&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.- Por medio de la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 9 de julio de 2021 (BOIB núm. 94, de 15/07/2021) se aprobaron la convocatoria, las bases, el temario y el baremo de méritos, y se designó al tribunal calificador del concurso-oposición para cubrir plazas vacantes de personal estatutario fijo de la categoría de odontólogo-estomatólogo/odontóloga-estomatóloga de área de atención primaria. Esta resolución fue modificada por otra de fecha de 23 de julio de 2021, que se publicó en el BOIB núm. 100, de 27 de julio de este año. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.- Se han detectado errores en el anexo 3 de la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 9 de julio de 2021, que regula el baremo de méritos que se ha de aplicar en este concurso-oposición. Estos errores se han de corregir y, con el objetivo de que haya una mejor comprensión de todos los aspectos curriculares que se evaluarán en esta convocatoria, se vuelve a publicar íntegramente el baremo de esta categoría.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.- Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. El artículo 109.2 de esta normativa establece que las administraciones pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de las personas interesadas, los errores materiales de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.- Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, cuyo artículo 56 dispone que la revocación de los actos de gravamen o desfavorables y la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que ha dictado el acto o la disposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.- Rectificar los errores del anexo 3, baremo de méritos, de la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 9 de julio de 2021 por la que se convoca un concurso-oposición para cubrir plazas vacantes de personal estatutario fijo de la categoría de odontólogo-estomatólogo/odontóloga-estomatóloga de área de atención primaria, y determinar la publicación íntegra del baremo rectificado, que figura en el anexo de esta resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2.- Publicar esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, en el portal web de Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares y en la sede electrónica del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Contra esta resolución —que agota la vía administrativa—puede interponerse un recurso de reposición ante el director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente a la fecha de la publicación, de conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, en relación con el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;También puede interponerse directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente a la fecha de publicación de esta resolución, de acuerdo con los artículos 8.2 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, sin perjuicio de cualquier otro recurso que se considere procedente interponer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Este baremo de méritos substituye íntegramente al publicado en la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 9 de julio de 2021 (BOIB núm. 94, de 15/07/2021)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Baremo de méritos para la categoría de odontólogo-estomatólogo/odontóloga-estomatóloga de área de atención primaria del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1.- Experiencia profesional&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Puntuación máxima: 22 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1.1. Se computa el tiempo de servicios prestados que las personas aspirantes tengan reconocidos hasta el final del plazo para presentar solicitudes de participación en el proceso selectivo, de acuerdo con el baremo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a) Por cada mes de servicio prestado en instituciones sanitarias públicas del Sistema Nacional de Salud, en instituciones sanitarias públicas de la Unión Europea o en instituciones sanitarias públicas del Espacio Europeo como personal estatutario, funcionario o laboral en la misma categoría que aquella a la que se opta o en plazas con el mismo contenido funcional: 0,089 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Por cada mes de servicio prestado en instituciones sanitarias públicas del Sistema Nacional de Salud, en instituciones sanitarias públicas de la Unión Europea o en instituciones sanitarias públicas del Espacio Europeo como personal estatutario, funcionario o laboral en una categoría distinta a aquella a la que se opta: 0,045 puntos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Por cada mes de servicio prestado como cooperante en programas de cooperación internacional para el desarrollo o en programas de ayuda humanitaria, de acuerdo con la legislación vigente, desempeñando las funciones propias de la categoría a la que se opta: 0,089 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Por cada mes de servicio prestado en centros públicos no sanitarios de la Unión Europea como personal funcionario o laboral en la misma categoría que aquella a la que se opta o en plazas con el mismo contenido funcional: 0,067 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) Por cada mes de servicio prestado como cargo directivo en instituciones sanitarias públicas del Sistema Nacional de Salud: 0,089 puntos. Se valorarán dichos servicios siempre que se tenga la titulación requerida para acceder a la categoría durante el tiempo en que haya ocupado el cargo directivo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.2.