    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; nº 59, de 6 de mayo de 2021, se ha publicado la Resolución del consejero de Educación y Formación Profesional de 27 de abril de 2021 por la que se autoriza la ampliación de la configuración del Centro de Educación Infantil Privado de primer ciclo La Vall, de Marratxí con una unidad más de educación infantil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se ha observado un error en la publicación en cuanto al nombre de la titularidad del CEI La Vall, en el punto 2 de la Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Según el artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponderá al órgano que hubiera dictado el acto o la disposición; la rectificación de errores deberá especificar, en su caso, los efectos jurídicos que de ella se deriven, y se deberá notificar o publicar preceptivamente cuando se refiera a actos que hayan sido notificados o publicados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, establece que las administraciones públicas podrán, asimismo, rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se ha comprobado que hubo un error de transcripción &amp;nbsp;en el momento de redactar el nombre de la titularidad del CEI La Vall, en el punto 2 de la Resolución y es necesario corregirlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Corregir el error advertido, en el siguiente sentido: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el punto 2 de la Resolución, &lt;strong&gt;donde dice&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
