    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El concejal del Área de Hacienda, Innovación y Función Pública, por resolución número 19412 de 14 de octubre de 2021, acordó lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1.Nombrar funcionarios en prácticas para la realización del séptimo ejercicio teórico-práctico, obligatorio y eliminatorio, con una duración de 660 horas, a las personas que se relacionan en este punto, las que no han sido eliminadas en ninguna de las pruebas y que han obtenido mayor puntuación del proceso selectivo para cubrir siete plazas vacantes de bombero/a conductor/a, vacantes en la plantilla de funcionarios de este Ayuntamiento pertenecientes a la Escala la Administración Especial, subescala servicios especiales, clase b) servicio contra incendios y salvamento, grupo C, subgrupo C1, dotadas presupuestariamente y correspondientes a las ofertas públicas de empleo de los ejercicios 2018 y 2019. Toda vez que reúnen los requisitos exigidos en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Nombrar con carácter interino las personas que se relacionan en este punto, las que no han sido eliminadas en ninguna de las pruebas y que han obtenido mayor puntuación del proceso selectivo para cubrir siete plazas vacantes de bombero / a conductor / a, vacantes en la plantilla de funcionarios de este Ayuntamiento pertenecientes a la Escala la Administración Especial, subescala servicios especiales, clase b) servicio contra incendios y salvamento, grupo C, subgrupo C1, dotadas presupuestariamente y correspondientes a las ofertas públicas de empleo de los ejercicios 2018 y 2019. Toda vez que han realizado el curso de formación básica de bombero / a expedido, homologado o convalidado por el EBAP y que reúnen todos los requisitos exigidos en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Los efectos de los nombramientos del punto 1 y punto 2 de este decreto será a partir del día 18 de octubre de 2021.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Notificar a los interesados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. Publicar en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso de reposición ante el mismo órgano que la ha dictado, conforme a lo que dispone el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. El plazo para interponerlo es de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de recibir la presente notificación. En este caso no se podrá interponer recurso contencioso administrativo hasta que se haya resuelto el de reposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El recurso de reposición potestativo debe presentarse en el registro general de este Ayuntamiento o en las dependencias a que se refiere el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, antes mencionada, y se entenderá desestimado cuando no haya resuelto y notificada la resolución, en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente de su interposición. En este caso expedita la vía contencioso administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si no se utiliza el recurso potestativo de reposición, se puede interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, conforme a lo establecido en el artículo citado anteriormente, y los 45 y siguientes de la ley 29/98, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa, ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de recibir la presente notificación. Esto sin perjuicio de cualquier otro recurso o acción que se considere conveniente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
