    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Se hace público que el Pleno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en sesión de carácter Ordinario de 1 de octubre de 2021, va a adoptar, entre otros, el siguiente asunto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“3.1.- PRP2021/776&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;PROPUESTA AL PLENO SOBRE APROBACIÓN DEL REGLAMENTO DEL CONSELL INSULAR DE FORMENTERA DE REGULACIÓN DE PRESTACIONES ECONÓMICAS PARA EL SOSTENIMIENTO A LA CRIANZA Y FORMACIÓN EN FAMILIAS ACOGEDORAS. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Ha adoptado el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. - APROBAR INICIALMENTE &lt;/strong&gt;el Reglamento del Consell Insular de Formentera de regulación de prestaciones económicas para el sostenimiento a la crianza y formación en familias acogedoras, que va anexado. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Someter el acuerdo, a información pública mediante el correspondiente edicto en el BOIB, en el tablón de anuncios y en el web del Consell Insular de Formentera, www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat, para que durante el plazo de 30 días, los vecinos y las personas legítimamente interesadas puedan examinar el expediente –a la Secretaría- y formular reclamaciones, objeciones u observaciones, conforme al que establece el artículo 102.1.b de la Ley 20/2006, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;TERCERO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Someter el acuerdo así mismo a audiencia previa de las asociaciones vecinales y de defensa de las personas consumidoras y usuarias establecidas en Formentera e inscritas en el Registro de Entidades Ciudadanas las finalidades de las cuales guarden relación directa con el objeto de este acuerdo, de acuerdo con el establecido en el artículo 112.3 del Reglamento orgánico de funcionamiento del Consejo de Formentera y en el artículo 102.c de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Así mismo, solicitar al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Institut Balear de la Dona el correspondiente informe de impacto de género en virtud del artículo 7.g) de la Ley 12/2006, de 20 de septiembre, para la mujer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;CUARTO. - &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Considerar que si en el plazo de información pública y de audiencia previa no hay reclamaciones, objeciones u observaciones, se tiene que entender definitivamente aprobado el acuerdo inicialmente adoptado, sin necesidad de un nuevo acuerdo exprés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;QUINTO. - &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ordenar la publicación íntegra al BOIB del acuerdo correspondiente (con el texto del reglamento, en caso de que sea necesario), ya sea el inicial elevado a definitivo, ya sea lo derivado del estudio de las reclamaciones, objeciones u observaciones, como texto refundido que incorpore la nueva regulación, a los efectos de entrada en vigor, todo en conformidad con los artículos 103.1 y 113 de la citada Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Reglamento del Consell Insular de Formentera de regulación de prestaciones económicas para el sostenimiento a la crianza &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;y formación en familias acogedoras&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De acuerdo con el texto de la Ley 4/2009, de 11 de junio, de servicios sociales, el sistema público de servicios sociales está integrado por el conjunto de recursos gestionados por las diferentes administraciones competentes y también los servicios concertados con las entidades de iniciativa social. La propia comunidad, las administraciones públicas y las entidades no lucrativas concertadas son los agentes implicados en la protección de los niños y adolescentes y en la ayuda a la familia. Todos ellos se tienen que organizar en forma de red para trabajar en colaboración y diálogo, con un objetivo compartido, el interés superior del menor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El Consell Insular de Formentera es &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la entidad pública competente en materia de protección de menores según la Ley 8/1997, de 18 de diciembre de atribución de competencias a los Consejos Insulares en materia de tutela, acogida y adopción de menores, y establece en su artículo 3.1.g que es competencia de los Consejos Insulares “&lt;em&gt;Asumir y ejercer la tutela de los niños y adolescentes desamparados de acuerdo con el que establecen esta ley y el resto del ordenamiento jurídico, y llevar a cabo las actuaciones que se deriven&lt;/em&gt;”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La protección de menores integra un conjunto de actuaciones para prevenir o modificar las situaciones de desprotección social en que se puede encontrar cualquier menor de edad. Los principios de actuación, verso a las medidas de protección de los menores, establecen como prioritario la acogida familiar ante la acogida residencial. Así lo establece el artículo 172 ter del Código Civil que indica con claridad que &lt;em&gt;La guarda se realizará mediante la acogida familiar y, no siente este posible o conveniente por el interés del menor, mediante la acogida residencial.