En el BOIB EXT. nº. 150, de 1 de noviembre de 2021, se ha publicado la Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad por la que se aprueban la convocatoria, las bases, el baremo de méritos y la designación de las comisiones técnicas de valoración del procedimiento para proveer puestos de trabajo de personal funcionario de carrera de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">2. Se han advertido los siguientes errores en el anexo 4 de Puestos de trabajo incluidos en la convocatoria de provisión:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">- El puesto de trabajo de Jefe del Departamento de Administración Electrónica, con código F0103000N, no debe incluirse en este anexo, dado que ya es objeto de un procedimiento de provisión en trámite, convocado por Resolución de la consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad por la que se aprueban la convocatoria y las bases para proveer varios puestos de trabajo de personal funcionario de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears por el procedimiento de libre designación (BOIB núm. 127, de 14 de septiembre de 2021).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">-Para todos los puestos de trabajo, en la columna TP debe figurar la letra C, excepto para los siguientes puestos, en los que debe figurar con una S:</span></p> <table border="1" style="border:1px solid #000000; El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, establece que éstas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de las personas interesadas, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos que existan en sus actos.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">3. Por otra parte, el artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, dispone que la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativos corresponde al órgano que haya dictado el acto o disposición.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">4. El Decreto 9/2021, de 13 de febrero, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se dispone el cese y el nombramiento de miembros del Gobierno de las Illes Balears (BOIB extraordinario núm. 20, de 14 de febrero).</span></p> <p>​​​​​​​<span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">5.
