&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Consejero Ejecutivo de Promoción Económica y Desarrollo Local, el 3 de noviembre de 2021, dictó la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“Antecedentes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El día 7 de julio de 2021 el consejero ejecutivo de Promoción Económica y Desarrollo Local dictó la Resolución de aprobación de la convocatoria pública de la VIII Edición de los Premios de Artesanía de Mallorca 2021, extracto publicado en el BOIB núm. 93, de 13 de julio de 2021, se aprobaron las bases de la convocatoria y autorizó un gasto por un importe total de veintiún mil euros (21.000€) a cargo de la aplicación presupuestaria 65 43900 48100 del vigente presupuesto de gastos. En la mencionada convocatoria consta la composición del Jurado así como la fecha aproximada de la reunión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. En el plazo de presentación de candidaturas, no se presentó ninguna propuesta al Premio de la &lt;strong&gt;Categoría B&lt;/strong&gt; – Premio Impulso y Vanguardia Mallorca. Procede revertir la dotación de 2000€ a la aplicación presupuestaria 65 43900 48100, documento contable A/ provisional 920210014372.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El día 14 de octubre de 2021 se reunió el Jurado calificador de la VIII Edición de los premios de artesanía de Mallorca 2021 de la Categoría A: Premio Producto Artesano y Diseño Mallorca 2021, Categoría D: Premio Mujer Artesana Mallorca 2021 y Categoría E: Premio Artesanía Sostenible Mallorca 2021, con el resultado siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. En la &lt;strong&gt;categoría A&lt;/strong&gt;: “PREMIO PRODUCTO ARTESANO Y DISEÑO MALLORCA 2021” los ganadores son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El Consejero Ejecutivo de Promoción Económica y Desarrollo Local tiene la atribución de reconocer y liquidar las obligaciones derivadas de los compromisos de gastos legalmente adquiridos relativos a las presentes subvenciones, de acuerdo con la base 24.1 de la ejecución del presupuesto de gastos del Consejo de Mallorca de 2021 y el articulo 39.2 h) del Reglamento orgánico del Consejo de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Consejero Ejecutivo de Hacienda y Función Pública tiene la competencia para ordenar el pago que se deriva de éste expediente, según el artículo 5. d) 2 del Decreto de Organización de día 9 de diciembre de 2019 vigente, con las sus modificaciones posteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Les bases reguladoras de la presente convocatoria son las establecidas en la Ordenanza general de subvenciones del Consejo de Mallorca, aprobada per Acuerdo del Pleno de 23 de diciembre de 2016 (BOIB núm. 21, de 18 de febrero de 2017), modificada per Acuerdo del Pleno de 14 de junio de 2018 (BOIB núm. 96 de 4 de agosto de 2018) (en adelante OGS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

MARIA EUGENIA MARCOTE CONSTANTINO con DNI 43190911Q a cargo de la aplicación presupuestaria 65 43900 48100 del presupuesto de 2021 (DO núm. 920210014262).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. &lt;strong&gt;Notificar&lt;/strong&gt; esta resolución a los interesados y a la Intervención Delegada Centro La Misericordia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. &lt;strong&gt;Publicar &lt;/strong&gt;en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; y comunicar a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. &lt;strong&gt;Advertir&lt;/strong&gt; a los interesados que contra esta Resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso de alzada ante el Presidente del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, en el plazo de un mes, a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la resolución de la concesión de los premios en el Boletín Oficial de les Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la desestimación presunta, per silencio, del recurso de alzada se puede interponer un recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda, en el plazo de seis meses, contados a partir del día siguiente de la desestimación presunta (tres meses desde la interposición del recurso sin que se haya notificado la resolución).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No obstante lo anterior, se puede interponer, si procede, cualquier otro recurso que se estime pertinente. Por todo ello y de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
