    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En cumplimiento del previsto en el artículo 52 y siguientes del Real Decreto 2568/1986 de 28 de noviembre por el se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Corporaciones Locales, se hace público que con fecha 6 de octubre de 2021, se ha dictado el siguiente Decreto de la Alcaldía:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO:-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Habiéndose detectado un error en el Decreto número 8082/2021 de fecha cinco de octubre de 2021, y considerando que las atribuciones relativas a procedimientos de otorgamientos de vados corresponden a la Concejalía de Vías Públicas, mediante el presente y de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015 de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; Rectificar el error existente en su punto segundo del Decreto número 8082/2021 de fecha cinco de octubre de 2021, en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt; - Procedimientos de otorgamiento de licencias de ocupación de vía pública vinculadas a obras y vados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tiene que decir:&lt;/strong&gt; - Procedimientos de otorgamiento de licencias de ocupación de vía pública vinculadas a obras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Que se dé cuenta del presente Decreto al Pleno de la Corporación, se notifique a los Regidores y se proceda a su publicación al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
