    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.- El 11 de agosto de 2021 ha tenido entrada en el registro un escrito de 30 de julio de 2021 del alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Petra soclicitando la corrección de una errata producida por el Ayuntamiento en el proceso de envio respecto del edicto 10444 publicado en el BOIB nº 188 del 2021. La errata del Ayuntamiento consiste en que se envió un borrador de trabajo y no se corresponde con el aprobado definitivamente por el pleno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.- Así pues, en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears nº 188, de 31 de octubre de 2020 (edicto nº 10444) se ha detectado una errata consistente en la publicación de un texto erroneo que no se corresponde con el aprobado definitivamente por el pleno, según su acuerdo de fecha 3/9/2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.- El art. 19.2 del Decreto 68/2012 establece que los errores de composición producidos en la publicación deben ser rectificados por la Secretaría General de la Consellería de Presidencia, de oficio o a instancia de parte. El art. 19.4 establece que se deben intitular como «corrección de erratas». &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.- Vista la naturaleza de la errata, la rectificación se hace volviendo a publicar el texto íntegro de la Aprobación definitiva de los Estatutos de la Fundación Teatro y Acción Sociocultural de Petra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5.- Por ello, de acuerdo con los artículos 19,2 y 19,4 del Decreto 68/20212, de 27 de juliol, por el cual se regula el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Corregir la errata advertida en la publicación el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears del edicto 10444/2020, publicando el texto correcto correspondiente a la Aprobación definitiva de los Estatutos de la Fundación Teatro y Acción Sociocultural de Petra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento, en sesión de día 3 de septiembre de 2020, aprobó inicialmente el acuerdo de creación del organismo autónomo denominado "Fundación Teatro y Acción socio-cultural de Petra" y sus correspondientes Estatutos. El expediente se sometió a información pública, mediante la inserción de anuncio en el BOIB núm. 157, de día 10 de septiembre de 2020 (Fascículo 153-SECCIONV-Página 30591-Edicto núm. 8178), para que todas las personas que estuvieran interesadas pudieran examinar y pudieran formular alegaciones, en el plazo de 30 días hábiles. Durante este plazo no consta la presentación de ninguna, por lo que el referido acuerdo municipal se convirtió en definitivo y ahora se publica íntegramente como anexo al texto los Estatutos mencionados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Contra este acuerdo, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares, en el plazo de dos meses contados a partir del día siguiente de publicarse este acuerdo en el BOIB. Todo ello, de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, que regula la jurisdicción contencioso administrativa. No obstante, se puede ejercitar, en su caso, cualquier otro recurso que se considere pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Con el fin de promocionar, practicar y fomentar las actividades de teatro y socioculturales, el Ayuntamiento de Petra acogiéndose a las disposiciones de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, en los artículos 85 al 88 del Reglamento de servicios de las corporaciones locales;&amp;nbsp;y también conforme con la aplicación de la Ley Balear Municipal y de Régimen Local, 20/2015, de 15 de diciembre, en el artículo 172, acuerda crear un organismo autónomo, constituido como una fundación pública, con personalidad y patrimonio propios .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Este organismo se denominará FUNDACIÓN TEATRO Y ACCIÓN SOCIOCULTURAL DE PETRA (a partir&amp;nbsp;de ahora también se nombrará Fundación), y tendrá su local social en Petra, calle del Sol, número 5 (edificio Teatro de Petra) 07520.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;La Fundación tiene por objeto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a) Gestionar el Teatro Municipal de Petra y las actividades socio-culturales que se realicen y / o estén relacionadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;b) Optimizar el coste y el rendimiento de las actividades que se lleven a cabo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;c) &amp;nbsp;Potenciar al máximo el acceso de los ciudadanos de Petra y de Mallorca a las diferentes manifestaciones escénicas en general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;d) Fomentar prioritariamente la creatividad, calidad y capacidad de renovación de los grupos locales, así como de los intérpretes y de los profesionales que intervienen en la producción y representación escénica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;e) Contribuir a preservar las obras costumbristas de antaño con el ánimo de difundir y proteger nuestra cultura y lengua propias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;f) Impulsar la producción de artes escénicas y musicales propias, desde los niños de la Escuela hasta las personas de más edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;g) Impulsar artes escénicas de autores de prestigio internacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;h) Promover altos valores creativos en todas las artes escénicas: teatro, danza, poesía, música y nuevos lenguajes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Para la consecución de los fines fundacionales, la Fundación desarrollará las actividades que la Asamblea General considere necesarias.&amp;nbsp;Podrá colaborar con otras entidades, instituciones o personas, de acuerdo con lo establecido en la normativa vigente.