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es una medida preferente dado que la familia se configura como el instrumento social idóneo para la formación y el desarrollo personal del menor, en la medida en que no solo es un medio de transmisión de valores y de pautas de conducta, sino que constituye el núcleo humano en el cual el menor puede cubrir más ampliamente sus necesidades afectivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sin embargo, también la familia se erige a veces como elemento perturbador en el desarrollo del menor, generando actuaciones que menoscaban y lesionan los derechos de este. De aquí viene que la sociedad no pueda permanecer impasible ante este tipo de situaciones, instando la puesta en práctica de los mecanismos necesarios para velar por los derechos del menor. Ahora bien, si el interés superior del menor es considerado como principio rector de la actuación administrativa, no puede obviarse la trascendencia que las decisiones adoptadas en esta materia tiene para otros interesados, como la familia biológica, los acogedores y los adoptadores. Se trata, pues, de conciliar los derechos de unos sujetos con las legítimas expectativas de otros, de forma que sea el menor quien perciba el beneficio de esta armonización de intereses, para el logro de los cuales conviene destacar la participación activa de los agentes sociales, esencialmente a través de las Entidades Colaboradoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La acogida familiar tiene como finalidad que los menores que se encuentran bajo la tutela o la guarda de la Entidad Pública, a causa de una situación de crisis familiar, puedan ser acogidos por su familia extensa o por otra familia alternativa, evitando la acogida residencial, siempre que resulte aconsejable en orden al interés primordial del menor. Esta figura implica, en todos los casos, la asunción por parte de los acogedores de todas las obligaciones derivadas del ejercicio de la guarda de un menor, esto es, velar por él, tenerlo en su compañía, alimentarlo, educarlo y procurar- le una formación integral, lo cual supone que la familia acogedora tiene que hacer frente a los gastos económicas ocasionadas por la atención de estas necesidades, sufragando de igual forma los gastos excepcionales que generan determinadas situaciones de los menores. Estos costes económicos no tienen que repercutir negativamente en la decisión de acoger, ni en la atención que tiene que recibir el menor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En determinados tipos de acogidas, como es el caso de las acogidas de urgencia, las familias tienen que prestar a los menores acogidos una atención de mayor intensidad, que implica una dedicación completa de alguno de sus miembros y una serie de tareas encaminadas a facilitar el estudio y diagnóstico de la situación familiar del menor o menores acogidos. En otros casos, se requiere una profesionalización de la familia acogedora cuando se trate de la acogida de menores con dificultades especiales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Hay que hacer especial mención en Formentera y a sus singularidades, teniendo en cuenta que a pesar de ser una isla con Consejo Insular propio –que a la vez tiene para sus adentros un Ayuntamiento, el Ayuntamiento de Formentera-, no es una isla como las otras (que son pluri-municipales), sino uni-municipal. La isla tiene unos hándicaps manifiestos derivados de su insularidad particular, así como una falta evidente de infraestructuras, equipamientos e instalaciones en cuanto a la acogida residencial de menores. Para paliar esta manifiesta carencia de equipamientos, infraestructuras e instalaciones se tiene que estar al amparo del apoyo que de manera subsidiaria recibe otros entes públicos, principalmente del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Consell Insular d'Eivissa y del Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials, de Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;. El hecho de no ostentar la titularidad, como administración competente en la materia, de recursos para la atención residencial de menores, genera una relación de subordinación y necesitado verso la predisposición, y disposición, de los entes públicos que sí son titulares de facilitar y poner a disposición de nuestra corporación local el acceso a los servicios residenciales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La &lt;em&gt;Convención sobre los Derechos del niño de 1989&lt;/em&gt;, en su Artículo 26, señala que las prestaciones económicas dirigidas al mantenimiento y cuidado de los niños tienen que concederse teniendo en cuenta los recursos de las personas responsables del mantenimiento y cuidado del menor, así como cualquier otra consideración pertinente a una solicitud realizada por el niño o con nombre suyo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El artículo 20 bis de la Ley 26/2015, de 28 de julio, de modificación del sistema de protección de la infancia y la adolescencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt; establece que las familias acogedoras tienen derecho a percibir una compensación económica y una otro tipo de ayuda que se hubiera estipulado, si procede.