    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El Consejo Asesor de Derecho Civil de las Illes Balears fue creado por la Ley 7/2017, de 3 de agosto, por la que se modifica la Compilación de derecho civil de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;De acuerdo con la disposición adicional quinta de la Ley 7/2017, el Gobierno de las Illes Balears debe nombrar a un funcionario o funcionaria que ejerza las funciones de secretario o secretaria del Consejo Asesor de Derecho Civil de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El Decreto 28/2018, de 7 de septiembre, por el que se regulan varios aspectos del Consejo Asesor de Derecho Civil de las Illes Balears, establece que el secretario o secretaria será un funcionario o funcionaria de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Mediante un acuerdo de 7 de febrero de 2020, el Consejo de Gobierno de las Illes Balears nombró secretario del Consejo Asesor de Derecho Civil de las Illes Balears al señor Ramon Rosselló Lozano (BOIB n.º 17, de 8 de febrero).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Recientemente, el señor Ramon Rosselló Lozano ha presentado por escrito su renuncia al cargo de secretario del Consejo Asesor de Derecho Civil de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por todo ello, el Consejo de Gobierno a propuesta de la consejera de Presidencia, Función Pública e Igualdad, en la sesión del día 18 de octubre de 2021 adoptó, entre otros, el Acuerdo siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt; Nombrar secretario del Consejo Asesor de Derecho Civil de las Illes Balears al señor&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Francisco José Martorell Fuster&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar este acuerdo en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.&lt;/strong&gt; Disponer que este acuerdo será efectivo a partir del día siguiente de su publicación en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