&amp;nbsp;En concreto, a fin de llevar a cabo la finalidad fundacional, la Fundación desarrollará las actividades que, sin ánimo exhaustivo, se enumeran a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;1- Promover la organización de charlas y cursos dirigidos a la consecución de los fines.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;2- Animar a los grupos de escolares, de jóvenes, de gente media y gente mayor a la preparación de representaciones escénicas sencillas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;3- Facilitar formación de directores y directoras de teatro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;4- Llevar a cabo proyecciones varias de obras de artes escénicas y visuales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;5- Producir espectáculos de artes escénicas con ciudadanos de Petra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;6- Realizar todas aquellas actividades que la Asamblea General considere oportunas para conseguir los fines previstos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Las actividades relacionadas con los fines fundacionales se llevarán a cabo según las normas que las regulan específicamente, mediante la obtención, en su caso, los permisos o licencias pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Para la consecución de los objetivos antes mencionados, la FUNDACIÓN TEATRO Y ACCIÓN SOCIOCULTURAL DE PETRA, podrá:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a)&amp;nbsp;Adquirir y poseer bienes de todo tipo, enajenarlos y grabarlos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;Administrar su patrimonio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;c)&amp;nbsp;Aceptar herencias, legados y donaciones, obtener subvenciones, auxilios y otras ayudas del Estado, organismos autonómicos (CCAA), corporaciones locales, instituciones, particulares, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;d)&amp;nbsp;Contratar personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;e)&amp;nbsp;Contratar obras, servicios y suministros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;f)&amp;nbsp;Llevar a cabo todo tipo de reclamaciones y acciones administrativas de cualquier tipo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;g)&amp;nbsp;Otorgar ayudas y subvenciones en el marco de sus previsiones presupuestarias y de sus disponibilidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;h)&amp;nbsp;Desarrollar cualquier otro acto necesario para llevar a cabo los objetivos fundacionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El patrimonio de la FUNDACIÓN TEATRO Y ACCIÓN SOCIOCULTURAL DE PETRA estará constituido por:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a)&amp;nbsp;Los bienes, que le adscribirá en uso el Ayuntamiento, pero que conservarán su calificación jurídica originaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;Los bienes adquiridos por la FUNDACIÓN TEATRO Y ACCIÓN SOCIOCULTURAL DE PETRA o aportados por un tercero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Todos los bienes serán incluidos en un inventario - registro, debidamente clasificados, y con sus respectivas valoraciones y descripciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 8.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Los bienes y beneficios que de ellos se puedan derivar se destinarán, única y exclusivamente, al cumplimiento de los objetivos de la FUNDACIÓN TEATRO Y ACCIÓN SOCIOCULTURAL DE PETRA ya su mejora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 9.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Los recursos económicos de la FUNDACIÓN TEATRO Y ACCIÓN SOCIOCULTURAL DE PETRA estarán constituidos por:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a)&amp;nbsp;Los beneficios que se puedan obtener de la gestión, frutos y rendimiento de su patrimonio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;La aportación que le asigne el Ayuntamiento en sus presupuestos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;c)&amp;nbsp;Las aportaciones y subvenciones de cualquier organismo, entidad o particular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;d)&amp;nbsp;Los anticipos, préstamos y créditos que se obtengan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;e)&amp;nbsp;Todos aquellos que puedan ser atribuidos legalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Petra ejercerá sobre la FUNDACIÓN TEATRO Y ACCIÓN SOCIOCULTURAL DE PETRA las siguientes facultades tutelares:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;a. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Aprobar, modificar e interpretar los estatutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;b. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Aprobar los reglamentos de régimen interno, tanto personal como de los servicios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;c. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Aprobar la plantilla de personal a contratar para la FUNDACIÓN TEATRO Y ACCIÓN SOCIOCULTURAL DE PETRA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;d. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Aprobar las cuotas a pagar por los diferentes usos del espacio asignado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;e. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Aprobar los presupuestos y cuentas anuales, así como el inventario de bienes y la memoria de actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;f. &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Cualquier otra que le pueda corresponder según la legislación vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;La FUNDACIÓN TEATRO Y ACCIÓN SOCIOCULTURAL DE PETRA, quedará adscrita al área de Cultura del Ayuntamiento de Petra, o en todo caso, en el área que se determine por parte de la Corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;La FUNDACIÓN TEATRO Y ACCIÓN SOCIOCULTURAL DE PETRA, sin perjuicio de sus funciones de tutela del Ayuntamiento de Petra, estará regida por los siguientes órganos de gobierno:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;- La Asamblea General.