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El artículo 6 del Decreto 40/2006, de 21 de abril por el cual se regulan los procedimientos de acogida familiar de adopción y de determinación de la idoneidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;, prevé que las personas y familias acogedoras pueden recibir prestaciones económicas para atender los gastos derivados de la cobertura de las necesidades básicas y específicas de menores acogidos, que no serán en ningún caso una subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La &lt;em&gt;Ley 4/2009 de 11 de junio, de servicios sociales de las Illes Baleares&lt;/em&gt;, remarca entre las competencias de los consejos insulares: conceder, gestionar y tramitar las prestaciones económicas incluidas en las competencias propias en materia de servicios sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por otro lado, la &lt;em&gt;Ley 9/2019, de 19 de febrero, de la Atención y los Derechos de la Infancia la Adolescencia de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; establece, en su artículo 159, que las personas acogedoras familiares tienen derecho a recibir una compensación económica mensual, la cual no tendrá en ningún caso carácter de subvención, y, si corresponde, otros tipos de ayudas que se hayan estipulado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El reglamento presente desarrolla y concreta el régimen de prestaciones económicas para las acogidas familiares simples y permanentes recogidos en el título II del citado Decreto 40/2006, de 21 de abril, por el cual se regulan los procedimientos de acogida familiar, de adopción y de determinación de idoneidad de acuerdo con su artículo 6. Igualmente, estipula las bases de la formación para la declaración de idoneidad de acuerdo con el que establecen los artículos 13.5, 27.6 y 36.2 del mismo Decreto 40/2006, de 21 de abril. Para el resto de preceptos que afecte al procedimiento de acogida familiar, de adopción y de determinación de idoneidad será de aplicación el contenido del decreto mencionado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;TÍTULO I. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;PRESTACIONES ECONÓMICAS PARA EL ACOGIMIENTO FAMILIAR SIMPLE Y PERMANENTE. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Artículo 1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Características.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Podrán solicitar las prestaciones por acogida familiar simples y permanentes las personas o familias que tengan otorgada la guarda de menores bajo la tutela del Consell Insular de Formentera. Se exceptúan las personas o familias que, por necesidad de acreditación administrativa de una guarda de hecho ante la Administración del Estado para la obtención de la residencia legal de la persona menor de edad, no habiendo sido valorada ninguna situación de riesgo o desamparo de la persona menor de edad, hayan sido declaradas aptas para su guarda así como las familias en régimen de acogida preadoptiva y adopción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Artículo 2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Criterios de valoración. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El personal técnico de protección de menores del Consell Insular de Formentera tiene que valorar las solicitudes en función de las circunstancias económicas, personales y sociofamiliares, de acuerdo con los criterios siguientes y siempre atendiendo a los baremos vigentes para rentas sociales básicas: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a) Factores económicos: insuficiencia de recursos económicos propios de la unidad familiar para atender las necesidades de la persona menor de edad acogida, ingresos mensuales de la totalidad de la unidad familiar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b) Factores personales y familiares: número de miembros de la unidad familiar, edades, discapacidades físicas o psíquicas, alteraciones psicológicas y/o alteraciones de la salud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;c) Factores laborales y sociales: miembros de la unidad familiar en edad laboral, ocupación o paro, expectativas de trabajo y/o apoyo social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;d) Características de la persona menor de edad acogida: presencia de conductas disruptivas, discapacidades físicas o psíquicas, alteraciones de la salud, otras. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Artículo 3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Solicitud y tramitación de las ayudas pertinentes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a) Para solicitar el abono de las cuantías correspondientes a las prestaciones para las familias acogedoras, las familias rellenarán una solicitud genérica a la Oficina Virtual de Atención a la Ciudadanía (OVAC) del Consell Insular de Formentera en un plazo máximo de 3 meses desde la formalización de la acogida, haciendo constar la situación de acogida, la voluntad de percibir la ayuda correspondiente y, si procede, acompañándola con la documentación justificativa pertinente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b) En el caso de haber superado el plazo de 3 meses desde la formalización de la acogida, se podrá solicitar el abono de las cuantías correspondientes a las prestaciones para las familias acogedoras mediante una solicitud genérica a la Oficina Virtual de Atención a la Ciudadanía (OVAC) del Consell Insular de Formentera sin efectos retroactivos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;c) En caso de los gastos puntuales, se establece un plazo máximo de 3 meses para solicitar el abono de dichos gastados, contenidas al anexo 2, desde la fecha de emisión de la factura o documento acreditativo de la misma. