    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Según lo establecido por el artículo 24.1 letra &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;i)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; de los Estatutos de la Fundació Orquestra Simfònica de les Illes Balears (BOIB nº 202, de 1 de diciembre de 2020), corresponde al gerente desarrollar la política de personal, según las directrices del Patronat, y promover los procedimientos de selección y promoción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En fecha del 3 de septiembre, el gerente de la Fundació resolvió convocar y aprobar las bases para la confección de varias bolsas de empleo para contratos de naturaleza temporal en la Fundació Orquestra Simfònica de les Illes Balears (BOIB nº 120, de 4 de septiembre de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dada la necesidad de modificar las bases con tal de añadir la presencia de suplentes al tribunal para adecuar el temario de las audiciones de harpa y trompeta, y con tal de añadir un punto a las bases en cuanto al acceso a la ocupación pública por parte de personas con discapacidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar la modificación de las bases y temario para la confección de varias bolsas de empleo para contratos de naturaleza temporal en la Fundació Orquestra Simfònica de les Illes Balears en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.1. Modificación de las causas de exclusión a la Base Cuarta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“A parte de la solicitud, deberá de presentarse obligatoriamente, siendo causa de exclusión la no presentación, la siguiente documentación:”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los representantes del comité de empresa podrán asistir tanto a las pruebas como a las deliberaciones en calidad de observadores, pero no podrán intervenir en los debates ni en las deliberaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El tribunal no podrá constituirse ni actuar sin la asistencia del presidente, el secretario, y sin la asistencia de mas de la mitad de sus miembros, titulares o suplentes, indistintamente. Las decisiones se adoptarán por mayoría simple, actuando el secretario sin voto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El tribunal queda facultado para resolver las dudas o las incidencias que se presenten y tomar los acuerdos necesarios en cuanto a la interpretación de las bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Al mismo tiempo de la publicación de la lista definitiva de admitidos y excluidos, se publicarán la identificación nominal de los miembros titulares, y los suplentes correspondientes, del tribunal calificador. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La abstención y la recusación de los miembros del tribunal se hará efectiva de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en los artículos correspondientes de la normativa de régimen jurídico del sector público.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b) Tener un vínculo matrimonial o situación de hecho asimilable o el parentesco de consanguinidad en el cuarto grado o de afinidad en el segundo, con cualquiera de los interesados, con los administradores de entidades o sociedades interesadas y también con los asesores, representantes legales o mandatarios que intervengan en el procedimiento, así como compartir despacho profesional o estar asociado con estos para el asesoramiento, la representación o el mandato.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c) Tener amistad íntima o enemistad manifiesta con alguna de las personas mencionadas en el apartado anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d) Haber intervenido como perito o como testimonio en el procedimiento que se trate.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e) Tener relación de servicio con persona natural o jurídica interesada directamente en el asunto, o haberle prestado en los dos últimos años servicios profesionales de cualquier tipo y en cualquier circunstancia o lugar.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

No obstante, deben de ofrecérseles también puestos de trabajo cuando les corresponda por la puntuación obtenida en el proceso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2.En todo caso, la oferta de puesto está supeditada al hecho de que la discapacidad de la persona aspirante concreta sea compatible con las tareas del puesto de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. &lt;/strong&gt;Abrir un plazo de 15 días naturales para la presentación de solicitudes solo para las personas que cumplan y acrediten las condiciones previstas a la Base Décima de la convocatoria, a parte de los requisitos generales de la Base Segunda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Así mismo, los aspirantes que ya hayan presentado la solicitud y que deseen acogerse al turno de discapacitados previsto en la Base Décima, deben de manifestarlo y acreditarlo dentro del mencionado nuevo plazo de 15 días naturales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
