&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Propuesta de la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Promoción Económica y Empresarial, y Cooperación Municipal, de rectificación error en la “Convocatoria extraordinaria de ayudas dirigidas a paliar las consecuencias de las restricciones motivadas por la crisis sanitaria de la COVID-19 en los sectores económicos de la restauración y sus cadenas de valor, empresas deportivas con espacios cerrados propios, academias de danza, yoga, empresas con principales dedicaciones de balneario (spa) y similares, empresas de distribución (ADED), feriantes y empresas organizadoras de eventos, y agencias de viajes”. Expte. 2021/00020587Z&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Habiéndose presentado la siguiente propuesta, previa declaración de urgencia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;"En el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares núm. 141, de 14 de octubre de 2021, se publicaron las bases de la Convocatoria extraordinaria de ayudas dirigidas a paliar las consecuencias de las restricciones motivadas por la crisis sanitaria de la COVID-19 en los sectores económicos de la restauración y sus cadenas de valor, empresas deportivas con espacios cerrados propios, academias de danza, yoga, empresas con principales dedicaciones de balneario (spa) y similares, empresas de distribución (ADED), feriantes y empresas organizadoras de eventos, y agencias de viajes.” Estas bases habían sido aprobadas por los miembros del Consejo Ejecutivo de Eivissa en sesión de fecha 8 de octubre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Habiendo advertido un error en el número ordinal correspondiente al epígrafe de los Servicios prestados al público por las agencias de viajes, en el documento de las bases de la convocatoria así como en su extracto, que constan en el expediente con CVS 13525177105450073340, así como en la publicación de la convocatoria de fecha 14 de octubre de 2021, y en la publicación del Extracto de la aprobación por parte del Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Eivissa del día 8 de octubre de 2021 de las bases de la Convocatoria extraordinaria de ayudas dirigidas a paliar las consecuencias de las restricciones motivadas por la crisis sanitaria de la COVID-19 en los sectores económicos de la restauración y sus cadenas de valor, empresas deportivas con espacios cerrados propios, academias de danza, yoga, empresas con dedicaciones principales de balneario (spa) y similares, empresas de distribución (ADED), feriantes y empresas organizadoras de eventos, y agencias de viajes” publicado en el BOIB núm. 143 de 19 de octubre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con lo establecido en el art. 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, se informa favorablemente la rectificación del ordinal erróneo 722.2 para el 755.2 correcto en los documentos indicados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En fecha 26 de octubre de 2021, la jefa de sección ha elevado a la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Promoción Económica y Empresarial, y Cooperación Municipal, informe propuesta de rectificación de error en la convocatoria de referencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En virtud de todo lo anterior, de conformidad con el artículo 72.d) del Reglamento orgánico del Consejo Insular de Eivissa (BOIB núm. 136, de 18-9-2010, corrección en BOIB núm. 148, de 14- 10-2010, modificación en BOIB nº 48, de 16-4-2016), se eleva al Consejo Ejecutivo, la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; Tener en cuenta aquellas solicitudes realizadas en el Consell Insular de Eivissa con el epígrafe 755.2, que hayan entrado desde el día 20 de octubre de 2021, aunque sean anteriores a la presente rectificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. &lt;/strong&gt;Ampliar el plazo de presentación de solicitudes, en 5 días hábiles más, respecto al plazo de 10 días hábiles inicialmente establecido, que supondrá un plazo total de 15 días hábiles iniciados desde el día 20 de octubre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;/strong&gt;.: Publicar esta rectificación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