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;- El Consejo de Administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;La Asamblea General estará constituida&amp;nbsp;por:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;1- El / la Presidente / a, cargo que recaerá en la persona que ostente la alcaldía de Petra o persona concejala en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;2- El / la Vicepresidente / a, cargo que recaerá en la persona concejala del Ayuntamiento de Petra que tenga asignada el área de Cultura o persona concejala en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;3- Vocales de representación del Ayuntamiento de Petra: Habrá al menos cinco que serán designados por el pleno del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;4- Vocales honoríficos, tienen voz pero no tienen voto.&amp;nbsp;Todas las asociaciones culturales y deportivas de Petra que así lo manifiesten tendrán un / a vocal honorífico / a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;5- La persona gerente, que será un concejal o concejala del Ayuntamiento, será nombrada por la Asamblea General.&amp;nbsp;Esta persona puede no ser miembro de la Asamblea General y, en este caso, por tanto, tendrá voz y no tendrá voto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 13.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;La Asamblea General es el órgano encargado de elegir los vocales del Consejo de Administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 14.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;La Asamblea General elegirá tres vocales y tres sustitutos al Consejo de Administración por un período de cuatro años.&amp;nbsp;Finalizado este periodo se llevará a cabo un nuevo nombramiento de vocales en el Consejo de administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 15.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;La Asamblea General será convocada por el Consejo de Administración cuando éste lo crea necesario.&amp;nbsp;En todo caso se convocará como mínimo, un pico al año para dar cuentas de la gestión y funcionamiento de la Fundación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 16.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Las sesiones se llevarán a cabo, en primera convocatoria, con asistencia de la mayoría absoluta legal de los componentes de la Asamblea;&amp;nbsp;en segunda convocatoria se llevarán a cabo media hora después de la primera siempre que asistan, como mínimo, el presidente o delegado suyo y un número de personas igual o superior a la mitad de los miembros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 17.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;La convocatoria, que podrá ser colectiva, se hará con una antelación mínima de siete días utilizando medios informáticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 18.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Son elegibles para los cargos del Consejo de Administración sólo los miembros de la Asamblea General.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Del Consejo de Administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 19.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El Consejo de Administración es el órgano superior de gobierno de la Fundación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 20.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Forman el Consejo de Administración:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a)&amp;nbsp;El Presidente, cargo que ejercerá la persona que ostente la Alcaldía del Ayuntamiento de Petra o una persona concejala en quien delegue esta función.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;Una persona concejala asignada por el Ayuntamiento de Petra que actuará de Vicepresidente o Vicepresidenta, que asumirá el cargo de Presidente o Presidenta en su ausencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;c)&amp;nbsp;El tres vocales elegidos en la Asamblea General.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;d)&amp;nbsp;La persona Gerente de la Fundación si no es ninguna de las personas nombradas en los apartados a), b) y c);&amp;nbsp;en este caso tendrá voz y no tendrá voto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 21.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Hará las funciones de secretario o secretaria la persona Gerente de la Fundación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 22.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El Consejo de Administración podrá solicitar información y / o la asistencia de cualquier persona o entidad que considere necesario o conveniente para el mejor cumplimiento de los objetivos de la Fundación.&amp;nbsp;Estas personas no tendrán derecho de voto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 23.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El Consejo de Administración hará reuniones ordinarias y extraordinarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Las ordinarias se harán como mínimo cada tres meses y una de estas tendrá que hacer obligatoriamente dentro del mes de septiembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Las extraordinarias se harán cuando el presidente las convoque, o lo solicite un tercio de los miembros del Consejo de Administración por escrito dirigido al presidente, el cual deberá convocar la reunión en un plazo de siete días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Las convocatorias se realizarán de forma telemática con una antelación mínima de 48 horas, excepto las de urgencia, la cual tendrá que ser votada por el Consejo de Administración antes de comenzar la reunión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;En la primera convocatoria se requerirá la asistencia de la mayoría absoluta legal de los componentes del Consejo de Administración.