41874 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El Pleno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sesión ordinaria celebrada el pasado 1 de octubre de 2021, adoptó el siguiente acuerdo:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">(...)</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="color:black">PRIMERO.- Rectificar los errores </span></strong><span style="color:black">del Proyecto de nomenclatura</span>, numeración y rotulación de calles como vías y espacios públicos urbanos elaborado por los servicios técnicos municipales, donde se encuentran representados gráfica y oportunamente todos los viarios emplazados en los núcleos poblacionales del término municipal de Formentera, y donde se recoge la numeración asignada a todos los inmuebles, junto con la referencia catastral actual, a efectos informativos. Los errores que se rectifican son los siguientes, de acuerdo con el informe emitido por los Servicios de asesoramiento lingüístico del Consell de fecha 20 de septiembre de 2021:</span></p> <ul> <li> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Se adapta la calle del Llaüts dels Damians, en el núcleo de Sant Francesc de Formentera, en <strong>plaza del Llaüts dels Damians</strong>, y no calle.</span></p> </li> <li> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Se adapta la nomenclatura de la calle del Llaüt Verd a la rotulación efectuada como <strong>pasaje del Llaüt Verd, </strong>al núcleo de Sant Francesc de Formentera, y no calle.</span></p> </li> <li> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Se adapta el nombre y se reubica la Plaza del Historiador Joan Marí Cardona en un tramo de vía como <strong>calle de Joan Marí Cardona</strong>, en el núcleo de Sant Ferran de ses Roques, el que viene de la calle de Tarragona, y se encamina hacia la plaza de la Iglesia. </span></p> </li> <li> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Se adapta el nombre de la avenida des Ca Marí,<strong> </strong>situada en este lugar, como <strong>calle des Ca Marí.</strong></span></p> </li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGUNDO.- Aprobar </strong>la designación de un nombre a la calle que da acceso en la nueva zona escolar de Sant Ferran de ses Roques, nuevo CEIP y EEI, como <strong>calle de la Mestra Maria Mayans Ferrer</strong>.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCERO</strong>.- <strong>Aprobar </strong>la designación de nombres en reserva, especialmente para los núcleos de es Pujols, Punta Prima y sa Roqueta: calle de la Solta, calle de la Fitora, calle del Arpó y la calle del Salabre.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>QUART.- Someter </strong>el expediente al trámite de información pública mediante su anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, en el tablón de anuncios y en la página web, para que en el plazo de veinte días hábiles contados a partir de la fecha de la publicación, los interesados puedan examinar el expediente y presentar ante el Pleno las reclamaciones que consideren oportunas.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
