&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Asunto: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Proveer mediante comisión de servicios dos (2) puestos de trabajo de Policía Local Buñola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES Y CONVOCATORIA PARA PROVEER, MEDIANTE EL SISTEMA DE COMISIÓN DE SERVICIOS DE CARÁCTER VOLUNTARIO, DOS (2) PUESTO DE TRABAJO DE POLICÍA LOCAL PERTENECIENDO AL AYUNTAMIENTO DE BUÑOLA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. OBJECTO DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La convocatoria tiene por objeto la provisión, mediante comisión de servicio de carácter voluntario, de dos puestos de trabajo de Policía Local vacante de manera temporal, con una dotación presupuestaria, en la Plantilla orgánica del Ayuntamiento de Buñola, de conformidad con los artículos 41.1 de la Ley 4/2013, de 17 de julio, de coordinación de las Policías Locales de las Illes Balears, y 192 del Decreto 40/2019, de 24 de mayo, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento marco de coordinación de las Policías Locales de las Illes Balears y se modifica el Decreto 55/2017, de 15 de diciembre, del Fondo de Seguridad Pública de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. CARACTERÍSTICAS DEL PUESTO DE TRABAJO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El puesto de trabajo que se convoca tiene las siguientes características:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. DURACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La comisión de servicios tiene carácter temporal, será de una duración de doce (12) meses, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 192.4 del Decreto 40/2019, de 24 de mayo, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento Marco de coordinación de las policías locales de las Illes Balears, y finalizará cuando retorne la persona titular del puesto de trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No obstante, se podrá prorrogar con la justificación previa del Órgano competente por un plazo máximo de dos años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. PUBLICIDAD&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Esta convocatoria se publicará en el Tablón de anuncios de la Corporación y en su página web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;www.ajbunyola.net&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. REQUISITOS DE LAS PERSONAS ASPIRANTES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las personas aspirante a cubrir el puesto de trabajo de Policía Local, deberán de reunir los siguientes requisitos en la fecha de finalización del plazo señalado para la presentación de solicitudes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Ser Funcionario de carrera del mismo grupo, escala y categoría de los ayuntamientos de las Illes Balears, en situación administrativa de servicio activo y, además, cumplir los siguientes requisitos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.Tener la nacionalidad española.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.Tener 18 años cumplidos y no exceder de la edad máxima de jubilación forzosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.Estar en posesión del título de Bachillerato, Técnico o equivalente, o estar en condiciones de obtenerlo en la fecha en que finalice el plazo de presentación de las solicitudes. En el caso de las titulaciones expedidas en el extranjero, se deberá aportar la homologación correspondiente del Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.No sufrir ninguna enfermedad o defecto físico o psíquico que impida o menoscabe el correcto desarrollo de las funciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.No haber estado separado o separada del servicio de la administración Local, autonómica o estatal, ni estar inhabilitado o inhabilitada para ejercer la Función Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.No tener antecedentes penales por delitos dolosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.Estar en posesión de los permisos de conducción A2 y B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8.Comprometerse, a través de declaración jurada, a llevar armas y, en su caso, a usarlas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9.Acreditar el conocimiento de la Lengua catalana de nivel B2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. SOLICITUDES Y PLAZOS DE PRESENTACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las solicitudes de participación en la convocatoria, juntamente con la documentación correspondiente, deberán de presentarse en el Registro de Entrada de la Corporación Local o en cualquier de las formas que se preveen en la Ley&amp;nbsp; 39/2015, de1&amp;nbsp; de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El plazo de presentación de las solicitudes será de siete días hábiles, contadores a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la presente convocatoria en el Tablón de Anuncios de la Corporación Local y en la pagina web de la Corporación Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7. BAREMO DE MÉRITOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La propuesta de nombramiento se hará a favor de la persona aspirante que tenga más puntuación, según el baremo de méritos siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.1. AntigüEDAD&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Solo se valorará la antigüedad que se tenga reconocida como personal Funcionario, en la categoría de Policía, como Policía en un Ayuntamiento que no haya constituido Cuerpo de Policía Local, o como a Policía auxiliar, de acuerdo con&amp;nbsp; el siguiente criterio:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.1.1.Por cada mes completo de servicio prestado y reconocido como Policía Local a las Illes Balears: 0,07 puntos/mes trabajado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.2. Cursos Y acciones formativas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sólo se valoraran los diplomas o certificaciones de cursos y actividades formativas impartidos por las Escuelas de Formación de los Policías Locales, los cursos impartidos por la Escuela Balear de la Administración Pública o que tengan la condición de concordes o homologados por la misma, los cursos de interés policial superados en universidades en el ámbito de la Unión Europea o en otras Administraciones Públicas del Estado Español con centro de formación acreditados y los Planes de formación continua, siempre y cuando esta formación esté relacionada con el área profesional, de acuerdo