60 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mediante Resolución de Alcaldía núm. 2021/1978, de fecha 07/10/2021, se ha aprobado la relación de aspirantes que han superado el proceso selectivo para el acceso como personal funcionario de carrera del ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, con mayor puntuación, de dos plazas de técnico de administración general, mediante concurso-oposición, la que a continuación se transcribe:</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"> </p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>"DECRETO DE ALCALDIA</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Dado que mediante Decreto de Alcaldía 1201/2020, de fecha núm. de 1.07.2020, se aprobó la convocatoria y las bases reguladoras del procedimiento selectivo para el acceso como personal funcionario de carrera del ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, por el turno libre, de dos plazas de técnico de administración general, mediante concurso-oposición y la creación de una bolsa de trabajo de personal interino de la subescala técnica de la escala de administración general del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia. Esta convocatoria y las bases se publicaron en el BOIB núm. 122 de 11.07.2020. Igualmente, se anunció la convocatoria en el BOE núm. 198, de día 21.07.2020.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Dado que mediante Resolución de esta Alcaldía núm. 2068/2020 de fecha 6 de noviembre de 2020 se resolvieron los recursos interpuestos y se procedió a la modificación de las bases de la convocatoria, y a la apertura de un nuevo plazo de presentación de solicitudes. Dicha resolución, con la modificación de las bases de la convocatoria, fue publicada en el BOIB 194/2020, de 12 de noviembre y en fecha 17 de noviembre de 2.020, se publicó en el BOE núm. 302/2020, el anuncio de la modificación de las bases y de apertura de un nuevo plazo de presentación de instancias.&nbsp; &nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Finalizado el plazo de presentación de solicitudes de participación en el procedimiento selectivo, de acuerdo con las bases que rigen la presente convocatoria, mediante Resolución de Alcaldía núm. 2021/357, de fecha 23/02/2021, se aprobó el listado definitivo de admitidos y excluidos en el procedimiento selectivo.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Una vez desarrollado el procedimiento selectivo, vista la propuesta definitiva de la relación de aspirantes que han superado el procedimiento selectivo formuladas en fecha 23/09/2021 y 05/10/2021 por el Tribunal Calificador del concurso-oposición, las que se aceptan en su integridad .&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; Asimismo, deberán comunicar el orden de preferencia de los puestos de trabajo ofertados.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Cuarto.- </strong>En caso de que el aspirante propuesto por el Tribunal Calificador no reúna los requisitos exigidos, o no lo acredite en el plazo establecido, la Alcaldía acordará su exclusión y se procederá al nombramiento del aspirante siguiente por orden de puntuación en el concurso-oposición que haya superado la fase de oposición, de acuerdo con la propuesta del Tribunal.