&lt;s&gt; &lt;/s&gt;Para valorar este apartado se tienen en cuenta los aspectos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- La puntuación máxima que se puede obtener por la totalidad de los subapartados que lo integran es de 22 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Un mismo período de tiempo no puede ser valorado por más de uno de los subapartados que lo integran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Los servicios prestados bajo la modalidad de reducción de jornada o a tiempo parcial se computarán como si fuesen a jornada completa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Si se prestan servicios simultáneamente en dos o más centros se computarán —a elección de la persona interesada— los servicios prestados solo en uno de ellos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- El cómputo de servicios prestados se calcula aplicando esta fórmula: se suman todos los días de servicios prestados en cada uno de los subapartados anteriores y el resultado se divide entre 365, y el cociente resultante se multiplica por 12.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Tienen la consideración de instituciones sanitarias públicas los servicios centrales o periféricos de los servicios autonómicos de salud, los de INGESA, los del extinto INSALUD y los de los organismos equivalentes de la Unión Europea y su gestión también debe ser pública. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.- Formación, docencia y actividades científicas/difusión del conocimiento&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Puntuación máxima: 15 puntos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Sólo se valorarán los méritos correspondientes a la formación continuada, docencia y actividades científicas y de difusión del conocimiento las iniciadas con posterioridad a la obtención de la titulación requerida en la categoría a la que se presenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.1. Formación reglada/expediente académico&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La nota del expediente académico para obtener el título que habilita para ejercer la profesión se valora de manera proporcional a la nota media obtenida. Se otorgan 0,078 puntos por cada decimal que supere la nota del aprobado (5), de manera que no se adjudica puntuación al 5 y la puntuación máxima es de 0,388 puntos, que corresponden al 10 de nota media. En caso de que la nota fuese en base a la escala del 1 al 4 se aplicará la tabla de equivalencias de los Ministerios competentes en la materia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.1.1. Si el expediente académico no refleja notas numéricas se considerarán las equivalencias siguientes: bien: 0,078 puntos; notable: 0,155 puntos; sobresaliente: 0,310 puntos; matrícula de honor: 0,388 puntos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.1.2. En el caso de titulaciones extranjeras será necesaria la homologación de la nota por el organismo competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.2. Formación continuada&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.2.1. Se valoran los cursos, los seminarios, los talleres, los congresos, las jornadas, las reuniones científicas y otras actividades formativas que estén relacionadas directamente con el contenido de la categoría a la que se opta, de acuerdo con los criterios siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.2.1.1. Actividades formativas sobre ciencias de la salud posteriores al 1 de enero de 2004, se valoran siempre que cumplan alguna de las características siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.2.1.1.1. Deben estar acreditadas por la Comisión de Formación Continuada de las Profesiones Sanitarias. La acreditación tiene que cumplir los criterios de la normativa de la Comisión de Formación Continuada del Sistema Nacional de Salud en los materiales de promoción o certificación de asistencia de esta actividad, por lo que han de constar de manera conjunta el logotipo, el texto y el número de créditos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&amp;nbsp;2.2.1.1.2. Deben haber sido impartidas, organizadas o acreditadas por alguna universidad, lo que ha de constar en el certificado correspondiente&lt;/span&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.2.1.2. Actividades formativas sobre ciencias de la salud anteriores al 1 de enero de 2004, se valoran siempre que cumplan alguna de las características siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.2.1.2.1. Deben estar acreditadas por la Comisión de Formación Continuada de las Profesiones Sanitarias. La acreditación tiene que cumplir los criterios de la normativa de la Comisión de Formación Continuada del Sistema Nacional de Salud en los materiales de promoción o certificación de asistencia de esta actividad, por lo que han de constar de manera conjunta el logotipo, el texto y el número de créditos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.2.1.2.2. Deben haber sido impartidas, organizadas, subvencionadas o acreditadas por alguna administración pública, por un colegio profesional o por alguna entidad del sector público institucional (de acuerdo con la definición dada por el artículo 2 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre), lo cual tiene que acreditarse en el certificado correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.2.1.2.3. Actividades promovidas por organizaciones sindicales o entidades sin ánimo de lucro y que se hayan impartido en virtud de convenios suscritos