    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El concejal del Área de Hacienda, Innovación y Función Pública, por resolución número 19.650 de 19 de octubre de 2021, acordó lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO &lt;/strong&gt;.- Aprobar, según la propuesta definitiva que ha efectuado el tribunal calificador de la oposición para formar parte del bolsín para cubrir, con carácter de interinidad, plazas vacantes de Trabajador familiar, OPE 2017 (tasa estabilización) y OPE 2019 (tasa reposición) encuadrados en la escala de Administración Especial del Ayuntamiento de Palma, subescala servicios especiales, clase cometidos especiales, especialidad Trabajador familiar, grupo C, subgrupo C2, convocadas por decretos del&amp;nbsp; Regidor de Hacienda, Innovación y Función Pública, número 13830 de 09/14/2020 y 13827 de 09/14/2020, tribunal que ha firmado la propuesta definitiva para determinar la composición final de la bolsa con indicación de todas las personas integrantes, el orden de prelación y la puntuación obtenida, que figura en el anexo de esta Resolución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO &lt;/strong&gt;.- Publicar esta Resolución en el tablón de anuncios virtual, en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en la web del Ayuntamiento de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer por parte de los interesados ​​recurso potestativo de reposición en el plazo de un mes ante el mismo órgano que las haya aprobado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. En caso de no interponer el recurso potestativo de reposición se podrá interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, según el artículo antes mencionado y 45 y siguientes de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso administrativa, ante el Juzgado contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses a partir del día siguiente de la publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