&amp;nbsp;En segunda convocatoria, quince minutos más tarde, será suficiente la asistencia de un tercio del Consejo de Administración.&amp;nbsp;El Consejo de Administración no se podrá reunir sin la asistencia del presidente y del secretario, o de los que reglamentariamente les sustituyan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 24.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Todas las cuestiones serán acordadas por mayoría simple, entendiendo como tal la que se produce cuando los votos a favor superan los votos en contra.&amp;nbsp;En caso de empate, el voto del presidente o de la presidenta se considerará de calidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 25.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Cualquier miembro de la Fundación sea del Consejo de Administración o de la Asamblea podrá pedir, a las personas que ostenten la dirección o presidencia, sobre todo aquello que haga referencia a dicho organismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 26.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;No tendrán validez los acuerdos de temas que no figuran en el orden del día, a no ser aquellos que se declaren de urgencia por la mayoría de los asistentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 27.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Los miembros del Consejo de Administración cesarán por muerte, incapacidad o dimisión.&amp;nbsp;Fuera de estos casos, sólo se podrán sustituir los miembros del Consejo de Administración por haber perdido la representación o calidad para la que habían accedido al cargo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Los vocales elegidos en la Asamblea General serán sustituidos por la persona que tenían como sustituta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 28.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Serán facultades del presidente o presidenta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a)&amp;nbsp;Ordenar convocatorias de las reuniones ordinarias y extraordinarias, en que se fijará el orden del día de cada sesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;Presidir y dirigir las sesiones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;c)&amp;nbsp;Decidir con voto de calidad en caso de empate.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;d)&amp;nbsp;Ejercer la representación oficial, jurídica y administrativa, económica y laboral de la Fundación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;e)&amp;nbsp;Cumplir y hacer cumplir los presentes Estatutos, Reglamentos de régimen interno y acuerdos adoptados por el Consejo de Administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;f)&amp;nbsp;Ordenar los ingresos y pagos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;g)&amp;nbsp;Suspender los acuerdos adoptados por el Consejo de Administración, cuando éste intervenga en asuntos que no sean de su competencia, sean contrarios a los intereses generales del municipio o de la propia Fundación o puedan constituir infracción manifiesta de las leyes, en este caso se dará cuenta el Pleno del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;h)&amp;nbsp;Todas aquellas facultades que le delegue el Consejo de Administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 29.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;La persona que ostente la presidencia adoptará en caso de urgencia justificada y en defensa de los intereses de la Fundación, las disposiciones que considere necesarias, enterándose inmediatamente al Consejo de Administración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 30.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;La persona que ostente la presidencia podrá delegar sus facultades de forma esporádica o permanente, en el vicepresidente o la vicepresidenta.&amp;nbsp;En caso de que lo haga de forma permanente se seguirá, pero, enviando puntualmente el orden del día de las reuniones de los órganos de Gobierno.&amp;nbsp;Y lo mismo se hará con las actas de las reuniones, de las que se le enviarán copias en los tres días siguientes a la realización de la reunión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;De la persona concejala que ostente la gerencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 31.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Son competencias de la persona que ostente la gerencia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;a)&amp;nbsp;Dirigir el funcionamiento del Teatro en todos sus aspectos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;b)&amp;nbsp;Llevar a cabo o facilitar la dirección artística de al menos 2 producciones de artes escénicas anuales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;c)&amp;nbsp;Presentar a la Asamblea General el anteproyecto del Plan de Actividades de la Fundación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;d)&amp;nbsp;Ejercer las funciones de Secretario o Secretaria a la Asamblea General.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;e)&amp;nbsp;Gestionar&amp;nbsp;y ejecutar el Plan de Actividades de acuerdo con las directrices de la Fundación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;f) Tener cuidado de la conservación de los bienes y catalogación del fondo artístico del teatro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;g)&amp;nbsp;Impulsar y realizar acciones de difusión artística y social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;h)&amp;nbsp;Elaborar el anteproyecto de presupuesto de la Fundación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;e) Supervisar los libros de contabilidad, el balance y las liquidaciones anuales de la Fundación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;j) Elaborar la memoria anual de actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;k)&amp;nbsp;Tener cuidado de la proyección pública de las actividades de la Fundación e impulsar todo tipo de iniciativas que permitan la captación de recursos de fuera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;l) Ser jefe de personal, cuidando de la organización y dirección de las tareas ordinarias que desarrolle el personal de la Fundación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;m) Hacerse cargo de todos los aspectos relacionados con la promoción de las actividades de la Fundación: elaboración de programas, relaciones con los medios de comunicación, publicidad, relaciones públicas, ...