con los criterios siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.Por cada certificación de aprovechamiento: 0,005 puntos/hora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.Por cada certificación de asistencia: 0,0025 puntos/hora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.Por cada certificación de impartición de cursos de acciones formativas relacionadas con las funciones propias del puesto de trabajo al cual se accede: 0,0075 puntos/hora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.3. ESTUDIOS &amp;nbsp;académicos oficialEs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.Por cada titulación de Técnico superior de Formación Profesional, no contada como requisito para poder participar en el proceso selectivo: 0,5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.Por cada titulación académica oficial o título propio de Grado: 5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.Por títulos de Máster oficial o títulos propios de Postgrado: 2 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.Por Doctorado: 4 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.4. Conocimientos ORALES Y ESCRITOS DE LA LENGUA Catalana&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se valoraran las certificaciones expedidas o reconocidas como equivalentes, las que estén homologadas por la Dirección General de Política Lingüística, y las expedidas por la Escuela Balear de la Administración Pública. Sólo se valorará la certificación del nivel más alto que se acredite, salvo de la certificación E, que solo se podrá acumulas a las certificaciones C1 y C2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.Conocimientos medios (certificación C1): 1 punto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.Conocimientos superiores (certificación C2): 2 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.Conocimientos de lenguaje administrativo (certificación LA): 0,5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.5. Conocimientos DE OTRAS LENGUAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se valorarán los certificados acreditativos de los conocimientos de cualquier Lengua oficial de otras comunidades autónomas o extranjeras, expedido o homologados por Escuelas Oficiales de Idiomas o Escuelas de la Administración Pública, de acuerdo con los criterios de puntuación siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.Primer curso de Escuela Oficial de Idiomas o nivel inicial de Escuela Balear de Administración Pública: 1 punto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.Segundo curso de Escuela Oficial de Idiomas o nivel elemental de Escuela Balear de la Administración Pública: 1,25 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.Tercer curso de Escuela de Idiomas o nivel medio de Escuela Balear de Administración pública: 1,5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.Cuarto curso de Escuela Oficial de Idiomas: 1,75 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.Quinto curso de Escuela Oficial de Idiomas: 2 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para una misma Lengua sólo se valorarán las titulaciones de nivel superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el caso que se presenten dudas sobre la puntuación que hayan de otorgarse a alguna certificación o sobre su validez, se podrá solicitar un informe a la Dirección General de Política Lingüística de la Consegeria de Fondos Europeo, Universidad y Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los méritos a valorar, referidos a la finalización del plazo de presentación de instancias, se deberán presentar mediante documentos originales o fotocopias compulsadas en el momento de solicitar&amp;nbsp; tomar parte en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8.- COMISIÓN TÉCNICA DE VALORACIÓN.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Viene reglada en el artículo 191 del Decreto 40/2019, de 24 de mayo, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento Marco de coordinación de las Policías Locales de las Illes Balears y se modifica el Decreto 55/2017, de 15 de diciembre, del Fondo de Seguridad Pública de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Estará constituida por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Presidente de la Comisión: Sr. Jaume Mestre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vocal 1 :Sr.Fco Salvà&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vocal 2 : Sr.Javier Nuevo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Secretario de la Comisión:Sr.Antoni Tomàs Gelabert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9.- PROCEDIMIENTO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La acreditación del cumplimiento de los requisitos, así como la valoración de los méritos, se llevará a cabo por la Comisión Técnica de Valoración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Después de finalizar el plazo de presentación de las solicitudes, la Corporación Local publicará en la sede electrónica de la corporación una Lista de personas admitidas y excluidas, y dará un plazo de 3 días hábiles para presentar reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Presidente de la Comisión Técnica de valoración dispondrá de 20 días hábiles para emitir una propuesta de adjudicación provisional de la comisión de servicios en función de la valoración de los méritos. La propuesta de nombramiento se hará a favor de la persona aspirante que tenga más puntuación según el baremo de méritos recogido en el punto 7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Esta propuesta sólo indicará la puntuación final obtenida para las personas aspirante y su DNI, y se hará pública al tablón de anuncios y a la página web de la Corporación Local, con indicación de que las personas interesadas dispondrán de 3 días hábiles, contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación, para solicitar el trámite de audiencia y/o formular las alegaciones que crean oportunas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Después de resolver las alegaciones presentadas de forma motivada y, si cabe, de modificarse las puntuaciones otorgadas a las personas aspirantes, el Presidente de la Comisión de Valoración, formulará la propuesta de adjudicación definitiva y la relación de todas las personas que han participado, ordenadas por orden de puntuación, que se publicará en el Tablón de anuncios y en la página web de la Corporación Local, siendo elevada a la Regidora de Función Pública&amp;nbsp; para su aprobación definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
