&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por acuerdo de Junta de Gobierno&amp;nbsp; núm. JGL_20211013_01_031 de fecha 13/10/2021, se aprobó las convocatoria&amp;nbsp; de subvenciones &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;destinada a los titulares de licencias de autotaxi del Ayuntamiento de Palma, para promover la incorporación de vehículos accesibles adaptados para personas con discapacidad en 2020&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, según la Memoria Justificativa y las Bases de la Convocatoria del Departamento de Movilidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3.b y 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria cuyo texto completo puede consultarse en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index) y en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Palma (www.palma.cat) i en la página web del Área de Movilidad Sostenible&amp;nbsp; www.mobipalma.mobi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Beneficiarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Personas físicas que sean titulares de licencia de auto-taxi emitida por el Ayuntamiento de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Objeto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta resolución, emitida de oficio, tiene por objeto aprobar la convocatoria de subvenciones a los titulares de licencias de autotaxi del Ayuntamiento de Palma, para promover la incorporación de vehículos accesibles adaptados para personas con discapacidad en 2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercero. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Bases reguladoras:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta convocatoria se rige por la Ley 38/2003 General de Subvenciones y su reglamento, así como por aquello dispuesto por la OMS del Ayuntamiento de Palma&amp;nbsp;BOIB n.º 35 día 12 de marzo de 2015. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Otrosí, las presentes bases se rigen por el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones del área de Movilidad Sostenible (de 9 de mayo de 2018), modificado por acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno de fecha 7 de abril de 2021, y por el acuerdo de junta de gobierno de 23 de junio de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuarto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuantía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se destina a la presente convocatoria el importe de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;40.000 € (CUARENTA MIL EUROS) con&amp;nbsp;cargo a la aplicación&amp;nbsp;pressupostaria&amp;nbsp;15.44121.77000. (Transportes programes de&amp;nbsp;accesibilitat&amp;nbsp;y seguridad taxi) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;del vigente presupuesto de gastos para 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El importe individual de las ayudas basadas en la incorporación de vehículos accesibles adaptados para personas con discapacidad se&amp;nbsp;determinará&amp;nbsp;intermediando el prorrateo entre las personas&amp;nbsp;beneficiarias&amp;nbsp;del importe global previsto, en conformidad con las previsiones de los artículos 18 (tercero&amp;nbsp;párrafo)&amp;nbsp;y 28.2.b de la vigente Ordenanza municipal de subvenciones, con un&amp;nbsp;máximo&amp;nbsp;individual de 6000 €, para la incorporación por primera vez o mediante sustitución de un vehículo accesible adaptado para personas con discapacidad cuando haya sido autorizado según el artículo 45 del reglamento municipal regulador del servicio, dentro del crédito disponible y sin que el porcentaje&amp;nbsp;máximo de financiación pueda superar en cada caso el 80% del coste total de los vehículos incorporados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quinto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Plazo de presentación de solicitudes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes&amp;nbsp;será&amp;nbsp;de un mes desde el&amp;nbsp;día siguiente a la publicación de la convocatoria en el BOIB, en conformidad con el artículo 29.1 de la OMS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sexto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Otros datos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Documentación que se ha de presentar con la solicitud de subvención:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Copia cotejada de la factura, emitida en 2020, que recoja y cuantifique el gasto realizado por la adquisición del vehículo autotaxi, incluyendo la&amp;nbsp;instalación&amp;nbsp;y transformación de la accesibilidad o adaptación del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Copia cotejada del documento justificativo del pago efectivo de la factura, cuando el mencionado pago no conste en la propia factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Copia cotejada de la ficha técnica del vehículo con la revisión de la ITV favorable para la reforma, salvo los casos de presentación de este documento en coincidencia con el procedimiento de incorporación del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