con las administraciones públicas o con universidades, o bien que hayan sido acreditadas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;y/o subvencionadas por aquellas, lo cual tiene que constar en el certificado correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.2.1.2.4. Actividades llevadas a cabo en virtud de los acuerdos de formación continuada con las administraciones públicas y que estén organizadas y/o impartidas por cualquiera de los promotores de formación continuada que hayan suscrito dichos acuerdos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.2.2. A efectos de lo que disponen los apartados anteriores, las actividades formativas sobre ciencias de la salud son las relacionadas con las áreas temáticas siguientes: salud pública, investigación, práctica clínica, gestión sanitaria, calidad y docencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.2.3. Los diplomas o certificados que se refieran a estas actividades formativas se valoran a razón de 0,010 puntos por cada crédito CFC (Comisión de Formación Continuada) o LRU (sistema de implantación de los créditos europeos por medio de la Ley de reforma universitaria) y a razón de 0,0252 puntos por cada crédito ECTS (Sistema Europeo de Transferencia y Acumulación de Créditos). Si en el diploma o certificado figura el número de horas en lugar de los créditos, se otorga un valor de 0,0010 puntos por cada hora de formación; si figuran simultáneamente créditos y horas, la valoración se hace siempre por los créditos certificados; si no se especifican horas ni créditos, no se valora esa actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.3. Otra formación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Se valoran a razón de 0,0010 puntos por cada hora las actividades formativas relacionadas con las áreas temáticas siguientes: prevención de riesgos laborales; jurídico-administrativo, sistemas de información, informática referida a aplicaciones de ofimática de nivel de usuario y programas informáticos aplicados a la investigación sobre las ciencias de la salud, violencia de género, igualdad entre hombres y mujeres, aspectos organizativos relativos al servicio sanitario, atención al público, estrés y autocontrol, u orientación psicológica, y cualquier otra actividad no relacionada con las áreas temáticas sobre ciencias de la salud y que esté relacionada con las funciones de la categoría a la que se opta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se valorarán siempre que cumplan alguna de las características contempladas en el punto 2.2.1.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.4. Formación posgraduada &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.4.1. Por tener el grado de doctor: 4,544 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.4.2. Por haber logrado el diploma de estudios avanzados (DEA) o de suficiencia investigadora en el supuesto de no haber obtenido el título de doctor: 1,515 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.4.3. Los títulos de máster oficiales universitarios que estén relacionados directamente con el contenido de la categoría a la que se opta se valoran así:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.4.3.1.- 0,0272 por cada crédito ECTS. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.4.3.2.- 0,0109 por cada crédito LRU.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Si en el título no se especifica el tipo de crédito se computará como crédito LRU.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.4.4. Los títulos universitarios propios de posgrado (certificado universitario, experto universitario, especialista universitario y máster universitario) que estén relacionados directamente con el contenido de la categoría a la que se opta se valoran a razón de 0,010 puntos por cada crédito LRU o por cada 10 horas lectivas, y a razón de 0,0252 puntos por cada crédito ECTS o por cada 25 horas lectivas. Si en el diploma o certificado figura el número de horas en lugar de los créditos, se otorga un valor de 0,0010 puntos por cada hora de formación; si figuran simultáneamente créditos y horas, la valoración se hace siempre por los créditos certificados; si no se especifican horas ni créditos, no se valora esta actividad. Si en un mismo documento figuran créditos LRU y/o ECTS se tiene en cuenta la puntuación más favorable a la persona candidata. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.5. Docencia&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.5.1. Por cada hora acreditada de docencia impartida en cualquiera de las actividades formativas sobre ciencias de la salud (salud pública, investigación, práctica clínica, gestión sanitaria, calidad y docencia) incluidas las ponencias&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; impartidas en actividades formativas que estén relacionadas directamente con el contenido de la categoría a la cual se opta: 0,003 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.5.1.1. Las personas candidatas que hayan impartido horas de docencia en cursos formativos sobre ciencias de la salud posteriores al 1 de enero de 2004 deben justificar que dichos cursos están acreditados por la Comisión de Formación Continuada de las Profesiones Sanitarias o por Unidades Docentes acreditadas por los servicios públicos del Sistema Nacional de Salud.