actuaciones, la no ejecución o ejecución inadecuada del gasto aprobado o la justificación insuficiente, podrá comportar la aminoración y si procede, la revocación de la subvención concedida y su reintegro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Transcurrido el plazo establecido de justificación sin que esta se haya presentado ante el órgano administrativo competente, este tiene que requerir la persona beneficiaria porque, en el plazo improrrogable de quince días, la presente.&amp;nbsp; La falta de presentación de la justificación en el plazo establecido en este apartado, compuerta la exigencia del reintegro de la subvención y otras responsabilidades establecidas en la Ley general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;15.3&amp;nbsp; Forma de presentación: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Justificación se dirigirán al Ayuntamiento de Bunyola&amp;nbsp; – Regiduria&amp;nbsp; de Turismo y Comercio&amp;nbsp; y se presentarán en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento o telemáticamente, con certificado electrónico, a www.sedelectronica.bunyola.es&amp;nbsp; o en cualquier otra&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; de las formas previstas en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;16. Pago&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El pago de las subvenciones se hará mediante anticipo del 100% de las subvenciones una vez concedidas, siempre que no sea posible hacer el pago directo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Transcurrido el plazo establecido de justificación sin que esta se haya presentado ante el órgano administrativo competente, este tiene que requerir la persona beneficiaria porque, en el plazo improrrogable de quince días, la presente.&amp;nbsp; La falta de presentación de la justificación en el plazo establecido en este apartado, compuerta la exigencia del reintegro de la subvención y otras responsabilidades establecidas en la Ley general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;17. Obligaciones de los beneficiarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La entidad beneficiaria tendrá que cumplir los requisitos siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Incluir la imagen institucional del Ayuntamiento de Bunyola ( logotipo) y / o una leyenda donde se haga constar la financiación pública del Ayuntamiento, en los materiales de difusión y / o información que se editen y / o apoyos&amp;nbsp; de difusión y / o promoción que se hayan realizado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b) Difundir en las redes sociales las actividades subvencionadas donde aparezca el logotipo del Ayuntamiento de Bunyola y/o se mencione claramente la participación del ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;c) Invitar en El Ayuntamiento de Bunyola a los actos que organice el beneficiario en relación a la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;18. Normativa aplicable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
