    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;El apartado&amp;nbsp;9.3. de la Resolución del&amp;nbsp;Presidente del Fondo de&amp;nbsp;Garantía Agraria&amp;nbsp;y Pesquera de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;Illes Balears&amp;nbsp;(FOGAIBA) de 10 de julio de 2015 por la&amp;nbsp;que se convocan, subvenciones&amp;nbsp;para Inversiones en las explotaciones agrarias, correspondientes a los años 2015-2019, &amp;nbsp;especifica&amp;nbsp;que la resolución&amp;nbsp;expresa&amp;nbsp;se notificará&amp;nbsp;a&amp;nbsp;los interesados mediante&amp;nbsp;su publicación en el&amp;nbsp;Boletín Oficial de las&amp;nbsp;Illes Balears&amp;nbsp;de acuerdo con los&amp;nbsp;términos&amp;nbsp;previstos en el artículo&amp;nbsp;45.2&amp;nbsp;de la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del&amp;nbsp;procedimiento administrativo común de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;Los expedientes&amp;nbsp;han sido&amp;nbsp;tramitados&amp;nbsp;por el Fondo&amp;nbsp;de Garantía Agraria&amp;nbsp;y Pesquera de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;Illes Balears&amp;nbsp;(FOGAIBA) en cumplimiento de lo&amp;nbsp;dispuesto en el artículo&amp;nbsp;43&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de &amp;nbsp;1 de octubre, y&amp;nbsp;del procedimiento administrativo común de las&amp;nbsp;administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;El vicepresidente&amp;nbsp;en Materia Agraria del FOGAIBA, con fecha 28&amp;nbsp;de setiembre&amp;nbsp;de 2021, firmó la siguiente resolución, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;“INFORME/ &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PROPUESTA DE RESOLUCIÓN/ RESOLUCIÓN DE DESISTIMIENTO&amp;nbsp;DE AYUDAS A LAS INVERSIONES AGRARIAS&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.Con fecha 19 de julio de 2021 se public&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;ó&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;en la p&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;á&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;gina web del FOGAIBA, la propuesta provisional de aprobaci&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;ó&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;n de INEA 2019. Entre otros beneficiarios &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;está&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;MIGUEL PAYERAS PONS&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;, con NIF***&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;13&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;78**, y n&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;ú&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;m. de expediente INEA 2019_1/&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;035.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo comú&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;n de las administraciones p&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;úblicas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Propuesta de Resolución&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por todo ello, se informa favorablemente &amp;nbsp;y &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;se propone al vicepresidente&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;en materia agraria &amp;nbsp;del FOGAIBA que dicte una resolución en los siguientes términos:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.Aceptar&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;el&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;desisti&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;miento de &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;la solicitud&amp;nbsp;de ayuda de MIGUEL PAYERAS PONS &amp;nbsp;amb NIF***1378, detallada en el anexo de esta resolución.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Finalizar&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;el procedimiento y archiv&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;ar&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;l&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;a &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;solicitud.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Notificar esta Resolución a la persona interesada mediante la publicación &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;en el B&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;oletín &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;O&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;ficial de las Illes &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