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.5.2. Por cada curso académico ocupando una plaza de docente en ciencias de la salud en el ámbito universitario a tiempo completo: 1,049 puntos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.5.3. Por cada hora como docente en ciencias de la salud en el ámbito universitario que no sea a tiempo completo: 0,0010 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.5.4. Por tutorizar prácticas de la categoría a que se opta: 0,0005 puntos por cada hora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.6.- Actividades científicas y de difusión del conocimiento&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.6.1. Libros de carácter científico relacionados directamente con el contenido de la categoría a la que se opta y que tengan ISBN. Sólo se valorarán los libros y capítulos publicados a partir del año 2001:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.6.1.1. Por cada libro completo: 0.5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.6.1.2. Por cada capítulo de libro no incluido en el punto anterior: 0,1 puntos (máximo, tres capítulos por libro).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el caso de libro en formato papel, se tendrá que acreditar con la presentación de fotocopias compulsadas de la cubierta delantera, portada y contraportada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el caso de libros electrónicos en línea, se tendrá que aportar el DOI (digital object identifier) del libro o de los capítulos. En caso de no constar el DOI, las URLs correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Quedan excluidas las autoediciones y las reimpresiones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.6.2. Artículos publicados en alguna revista de carácter científico, incluida en el JCR o en el SJR, relacionados directamente con el contenido de la categoría a la que se opta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Sólo se valorarán artículos originales y revisiones publicados a partir del año 2001. Quedan excluidos: cartas, editoriales, imágenes, casos clínicos, correcciones, meeting abstracts etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.6.2.1. Como primer autor, último autor o autor de correspondencia, en revista Q1 o Q2 del año de publicación (JCR o SJR): 0,29 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.6.2.2. Como otros firmantes, en revista Q1 o Q2 del año de publicación (JCR o SJR): 0,19 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Artículos publicados en alguna revista de carácter científico, indexada en MEDLINE, EMBASE, CINAHL, PSICODC, IECS, InDICEs CSIC, CUIDEN o EnfisPo, y que&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;no esté incluida en JCR o en el SJR, relacionados directamente con el contenido de la categoría a la que se opta: 0,039 puntos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Sólo se valorarán artículos originales y revisiones publicados a partir del año 2001. Investigación: por participar en proyectos de investigación financiados o acreditados por entidades del sector público institucional definidas en el artículo 2 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.6.5.1. Como investigador principal: 1,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Puntuación máxima: 1,941 puntos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Los certificados emitidos por la Dirección General de Cultura y Juventud y los reconocidos en la Orden del consejero de Educación, Cultura y Universidades de 21 de febrero de 2013 por la que se determinan los títulos, los diplomas y los certificados equivalentes a los certificados de conocimientos de lengua catalana de la Dirección General de Cultura y Juventud (BOIB núm. 34/2013). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Certificado de conocimiento de catalán B2: 0,778 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Certificado de conocimiento de catalán C1: 1,165 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Certificado de conocimiento de catalán C2: 1,553 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Certificado de conocimiento de lenguaje administrativo LA: 0,388 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se valora solamente un certificado, excepto en el caso del certificado de conocimiento de lenguaje administrativo (LA), en que la puntuación se acumula a la del otro certificado que se aporte. Si se presenta solamente el certificado de conocimientos de lenguaje administrativo (LA), se valora con 0,388 puntos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Conocimientos orales y escritos de lenguas extranjeras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Puntuación máxima: 1,059 puntos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Los certificados de lengua extranjera emitidos por las escuelas oficiales de idiomas, por universidades o certificados reconocidos para la acreditación de la lengua extranjera en que conste su correspondencia con el Marco Común Europeo de Referencia para las Lenguas, se valorarán de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Certificado de conocimiento A1: 0,291 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Certificado de conocimiento A2: 0,388 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Certificado de conocimiento B1: 0,485 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Certificado de conocimiento B2: 0,583 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Certificado de conocimiento C1: 0,680 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;- Certificado de conocimiento C2: 0,778 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Se podrá valorar más de un idioma, no obstante, sólo se tendrá en consideración el certificado de mayor nivel de cada uno de ellos hasta el máximo global de 1,059 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