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;d) Se establece, igualmente, un plazo máximo de 3 meses para solicitar el abono de la ayuda inicial por acogida familiar a contar desde el día siguiente de la resolución motivada que formaliza la acogida familiar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;e) Las ayudas serán determinadas por la propuesta/valoración favorable del personal técnico del equipo de protección de menores con dictamen favorable de la Comisión de Declaración de Riesgo y Desamparo y Tutela del Consell Insular de Formentera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Artículo 4. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cuantía económica de la prestación por acogimiento: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a) En el momento de la formalización de la acogida familiar se percibirá, de manera puntual y en un pago único, una ayuda inicial de 390 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b) Las cantidades a percibir por las familias con menores se tiene que determinar de acuerdo con la propuesta/valoración del personal técnico del equipo de protección de menores con un importe mensual por persona menor acogida de 500 €. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;c) Las cantidades a percibir por las familias en las acogidas de menores con dificultades especiales de la persona menor de edad y/o socioeconómicas sobrevenidas de la familia u otras situaciones similares se tiene que determinar de acuerdo con el establecido al anexo 1: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a. Nivel 1 de necesidades especiales: 700 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b. Nivel 2 de necesidades especiales: 1000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;c. Nivel 3 de necesidades especiales: 1300 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Artículo 5. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cuantía económica de las ayudas especiales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Las ayudas especiales responden a las necesidades puntuales de acuerdo con gastos no periódicos, el contenido de las cuales se tiene que justificar, por las necesidades personales de la persona menor de edad acogida y que, con carácter restrictivo, se enumeran al anexo 2 de la presente resolución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Su abono se tiene que hacer por el importe efectivo, previa presentación de la correspondiente factura original o documento que justifique el gasto. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Artículo 6. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cuantía económica de la prestación en caso de familia acogedora de urgencias: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Para ser considerada familia acogedora de urgencia habrá que comprometerse a disponibilidad completa para acoger a una persona menor de edad en cualquier momento del día y cualquier día del año durante el periodo máximo establecido por la ley hasta que se dictamine una medida estable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En todo caso se tendrá que disponer de resolución administrativa de nombramiento como familia acogedora de urgencia por parte del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La prestación económica mientras dura la acogida de una persona menor de edad será la establecida de manera general incluyendo la ayuda inicial. Durante los periodos en que no exista acogida pero sí disponibilidad y nombramiento, se percibirá el 40% de la prestación mensual establecida de manera general. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Los periodos vacacionales habrá que informarlos por escrito con un mínimo de un mes de antelación. Además, durante este tiempo se suspenderá cualquier tipo de prestación económica.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La incapacidad sobrevenida para hacer frente al compromiso de acogida de urgencia se tiene que comunicar por escrito al Consell Insular de Formentera con un plazo máximo de 3 días desde la causa sobrevenida. Durante este tiempo se suspenderá cualquier tipo de prestación económica.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Si existe incumplimiento de los requisitos de disponibilidad y de los plazos de comunicación establecidos serán de aplicación el artículo 8 y 9 del presente reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Artículo 7. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Colaboración con otras administraciones: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En el caso de formalizar acogidas familiares con la colaboración otras administraciones públicas que, para paliar los efectos de la triple insularidad de Formentera, asisten al Consell Insular de Formentera en la atención a personas menores de edad bajo la tutela administrativa del Consejo Insular de Formentera, las ayudas económicas y las condiciones para otorgarlas serán aquellas que marque la administración que ha acreditado la idoneidad de la familia acogedora para garantizar los criterios de igualdad y equidad entre familias acogedoras. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Artículo 8. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Perdida del derecho a percibir las ayudas económicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las familias acogedoras que tengan concedidas ayudas económicas podrán dejar de percibirlas en los supuestos de finalización de la acogida familiar, por mayoría de edad de la persona acogida, por carencia de colaboración con el Servicio de Protección de Menores del Consell Insular de Formentera o por el incumplimiento de las obligaciones asumidas por la familia acogedora con el Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Artículo 9. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Incumplimiento de las obligaciones y reintegro de las cuantías percibidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El incumplimiento de las obligaciones establecidas para las familias acogedoras y el desistimiento de estas familias a las prestaciones y ayudas, comportarán el reintegro de las cantidades indebidamente percibidas y la exigencia del interés de demora correspondiente desde el momento de su pago hasta la fecha en que se acordaría la procedencia del reintegro o la fecha en que el deudor ingrese el reintegro, si fuera anterior. El procedimiento de reintegro se regirá por las disposiciones generales sobre procedimientos administrativos contenidas en el título IV de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Artículo 10. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Otras condiciones. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a) Las ayudas concedidas se tendrán que abonar con cargo a partidas presupuestarias del año en curso, y siempre con crédito ampliable. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b) Los importes de estas ayudas y prestaciones se actualizarán de manera automática en el mes de enero de cada año, de acuerdo con el Índice de Precios al Consumo real interanual publicado por el Instituto Nacional de Estadística con efectos de 1 de enero de cada año. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;TÍTULO II&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;FORMACIÓN. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Artículo 11. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Características. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se establece un bloque de formación general que realizarán todas las familias en fase de valoración, y otro de formación específica atendiendo a las especificidades de la acogida familiar y las diferentes tipologías de adopción, dando respuesta al establecido en los artículos 13.5, 27.6 y 36.2 del Decreto 40/2006, de 21 de abril.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Artículo 12. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Formación general. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dispondrá de un total de seis horas de formación distribuidas en tres sesiones de dos horas cada una que se podrán realizar de manera grupal, si así lo permite la demanda, con familias de acogida familiar, adopción estatal y adopción internacional, con la estructura siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sesión 1. La infancia: derechos, deberes y necesidades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sesión 2. La infancia en situación de riesgo y desamparo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sesión 3. El servicio de protección de menores y su equipo profesional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Artículo 13. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Formación específica para las familias de acogimiento familiar simple y permanente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dispondrá de un total de cuatro horas de formación, que se sumarán a la formación general, distribuidas en dos sesiones de dos horas cada una que se podrán realizar de manera grupal, si así lo permite la demanda, con familias de acogida familiar simple y permanente con la estructura siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sesión 4. Las familias acogedoras: derechos, deberes y retos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sesión 5. Acompañamiento y seguimiento del acogimiento familiar. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Formación específica para las familias da acogimiento preadoptivo y adopción estatal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Las familias adoptivas: derechos, deberes y retos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sesión 5. Acompañamiento y seguimiento de la adopción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sesión 4. Las familias adoptivas: derechos, deberes y retos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sesión 5. La adopción internacional y entidades que participen. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sesión 6. Aspectos culturales: diversidad, respecto e integración cultural. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sesión 7. Acompañamiento y seguimiento de la adopción internacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Disposición final única. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Este Reglamento entrará en vigor, una vez aprobado definitivamente y publicado su texto íntegro en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, todo en conformidad con los artículos 103.1 y 113 de la citada Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se abonará el 50% de del importe de ordenadores y tables hasta un máximo de 300 € con las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