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;n)&amp;nbsp;Realizar el inventario de bienes y mantenerlo actualizado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;o)&amp;nbsp;Despachar la correspondencia y otro asuntos si se le encomienden.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;p)&amp;nbsp;Aquellas otras que el Consejo de Administración o la persona que ostente la presidencia le puedan encomendar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Título V&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Del personal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 32.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;La Fundación dispondrá del personal necesario.&amp;nbsp;Su número, categoría, funciones y retribuciones se determinarán en las plantillas y presupuesto formados por el Consejo de Administración y aprobados por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento.&amp;nbsp;La corporación municipal podrá asignar personal municipal funcionario o laboral, con el objeto de llevar a cabo los objetivos de la Fundación.&amp;nbsp;Dicho personal no se integrará en las plantillas de la Fundación y se regulará por su propia reglamentación, sin perjuicio de que los servicios se presten a la Fundación fuera de la jornada normal de trabajo del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 33.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;La Fundación nombrará directamente el personal que, aunque no sean funcionarios municipales, necesite para sus servicios, y cubrirá los puestos de trabajo de acuerdo con la plantilla aprobada mediante los procedimientos que se determinen en cada caso.&amp;nbsp;Este personal quedará sometido a la legislación laboral vigente y en ningún caso estos nombrados conferirán la condición de funcionarios municipales, sin perjuicio de que se pueda reconocer el tiempo de servicio en la administración local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;En la selección del personal de la Fundación, se tendrá en cuenta la normativa vigente aplicable en el momento de realizar la selección.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Título VI&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Del régimen económico de&amp;nbsp;la Fundación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 34.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;La Fundación ajustará el desarrollo económico a su presupuesto y, una vez redactado por el Consejo de Administración, se llevará a Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Petra para su aprobación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 35.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Los libros de contabilidad, el balance y las liquidaciones anuales de la Fundación, deberán tener el visto bueno del Secretario Interventor del Ayuntamiento de Petra.&amp;nbsp;Estos balances y liquidaciones anuales, una vez aprobados por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento, a propuesta del Consejo de Administración de la Fundación, se someterán a las normas establecidas por las entidades locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 36.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;En la preparación y redacción de los balances y en la técnica contable, la Fundación se adaptará a las normas establecidas para las administraciones locales, sin perjuicio de aquellas modalidades que se consideren convenientes para una mayor claridad, eficacia y control de la cuestión económica, siempre que se tenga presente la norma vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Título VII&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Del régimen jurídico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 37.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Los acuerdos y resoluciones que adopten los diferentes órganos de gobierno de la Fundación podrán ser objeto de un recurso de alzada en el plazo de un mes, ante el Pleno del Ayuntamiento con carácter previo a la jurisdicción contencioso administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 38.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;La Fundación se regirá por los presentes Estatutos, Reglamentos y Ordenanzas que se dicten.&amp;nbsp;En todo lo no previsto, se tendrá como base la Ley de régimen local aplicable y sus reglamentos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Título VIII&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;De la modificación de los estatutos y la disolución de&amp;nbsp;la Fundación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 39.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;La modificación de estos Estatutos se ajustará a los mismos trámites seguidos para su aprobación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 40.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;La Fundación podrá ser disuelta a petición del Consejo de Administración, por acuerdo del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Artículo 41.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;En caso de disolución de la Fundación, el Ayuntamiento será su sucesor universal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;DISPOSICIÓN TRANSITORIA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Estos estatutos, previamente aprobados por el Ayuntamiento, entrarán en vigor el día de su publicación íntegra en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/p&gt;
